Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antara kepemimpinan Islami, kompensasi finansial dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Djuanda Bogor. Responden adalah dosen Universitas Djuanda sebanyak 111 orang yang dipilih secara acak. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen dalam bentuk kuesioner. Instrumen dikalibrasi menggunakan validitas item dan koefisien keandalan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan paket PLS Smart. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Kepemimpinan Islami (X1) secara signifikan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja (X3). Hal ini didukung dengan nilai t-statistic diatas 1,96 yaitu sebesar 3,653. (2). Kompensasi finansial (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja (X3), hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 0,283. (3). Karena nilai t-statistic sebesar 0,793 dibawah t- tabel (1,96), hal ini berarti bahwa kompensasi finansial (X2) tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan (Y). (4). Kepemimpinan Islami (X1) secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja dosen (Y) dengan nilai t- statistic diatas t-tabel (1,96) yaitu sebesar 2,624. (5). Motivasi Kerja (X3) secara signifikan mempengaruhi Kinerja dosen (Y) dengan nilai t- statistic 4,294. Motivasi kerja (X3) secara langsung memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada kinerja dosen (Y). Temuan ini memiliki implikasi bahwa kompensasi finansial tidak mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja dosen. Kepemimpinan Islami secara signifikan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja dosen.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan stres terhadap prestasi belajar dengan kovariabel lingkungan belajar Islami pada Prodi Manajemen Universitas Djuanda Bogor Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Djuanda Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pola dasar The Posttest Only Control Group dengan kovariabel lingkungan belajar Islami. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 296 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan stres berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar melalui lingkungan belajar Islami. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi, uji sobel dan analisis jalur. Lingkungan belajar Islami sebagai variabel moderator memediasi antara motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar yang bersifat mediasi parsial maupun lingkungan belajar Islami sebagai variabel moderator yang memediasi antara stres terhadap prestasi belajar yang keduanya merupakan mediasi penuh.

Student achievement is a form of student achievement after going through various stages in the learning process and can be used to find out the extent of student success and failure in learning. Based on the observations showed that the achievements of students of the Institute of Business Informatics Unity (IBIK) Bogor West Java Province has not been optimal. This is allegedly because it is influenced by lecturer competence, learning environment, and motivation. Therefore, universities must have good lecturer competence, a learning environment and students have high motivation, so that it will be able to improve student achievement. This study aims to explain whether there is a significant influence between lecturer competence, learning environment, and motivation on student achievement of IBI Kesatuan Bogor, as well as to find out which is the most dominant and influential among the three variables dependent on lecturer competency (X1), learning environment (X2) and Motivation (X3) on student achievement (Y). This study used quantitative methods with a population of 114 students and sampled as many as 89 students where samples were determined through the Solvin Formula with a standard error of 0.1. The data collection technique used is to use questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for windows. The results showed that 1). The competence of lecturers has a positive and significant effect on the achievements of IBI Kesatuan Bogor 2). students. The level of learning environment has a positive and significant effect on the achievements of students of IBI Kesatuan Bogor. 3). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the achievements of students of IBI Kesatuan Bogor. 4). Lecturer competency, learning environment and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the achievements of IBI Kesatuan Bogor students.

This observation is to determine the competitive strategy of small and medium food and beverage businesses in Bogor Municipality. The hope of this research is that by knowing the competitive strategy of small food and beverage businesses in the city of Bogor, the community will be able to improve and consider all elements of a competitive strategy. The sample of this research is entrepreneurs in the field of food and beverage small and medium enterprises in the city of Bogor. Sampling was done by simple random sampling, namely small and medium entrepreneurs in the food and beverage sector in the city of Bogor. Data obtained through primary data by distributing questionnaires, measured by Likert scale. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, regression analysis and t-test to test the hypothesis. The problem in this study is what factors influence the competitive strategy of small and medium food and beverage businesses in the city of Bogor, so it is necessary to analyze the critical success factors for competitive strategies, including: 1. Marketing (pemasaran), 2. Support (pendukung), 3. Organization (organisasi) of food and beverage SMEs in Bogor City. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the competitive strategy of food and beverage SMEs in the city of Bogor, it is also useful for the development of the next strategy with higher quality products and to be able to survive and compete in the business world.

Islam regulates all the problems of its people, one of which is regulated by Islam, namely the relationship between humans. This study aims to try to reveal how cheating or cheating behavior is from an Islamic perspective. The investigation technique used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature review approach where the researcher collects some literature from both international and national journals. The data taken from these journals are then used as study material in writing this research. The results of the study illustrate that Islam has provided clues or signs of cheating or fraudulent behavior through the Koran and Hadith. From the results of the study, it is known that Islam has regulated all the problems of its people, especially the problem of fraud, Islam forbids its followers to do this. In addition, this research reveals that the practice of deception or what is known as cheating has existed for centuries, and Islam has clearly and emphatically provided a picture of how fraud occurs and how the impact of punishment on its followers. This research is also expected to contribute to knowledge related to fraud or fraudulent practices as well as a contribution to enlightenment for society.

Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 demi mempertahankan profit dan tetap produktif meningkatkan laba guna keberlangsungan perusahaan selain itu perusahaan dapat bertahan dalam masa krisis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dimana peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dan melakukan pengamatan langsung serta melakukan wawancara kepada pihak-pihak terkait di Terminal Petikemas Koja guna mendapatkan data yang valid untuk diolah guna mendapatkan hasil dan kesimpulan yang diinginkan peneliti. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Terminal Petikemas Koja telah membuat dan mengimplementasikan strategi dan transformasi selama masa Covid-19 ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi serta peningkatan kinerja karyawan serta terus berupaya menjaga nilai-nilai tata Kelola perusahaan (Good Corporate Governance) yang baik sehingga target yang di dapat oleh perusahaan dapat melampaui apa yang telah ditetapkan didalam Rencana Kerja Anggaran (RKA) dan dapat disimpulkan dengan strategi dan inovasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang dikembangkan secara keseluruhan oleh Terminal Petikemas Koja bukan hanya dapat bertahan dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, namun juga dapat melampaui target yang telah ditetapkan pemilik perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence and organizational climate on employee performance in PDAM Tirta Pakuan, Bogor City. The population in this study were employees of the agency that were active. The sample in this study was 75 employees. Data collection method with a questionnaire. The value of the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before conducting further analysis techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination and t & f test. The results of this study indicate from the results of hypothesis testing it can be concluded that the HR competency and organizational climate variables have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. In answering hypotheses with simultaneous tests conducted by looking at the value of Fstat and Ftable where Fstat is 166.181 and Ftable is 1.96 with the assumption Fstat > Ftable, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted with the conclusion that there is a significant influence between HR Competency and Organizational Climate variables on Performance Employee Partially the independent variable also has a significant effect on the dependent variable with the calculated t value of the HR Competency variable of 4.678 and the Organizational Climate variable of 5.768 greater than the t table of 1.992 at a significant level ? = 0.05. This study aims to find the direct effect and the total effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance as well as the indirect effect of competence and discipline through motivation as a mediating variable. This research method is descriptive analysis, verification, and Path Analysis and Sobel Test testing. The results showed that the variables of competence and work discipline had a positive direct effect on work motivation. Competency, discipline and work motivation variables have a significant direct effect on employee performance. Motivation mediates the indirect effect between competence and employee performance but does not mediate the indirect effect between discipline and employee performance. In conclusion, that competence and discipline are very important in an employee's performance through motivation. Keywords: Discipline, Competence, Employee Performance, Work Motivation

The purpose of this research is to determine employee responses and analyze the direct and indirect influence of competence and workload on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at PT. Sun Star Prima Motor Tajur Bogor. This research uses path analysis data analysis techniques. Data testing used the SPSS version 22 program. The research results showed that employee responses to performance and competence were in the very good category, as well as employee responses to workload and work discipline were in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing prove that competence and workload directly have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Competence does not directly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload and work discipline directly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competency and workload indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable. This research has been done at fvillage of central karang tengah and cijayanti village. It aims to: (a) identify industrial profile; (b) identify entrepreneur characteristics; (c) measure the level of business success; (d) test and analyze entrepreneur’s characteristic influence (Personal Ability and Social Ability) to the level of business success; and (e) find variable which has dominant effect on business success. Research was done by using survey design. Primary data are obtained through questionnaires methods, observation and interview. Secondary data are obtained by using documentation method. Census method is used as sampling method with consideration of population amount is small. This research conclude that: (a) Level of business success is considerably good as shown on stable sale trend and improvement; (b) Independent variables which consist of Personal ability and Social Ability simultaneously have significant effect on business success; (c) Social ability variable have significant effect on level of business success. While Personal Ability variable doesn't has significant effect on level of business success. Social ability has dominant influence to level of business success.
