Abstract

This study aims to map the results of publications on the topic of student readiness and digital learning. The method used is bibliometric analysis. The data used in this research comes from CrossRef. The data search is carried out through the Publish or Perish application. The search results yielded a total of 599 articles in English. The keywords used to search for articles are "Student Readiness" and "Digital Learning". The results of this study indicate that research on student readiness is still small when compared to research on digital learning topics. In addition, there is no research that directly analyzes how students are prepared to face digital learning, this can certainly be novelty for future researchers who will research digital learning. The suggestion from this study is that researchers conduct research related to student learning readiness in digital learning such as student readiness in distance learning or student readiness in using digital learning media.

Abstract

Islamic economic principles through online business training to SR12 product entrepreneurs in Klapanunggal sub-district, Bogor district. This research was conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The object of this research is SR12 product business actors in Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. With the existence of a business training program through online media, it is hoped that it can 1) help increase people's income in Bantarjati Village, Bogor Regency, because it does not require a lot of capital so it can be accepted by the community at the same time, 2) increase understanding of Islamic economic principles in business, 3) can help Marketing SR12 herbal products is better known to many consumers, and 4) can help develop more attractive and innovative products. Based on research results, business training based on Islamic economic principles is very important to be implemented in various fields, especially SR12 products, especially after Covid-19. Business actors receive online business training by creating a TikTok or using TikTok social media. This training implements the principles of Islamic economics, namely 1) product transactions are permitted based on Islamic law, 2) transactions must be based on benefit and justice, and 3) no usury element. Online business makes it easy for SR12 product entrepreneurs to market products to various regions, therefore it is necessary to understand how to implement online business in accordance with Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

In this era, sellers can take advantage of many technological developments, such as online sales transactions. Business actors need to be reviewed and analyzed in terms of the practice of buying and selling online with the reseller system and the application of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling online with the reseller system in Indonesia has been implemented properly and correctly. In this study, data was collected through a questionnaire which was distributed to 10 people where the respondents had been involved in the online reseller sales system. The results of the responses to this questionnaire will be collected for observation and analysis in more detail and depth. The results of this study indicate that, of the 10 informants buying and selling online with a reseller system, at least there are still those who have not implemented Islamic business ethics. This can be seen from the explanation of shop operating hours and delivery of goods, responsibility for the products sold and complaints from consumers, and being honest in selling does not display images that are not from the product itself. Business actors must understand, understand and apply Islamic business ethics in order to create a sense of justice and protect consumer rights in buying and selling transactions online. Islamic business ethics includes four aspects, honest and trustworthy, disciplined, responsible and grateful.

Abstract

Family economy is an important foundation in community life, including in Ciderum Village, Batukembar Village. This village relies mainly on agriculture and local crafts, with the majority of the population involved in these businesses. Unfortunately, the level of economic welfare of families in Ciderum Village is still below expectations, with many residents struggling to meet basic needs such as food, education, and health. In addition, the majority of the population of Ciderum Village are Muslims who practice the principles of Islamic economics, which emphasize justice, togetherness, and blessings in economic transactions. However, the application of these values ??has not been seen in daily economic activities in this village. In this context, besek products are a great opportunity to improve the family economy in Ciderum Village. Besek is a traditional craft that has existed for a long time in this village. By utilizing the potential of besek and implementing Islamic economics, we can improve the family economy in Ciderum Village. This study aims to investigate efforts to develop a besek product business based on Islamic economic principles in this village. The aim is to identify opportunities and challenges in implementing Islamic economics in the besek product business and to analyze its impact on the family economy in the village. This study uses a qualitative research method whose object of research is bamboo or besek craft business, including descriptive qualitative research. It is hoped that this study will provide practical guidance for the people of Ciderum Village in developing sustainable besek product businesses that are in accordance with Islamic economic values. In addition, the results of this study can also contribute to the development of a sustainable economy in rural areas, especially in Ciderum Village, and provide insight into the potential of Islamic economics in improving family welfare.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the marketing strategy concept carried out by the Papalidan Village tourism manager in Telukpinang village from an Islamic economic perspective. As well as what factors become obstacles in carrying out marketing strategies by Papalidan village tourism managers. The Papalidan tourist attraction is a tourist attraction in Bogor which is located in Teluk Pinang Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency. The Papalidan tourist attraction is present in the form of a river (white water rafting). The number of tourists visiting the Papalidan tourist attraction has increased over time after dropping drastically in 2019 due to the pandemic. This research aims to ensure that strategic marketing can rapidly increase tourists visiting the Papalidan tourist attraction. The method used in this research is through questionnaires, observation, library research, documentation and interviews with managers. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques which were used to analyze the marketing mix and strategy using SWOT analysis and used a Likert Scale to analyze the distributed questionnaires. The results of this research are marketing strategies that can be implemented to increase the number of tourists visiting the Papalidan tourist attraction through branding  Papalidan tourist attraction as a quality natural tourist attraction, maintaining cleanliness and natural beauty, promotion via the internet and brochures to introduce the Papalidan tourist attraction so that it is better known to tourists and image building Papalidan tourist attraction to fix the problems that caused the number of visits in 2019 to drop drastically. Then the following year it started to increase.

Abstract

In order to create implementation of regional autonomy policies, especially in improving savings and loan cooperatives, of course we must empower micro, small and medium enterprises which are of particular concern in this use. With that, researchers are interested in knowing and explaining the role of the Pinang Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Teluk Pinang Village and to find out whether the cooperative applies Islamic economic principles or not. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods through observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved 6 resource persons, consisting of 6 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs in Teluk Pinang Village. The results of this research are: 1). The role of the Pinang Mandiri savings and loan cooperative as a provider of business capital. Savings and Loans Cooperatives provide easy access to sources of financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises who often have difficulty getting loans from formal financial institutions such as banks. The loan process at Savings and Loans Cooperatives is usually simpler and more flexible. 2) The role of Savings and Loans Cooperatives can also reduce dependence on moneylenders. With the presence of Savings and Loans Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises do not need to depend on moneylenders who often charge high interest rates which are strictly prohibited in Islamic teachings. Pinang Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative offers friendlier and fairer interest rates.
