Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Kegiatan Pendampingan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa praktikan melalui Program Asistensi Mengajar di SMA Laboratorium UM. Kegiatan ini dilatar belakangi adanya tranformasi pendidikan yang mana hal tersebut berdampak pada keterlibatan peran guru ,siswa dan civitas akademik untuk menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang adaptif,kreatif dan inovatif menuju generasi emas serta permasalahan yang ada untuk kemudian mampu  melaksanakan pengimplementasian projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) sebagai bagian dari Kurikulum Merdeka.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kualitatif deskripif dengan pendekatan Pelaksanaan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada dalam Modul P5 dan Pelaksanaan asistensi mengajar di satuan pendidikan. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan program projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila membawa kebermanfaatan di semua pihak yaitu guru,siswa sekolah mitra dan penulis.

Abstract

Traditional markets are important in society's economy, especially for small traders. The increasing competition with modern retail and various economic challenges require traders to have the right strategies to improve their welfare. One of the factors that contributes to maintaining the stability and sustainability of traders' businesses is social capital, which includes social networks, trust, and norms that prevail in the trading environment. From an Islamic economic perspective, social capital can strengthen the principles of justice, transparency, and cooperation. Using an Islamic economic approach, this study examines how social capital contributes to improving the welfare of traders in Tugu Market, Bandar Lampung. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that social capital influences three main aspects: economic, social, and spiritual. From the economic side, cooperation and good relationships among traders are highlighted. In the social aspect, the culture of mutual assistance strengthens relationships and solidarity among traders. Finally, from the spiritual aspect, the application of Islamic economic principles in business is emphasised. Therefore, policies that support the revitalisation of markets are needed to optimise the sustainable improvement of traders' welfare.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes and activeness of students in the Pancasila Education subject in grade XI TKJ 2 SMKN 2 Malang, which was found to be 15 out of 34 (44%) who achieved the Learning Goal Achievement Criteria (KKTP) and the average class score was only 68. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type Cooperative Learning model assisted by flip bottle media and question cards. This study uses the Kemmis and McTaggart model Class Action Research design in two cycles. In its implementation, students were divided into heterogeneous groups to discuss understanding the material, then participated in a tournament using flip bottles as a turn randomizer and question cards as a means of answering questions to obtain group points. Data was collected through learning outcome tests, observation of student activities, and documentation, then analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The novelty of this research lies in the combination of flip bottle media as the fastest turn-based randomizer to open the content-based question cards of Pancasila Education at the vocational school level which has not been widely studied in previous TGT research. The results showed that the average score of students increased from 68 in the pre-cycle to 76 in the first cycle and 83 in the second cycle. The percentage of learning completeness also increased from 44% to 71% and 94%, thus exceeding the set success indicator of 80%. Thus, the application of the TGT model assisted by flip bottle media and question cards has proven effective in improving the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education for students in grade XI TKJ 2 SMKN 2 Malang.
