Abstract

Perairan Kangean merupakan salah satu perairan yang termasuk dalam Cekungan Jawa Timur. Cekungan ini banyak diminati untuk eksplorasi hidrokarbon karena termasuk salah satu wilayah prospek minyak bumi dan gas di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi struktur bawah permukaan dasar Perairan Kangean. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menginterpretasi pencitraan bawah permukaan menggunakan data seismik refleksi 2D multichannel hasil akuisisi Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Geologi Kelautan (PPPGL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur bawah permukaan dasar Perairan Kangean teridentifikasi lipatan (fold) yang terdiri dari sinklin dan antiklin. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pada penampang berarah Barat-Timur Perairan Kangean terdapat struktur berupa antiklin, sedangkan pada penampang berarah Utara-Selatan terdapat lipatan yang terdiri dari sinklin dan antiklin.

Abstract

Antibiotics are the main therapy for pneumonia caused by bacteria. Inappropriate use of antibiotics leads to resistance. The purpose of this study was to describe the charateristics (gender, age, and payment status), the rationale for the use of antibiotics including the parameters of the right indication, the right patient, the right dose, and the right route of drug which refers to Permenkes number 28 of 2021 in pneumonia patients in the inpatient installation of RS X Kota Cirebon. This research is an observational study with retrospective data collection techniques through medical records. Sampling was done done by purposive sampling. The sample in this study was the medical recorsd of patients diagnosed with pneumonia who received antibiotic therapy and met the inclusion criteria of 97 medical records. The guidelines used are Permenkes number 28 of 2021 concercing guidelines for the use of antibiotics. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using Microsoft Excel 2019 presented in the form of tables, diagrams and percentages accompanied by explanations. The results of the study showed that the suitability of using antibiotics based on guidelines obtained right indication of 100%, right drug 34%, right dose 50,5%, and right route of drug administration 100%. Data on the number of patients who used antibiotics in pneumonia patients rationally was 23,7% and irrational use was 76,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the facility and infrastructure management at SD Negeri 10 Asera, North Konawe Regency, focusing on planning, procurement, inventorying, maintenance, and disposal. The rationale for this research arises from the urgency of effective facility and infrastructure management on the quality of learning, as well as the lack of literature related to such management at the elementary level. The research method used is qualitative with in-depth interviews with nine informants, involving the school principal, vice-principal, and class teachers. The findings indicate that the implementation of facility and infrastructure management at the school involves active participation from the entire school community. The study concludes that these practices contribute positively to the effectiveness of learning and create a conducive environment. This research provides valuable insights into the central role of facility and infrastructure management in advancing the quality of education at the elementary level.

Abstract

Sabun  adalah senyawa  natrium dengan  asam lemak  yang digunakan  sebagai pembersih tubuh,  bersifat  padat,  berbusa,  dan  tidak  menyebabkan  iritasi  kulit.  Kemangi adalah salah satu tanaman yang memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Staphylococcus aureus. Kemangi     mengandung     minyak     essential     yang    bertindak    sebagai     antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan sabun transparan daun kemangi dengan konsentrasi 1,5%, 3%, dan 6%. Ekstrak etanol daun kemangi diekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 96%. Evaluasi sabun menggunakan metode cycling test, sedangkan pengujian ini adalah organoleptis, pH, stabilitas tinggi busa, dan uji kekerasan. Pengujian ini dilakukan pada siklus ke-1 hingga siklus ke-6. Hasil penelitian pada organoleptis,    basis,   formula   1   dan   formula    2   menghasilkan   sabun   yang transparan, sedangkan  formula  3  kurang  transparan.  pH  sabun  pada  F1,  F2,  dan  F3 semua memenhi syarat berdasarkan nilai stabilitas busa dan kekerasan, keempat formula berada di kriteria nilai standar yang baik. Kata Kunci: Sabun padat transparan, Daun Kemangi (Ocymum sanctum L.).

Abstract

Pectin is commonly used to soften jellies, jams and other products. In addition, fruits and vegetables contain pectin to maintain plant cells. Pectin is a high-value food fiber that can be called a functional food. This pectin plays an important role in gel formation and as a stabilizer in the manufacture of jelly, jam, and marmalade. Pectin is widely used in the food industry because it has the ability to act as a fruit preservative and to form a gel as a base for forming jelly as well as a thickener and stabilizer, while in the food industry it is used in the production of jams, confectionery, pasta and dairy products. The objectives of this study are: To determine the physical and chemical properties and quality of pectin extracted with hydrochloric acid (HCL) and to achieve the optimal concentration of hydrochloric acid solvent. The study was conducted in the agroindustrial laboratory of the agricultural faculty of the university of Tadulako, Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. The duration of the study will be from october 2022 to january 2023. This study is an experimental study based on fruit skins with hydrochloric acid concentrations using a complete one-factor random design (RAL) pattern. The factors tested consist of several hydrochloric acid concentration levels, namely: 1N; 1.5N; 2N; 2.5N; AND 3N. The analytical parameters observed include: yield, methoxil level, water level, ash level and galacturonal acid level. the results of the research carried out that: the concentration of HCl solvent in the extraction of pectin fruit peels is best at a concentration of 3N. The concentration of 3N HCl extracted from the Siamese Pumpkin Skin physical characteristics, namely yield 36.11%, while the chemical properties were 1.99% water content, 0.42% ash content, 3.615% methoxyl content and galactoronate acid 137.88%. and for provide the best quality of pectin from fruit siamese pumpkin skin according to the quality standards set by ippa (international pectin manufacturers association), so it has potential as a thicker and gel forming. based on the results of the research conclusion: Concentration of hydrochloric acid solvent, on extract siamese pumpkin skin best at 3N concentration.

Abstract

Hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan di kelas VII SMPN 3 Sungai Kakap, diketahui jika siswa merasa kesulitan untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan-kesulitan yang dialami pada saat proses pembelajaran IPA. Hal ini menggambarkan jika kemampuan metakognisi siswa rendah. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan yakni angket kemampuan metakognitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan metakognitif siswa di SMPN 3 Sungai Kakap tergolong sedang dengan rata-rata 70,8.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis smartphone terhadap kemampuan literasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di SD Islam Ta’allumul Huda Bumiayu. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendukung media berbasis smartphone adalah flip pdf professional. Aplikasi ini untuk membuat flipbook/ebook  yang dapat digunakan pada smartphone. Prosedur yang akan dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, tahapan evaluasi. Adapun indikator keberhasilan diantaranya yaitu minimal 70% peserta mampu menggunakan smartphone sebagai media dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi. Berdasarkan observasi secara langsung, 80% peserta mampu menggunakan smartphone sebagai media dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis smartphone terhadap kemampuan literasi berjalan lancar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini telah mencapai tujuannya yaitu peserta mampu menggunakan smartphone sebagai media dalam pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan kemampuan literasi.

Abstract

Penerapan literasi digital di sekolah berbasis pesantren, seperti MTs Darul Ulum Islamic School, menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang tersendiri, mengingat karakteristik sekolah yang menggabungkan pendidikan agama dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum, mengkaji bagaimana siswa boarding school berinteraksi dengan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penerapan literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum sudah menunjukkan kemajuan, terdapat tantangan seperti kesenjangan keterampilan digital antar siswa dan kebutuhan pelatihan lebih lanjut bagi guru. Beberapa solusi yang diusulkan antara lain pelatihan rutin bagi guru,dan program bimbingan untuk siswa yang kesulitan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum tidak hanya mengajarkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mengajarkan etika dan keamanan digital yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga siswa dapat menjadi individu yang bijak dalam berinteraksi di dunia digital. Keberhasilan penerapan literasi digital memerlukan kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan keterampilan digital siswa.The implementation of digital literacy in Islamic boarding school-based schools, such as MTs Darul Ulum Islamic School, presents its own challenges and opportunities, considering the characteristics of schools that combine religious education and technology. This research aims to explore the application of digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum, examining how boarding school students interact with technology in the learning process and their daily lives. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, through observation, interviews and literature study. The research results show that although the implementation of digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum has shown progress, there are challenges such as gaps in digital skills between students and the need for further training for teachers. Some of the proposed solutions include regular training for teachers, and guidance programs for students who have difficulty using technology. Digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum not only teaches technical skills, but also teaches digital ethics and security in accordance with Islamic values, so that students can become wise individuals in interacting in the digital world. Successful implementation of digital literacy requires collaboration between teachers, students and parents to create an environment that supports the development of students' digital skills.

Abstract

Akumulasi minyak dan gas bumi baru-baru ini telah ditemukan di Cekungan Jawa Timur, sehingga area ini menjadi tempat yang banyak diminati untuk eksplorasi hidrokarbon di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi reservoir gas biogenik di Barat Daya Perairan Kangean telah dilakukan berdasarkan data seismik refleksi 2D dan log sumur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Direct Hydrocarbon Indicator (DHI), analisis data sumur dan interpolasi. Analisis Direct Hydrocarbon Indicator (DHI) pada data seismik refleksi 2D dilakukan dengan mengamati brightspot pada penampang seismik. Sedangkan analisis data log dilakukan dengan mengamati log densitas, log porositas neutron, log gamma ray, dan log resistivitas batuan. Struktur bawah permukaan dasar Perairan Kangean terdiri dari Formasi Mundu dan Formasi Lidah. Formasi Mundu terdiri dari Formasi Paciran Sandstones dan Formasi Paciran Limestones, tersusun atas batupasir dan batugamping yang berporositas besar sehingga dapat mengalirkan dan menyimpan gas biogenik. Formasi Lidah tersusun atas batu lempung biru masif yang berporositas kecil sehingga berperan sebagai batuan penutup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daerah di sekitar Formasi Paciran Limestones ditemukan struktur patahan maupun lipatan berupa sinklin dan antiklin. Antiklin pada Formasi Paciran Limestones merupakan jebakan tempat gas biogenik terakumulasi. Morfologi jebakan mempunyai puncak yang terletak pada kedalaman 650 m di bawah permukaan dasar perairan, dan diduga memiliki dimensi sekitar 18 x 6 km dengan ketebalan formasi sekitar 180 hingga 240 m.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest fishery waste, one of which is fish bones as a source of gelatin. Gelatin is the main protein that makes up skin and bone tissue in animals. This review was compiled to compare the results of isolating gelatin from bone waste in various types of fish. Articles were collected from the website https://scholar.google.co.id/ with "gelatin, gelatin content, gelatin in fish bones, viscosity, pH" in the 2015–2022 period, and 11 journals were obtained. In this literature study, a method for isolating gelatin from fish bone waste will be discussed, followed by an evaluation of the gelatin obtained, including its yield and its physical properties. It is hoped that the results of this review will provide information regarding a new source for gelatin isolation so that gelatin can be widely used by the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and photographic industries, particularly in the pharmaceutical and food industries, which currently require gelatin as a stabilizer and emulsifier so that it can make and maintain the emulsion system.
