Abstract

From time to the school certainly evaluates management,changes in management provide room for improvement in aspect that are felt to be further improved in order to achieve the goals of the desired school vision and mission. The author’s goal is to determine the management of change in SMPN 3 Banguntapan while in data collection, the author uses a qualitative approach. The type of research used is library research, that is case studies are an intensive with school principals, where the principal’s role as a driver of renewal is assisted by other school residents making SMPN 3 Banguntapan a school that can facing all challenges in making changes for the better, this can certainly be seen from the spirit of conducting more optimal performance evaluations, so that changes in management that are continuously improved such as in the fields of curriculum, learning, educators, students, and infrastructure will have a positive impact desired school progress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and think about the position of multiculturalism in the education curriculum in Indonesia. The position of multicultural education in Indonesia is as an alternative means of conflict resolution, multicultural as an alternative so that students do not leave cultural roots, and towards a multicultural Indonesian society. This research uses a qualitative approach which is carried out descriptively. With the aim of being able to study more deeply related to the position of multicultural education in the education curriculum in Indonesia. Developing an educational curriculum for a country as large and diverse as Indonesia,such as social diversity,culture,political ambition, and certain economic capabilities are important considerations for decision makers in educational programs. The diversity of people,cultures,political ambitions and economic capabilities is a reality that cannot be ignored. This diversity should form the structure of curriculum preparation. However this diversity is rarely taken seriously and is therefore often overlooked by those in curriculum development authority. Abstract

Penerapan literasi digital di sekolah berbasis pesantren, seperti MTs Darul Ulum Islamic School, menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang tersendiri, mengingat karakteristik sekolah yang menggabungkan pendidikan agama dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum, mengkaji bagaimana siswa boarding school berinteraksi dengan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penerapan literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum sudah menunjukkan kemajuan, terdapat tantangan seperti kesenjangan keterampilan digital antar siswa dan kebutuhan pelatihan lebih lanjut bagi guru. Beberapa solusi yang diusulkan antara lain pelatihan rutin bagi guru,dan program bimbingan untuk siswa yang kesulitan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum tidak hanya mengajarkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mengajarkan etika dan keamanan digital yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga siswa dapat menjadi individu yang bijak dalam berinteraksi di dunia digital. Keberhasilan penerapan literasi digital memerlukan kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan keterampilan digital siswa.The implementation of digital literacy in Islamic boarding school-based schools, such as MTs Darul Ulum Islamic School, presents its own challenges and opportunities, considering the characteristics of schools that combine religious education and technology. This research aims to explore the application of digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum, examining how boarding school students interact with technology in the learning process and their daily lives. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, through observation, interviews and literature study. The research results show that although the implementation of digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum has shown progress, there are challenges such as gaps in digital skills between students and the need for further training for teachers. Some of the proposed solutions include regular training for teachers, and guidance programs for students who have difficulty using technology. Digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum not only teaches technical skills, but also teaches digital ethics and security in accordance with Islamic values, so that students can become wise individuals in interacting in the digital world. Successful implementation of digital literacy requires collaboration between teachers, students and parents to create an environment that supports the development of students' digital skills.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Modern Tazaka telah menerapkan Program Bilingual untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Arab dan Inggis pada santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Bilingual menggunakan model Evaluasi Kirpatrick, yang mencakup aspek reaksi, pembelajaran, dan perubahan perilaku santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program bilingual telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan bahas santri, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman serta kemampuan berbicara dalam bahasa Arab dan bahasa Inggris. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam menerapkan program ini, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan sumber daya dan kesesuain materi yang digunakan. Para pendidik memberikan penilaian positif terhadap program ini, meskipun  menyarankan adanya perbaikan dalam pengelolaan waktu dan peningkatan metode pengajaran. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang keberhasilan dan tantangan program bilingual, serta memberikan saran untuk peningkatan kualitas implementasinya di masa depan.The Tazaka Modern Islamic Boarding School has implemented a bilingual program to enhance the Arabic and English language skills of its students. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the bilingual program using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, which includes the aspects of reaction, learning, and behavior change of the students. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data  program has had a positive impact on the students' language skills, with significant improvements in comprehension and speaking abilities in both Arabic and English. However, there are some challenges in implementing this program, particularly related to limited resources and the alignment of the materials used. The educators provide positive assessments of the program, although they suggest improvements in time management and teaching methods. These findings offer a clear picture of the successes and challenges of the bilingual program and provide recommendations for enhancing its implementation in the future.
