Abstract

Abstract

The transfer of the State Capital (KN) from Jakarta to East Kalimantan Province in North Penajam Paser Regency has now been determined by the government with the enactment of Law No. 3 of 2022 concerning the State Capital. In the law, it is explained that one of the functions of IKN is as a Center of gravity (CoG), namely symbolizing the sovereignty of a country, therefore IKN is a national vital object to maintain its existence from threats, therefore IKN requires a system and strategy to protect it in this case. non-military threat. In this thesis the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method with the formulation of the problem from the problem statement to be able to protect the IKN from non-military threats in the Indonesian Archipelagic Sea Lanes (ALKI) II. The results of the research that the researchers got were the significance of non-military threats in the inland waters defense area in ALKI II, giving rise to an urgency to develop a new IKN defense strategy that can ward off non-military threats in the planning stages of the IKN transfer. Which then the researcher concluded that in efforts to move the IKN it is important to analyze the defense of inland waters in ALKI II with the aim of maintaining the defense of IKN with an inland waters defense strategy, in order to realize national defense from non-military threats.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the national value of Saladin Al-Ayyubi in the face of 21st century proxy wars. The method used is qualitative descriptive using Milles, Huberman and Saldana (2014) analysis techniques, namely data collection, data condensation, presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). The validity test of the data used is Credibility (Internal Validity), Transferability (External Validity), Dependability (Reliability) and Confirmability (Objectivity). The findings of this study are aspects of leadership and integrity of character consisting of assertiveness and courage, simplicity and humility. Indonesian leaders must be firm and courageous in making decisions, including in the face of proxy threats. Abstract

The Gulf of Guinea, an area rich in natural beauty and natural resources such as oil, gas, and fisheries, faces serious threats from widespread maritime piracy activities. The region is an important economic center, but maritime insecurity threatens its economic stability and development. Numerous regional and international initiatives have been undertaken to enhance security in these waterways, such as the Nigerian government's "Deep Blue" project and collaboration with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). The UN Security Council has also passed a resolution to address this threat. Despite this, challenges remain significant due to the high number of attacks and significant economic impact. Addressing this issue requires continued cooperation between countries in the Gulf of Guinea region and the international community to ensure security and sustainable exploration in this region.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate an effective maritime defense strategy in increasing the resilience of the Indonesian Navy base through the use of SpectroMar Maritime Surveillance technology. The background of this research is based on the complexity of maritime threats that continue to grow and the limitations of conventional surveillance systems. The method used is a quantitative approach with analysis based on the theoretical framework of Clausewitz's strategy (Ends, Ways, Means). The results of the study show that the integration of SpectroMar is able to improve early detection capabilities, rapid response, and coordination efficiency between bases. The resulting strategy recommends improving infrastructure, training personnel, and strengthening cross-agency cooperation. This research is expected to be a reference in strengthening the national sea defense system that is adaptive, intelligent, and sustainable.
