Abstract

This research was conducted in Gandapura District, Bireuen Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Analysis of Added Value at UD Coconut Industry in Gampong Cot Puuk, Gandapura District, Bireuen Regency (Case Study: Kelapa Gongseng Inkego (U Seu Neulheu). This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that the benefits obtained in depth once the production process at UD Coconut industry was Rp. 6,249,177. The added value obtained by coarse gongseng coconut was Rp. 2,036/kg obtained by coarse gongseng coconut is Rp. 877/kg with a profit rate of 43%, while the added value obtained from refined coconut gongseng is Rp. 12,213/kg with a profit rate of 91%.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. From the calculation of the profitability studied, it shows that the mushroom farming has the ability and obtains a profit or profitability of 50%. This shows that the mushroom farming gets a large profit from the production activities that are cultivated. Based on the results of research and analysis of the profitability of the data that has been carried out on the mushroom farming of Mr. Tarmizi in Baktiya Barat District, North Aceh Regency, it can be concluded, among others: 1. The total costs incurred on the mushroom farming for one production process are Rp. 3,571,478.9 with details of fixed costs of Rp. 225,478.9 and variable costs of Rp. 3,346,000. With the income obtained is Rp. 7,500,000 so that's a profit of Rp. 3,928,521.1. 2. Straw mushroom farming is a farm engaged in agriculture that is able to earn a profit of 50%.

Abstract

Overcrowding di lembaga pemasyarakatan di Indonesia telah menjadi permasalahan serius yang berdampak pada efektivitas pembinaan, kondisi narapidana, serta kinerja petugas pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran restorative justice sebagai solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan overcrowding di lembaga pemasyarakatan serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dan analisis peraturan hukum yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa restorative justice dapat menjadi alternatif efektif dalam mengurangi jumlah penghuni lembaga pemasyarakatan dengan memberikan penyelesaian berbasis pemulihan bagi korban dan pelaku. Namun, penerapannya masih menghadapi tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman aparat penegak hukum, keterbatasan regulasi, serta budaya hukum yang masih cenderung retributif. Oleh karena itu, harmonisasi kebijakan dan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep restorative justice diperlukan agar sistem pemasyarakatan lebih efektif dalam mencapai tujuan rehabilitasi dan reintegrasi sosial.

Abstract

MD Coffee is a culinary specialty of Gayo arabica coffee. The name MD Coffee is taken from the abbreviation of his parents' name, Mr. Mudiono (abbreviated as MD). In 2017 MD Coffee was established, MD Coffee has a variety of coffee variants with unique and authentic flavors (bitter and sweet). MD Coffee has interesting things, namely coffee beverage products that are suitable for various groups of young people and parents, arabica coffee drinks with flavors (bitter and sweet), temperatures (hot and cold) that vary and coffee drinks with variants (americano, black coffee, espresso and double espresso) that are diverse are an attraction for MD Coffee. This study aims to determine consumer preferences for product attributes of arabica coffee drinks at MD Coffee. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method using conjoin analysis. The results of this study indicate the NPR value of variants (54,660) the variants available at MD Coffee are americano, black coffee, espresso and double espresso, the NPR value of taste (24,311) the flavors available at MD Coffee are bitter and sweet, the NPR value of temperature (21,030) the temperatures available at MD Coffee are hot and cold. The combination of attributes that consumers prefer in arabica coffee beverage products at MD Coffee is the espresso variant, bitter taste, and hot temperature..
