Abstract

Rituals for the dead are sacred activities that have become an Islamic tradition among society, especially in the Madura region. The operation of this ritual requires large costs that must be paid by the family regardless of economic class. This tradition, in another paradigm, has an impact on the continuity of education for the family of the deceased. This research was carried out in Tamberru Laok Sokobenah Sampang Village using qualitative research and a phenomenological approach. Techniques for collecting data using participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this research: the death ritual event is an Islamic tradition that continues from previous elders with the aim of adding goodness to the deceased, this activity costs quite a lot of money which becomes a burden for the family, the alternative to operational costs is going into debt and/or mortgaging the land which has an impact on the majority Every family migrates abroad, the source of funding comes from agreements and solidarity built within the family, and the biggest impact is the family's low level of attention to the education of the younger generation.

Abstract

The service packaged in seminars was carried out by the Al Faalah High School Intra-School Organization (OSIS) and the Management of the Nahdlatul Ulama Women's Student Association Commissariat (PKP IPPNU) Kadur Pamekasan District. This dedication contains about the Isra' Mi'ra' of the Prophet Muhammad. to provide new guidance, direction, inspiration and motivation to all female students so they can emulate the life of the Prophet. This event is a historical moment to explore spiritual potential and maintain intellectual awareness. The seminar activities were attended by high school students. Al Falah Class XII, Representatives of Classes X and The aim of holding this seminar is: 1) Reminiscing and renewing female students' memories about the historical momentum that occurred during Isra' Mi'ra', 2) Understanding and inspiring female students to have awareness in increasing spiritual and intellectual values ​​through the Isra' Mi'raj journey, 3 ) Facilitate female students and all audiences in exchanging ideas, insights and experiences by referring to the events of Isra' Mi'ra'. The results of the seminar service are: 1) Prayer as one of the main missions of Isra' Mi'raj, with solemn prayer it can be a family education in bringing peace and clarity of soul, 2) Motivating female students to be diligent in building spiritual and intellectual potential to the fullest. appreciate and understand the story of the Prophet's life journey, especially during the Isra' Mi'raj, 3) Building the soul's potential in facing trials or tests in a student's life through interpreting the meaning of the Prophet's tests during the Isra' Mi'raj journey.

Abstract

This research aims to overcome the problem of plastic waste in the school environment through training in making handicrafts from inorganic waste. In training conducted at SDN Cupak, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, students in grades 3, 4 and 5 were taught to process used straws into creative craft products. This activity involves preparation stages, educational implementation, and direct practice with the aim of improving students' skills and environmental awareness. The results achieved include mastery of craft techniques, increased creativity and product quality, as well as positive impacts on education and society. This activity is expected to encourage students to play an active role in waste management and increase enthusiasm for learning. Socialization develops skills and creativity, which increases public awareness that recycled waste can be turned into artistic crafts. Assistance activities are carried out by changing inorganic waste such as plastic straws into brooches, flowers, toys, and so on. As a result of this program, people improve their waste handling and waste management skills, allowing them to be creative with waste by turning paper and plastic waste into value-added work.
