Abstract

ABSTRAK. Citra kota belum tentu merupakan identitas. Citra Kota dapat dibuat secara instan, sedangkan identitas membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk membentuknya melalui berbagai penelitian mendalam dan mengkaji faktor-faktor tertentu untuk menentukan identitas kawasan atau lingkungan tersebut. Kawasan kota tua Jakarta merupakan kawasan yang kami teliti untuk mengkaji dan melakukan pengamatan dalam menetukan citra kota kawasan kota tua jakarta sesuai konsep teori elemen citra kota oleh Kevin Lynch. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan métode deskriptif kualitatif. penelitian kualitatif dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai status suatu gejala yang ada, yaitu keadaan gejala menurut apa adanya pada saat penelitian itu dilakukan. Lokasi penelitian terletak pada kawasan zona inti kota tua jakarta dan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini hanyalah data sekunder berupa artikel atau jurnal. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat memahami dan mengetahui tentang penerapan teori Kevin Lynch dalam menentukan citra kota serta dapat mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen penting yang ada pada kawasan kota tua. Kata Kunci: elemen citra kota, Kawasan zona inti kota tua, kevin lynch ABSTRACT. City image is not necessarily an identity. The image of a city can be created instantly, while an identity takes a long time to form it through various in-depth studies and examining certain factors to determine the identity of the area or environment. The old city area of Jakarta is an area that we researched to study and make observations in determining the image of the old Jakarta city area according to the concept of urban image element theory by Kevin Lynch. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative research is intended to collect information about the status of an existing symptom, namely the state of the symptoms according to what they were at the time the research was conducted. The research location is located in the core zone of the old city of Jakarta and the data used in this study are only secondary data in the form of articles or journals. This research was conducted in order to understand and find out about the application of Kevin Lynch's theory in determining the image of the city and to identify the important elements that exist in the old city area. Abstract

The Financial management education activities at an early age were carried out at the Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School, Tanggul Angin Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. This activity is an effort and concern for early age education efforts for students who are future generations. This study uses primary data taken directly when meeting students as participants. This study also uses secondary data as supporting data or references in an effort to fulfill the information in this study. This activity is carried out as a step so that students can manage their finances, and can use their money for more planned expenses. This is done so that the students' monthly pocket money needs can be met, there is no waste or shortage, which allows students to borrow or go into debt. Based on the findings in this study, there are students who are already able to manage their finances, but there are still students who are not able to manage their finances. This education is expected to be an additional knowledge for students in managing their finances so that they can organize and plan their financial use optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to overcome the problem of plastic waste in the school environment through training in making handicrafts from inorganic waste. In training conducted at SDN Cupak, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, students in grades 3, 4 and 5 were taught to process used straws into creative craft products. This activity involves preparation stages, educational implementation, and direct practice with the aim of improving students' skills and environmental awareness. The results achieved include mastery of craft techniques, increased creativity and product quality, as well as positive impacts on education and society. This activity is expected to encourage students to play an active role in waste management and increase enthusiasm for learning. Socialization develops skills and creativity, which increases public awareness that recycled waste can be turned into artistic crafts. Assistance activities are carried out by changing inorganic waste such as plastic straws into brooches, flowers, toys, and so on. As a result of this program, people improve their waste handling and waste management skills, allowing them to be creative with waste by turning paper and plastic waste into value-added work.

Abstract

Education policy is a set of rules as a form of partiality from the government in an effort to build an education system in accordance with the goals and ideals that are mutually desired. This partiality concerns the context of politics, budget, empowerment, regulations, and so on. Educational strategy policy steps that are explained from the educational vision and mission in order to realize the achievement of educational goals in a society for a certain period of time. This research aims to describe policy making and educational planning at SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Meanwhile, educational planning is a series of processes that are prepared to face the future so that educational goals can be realized effectively and efficiently. The aim of this research is to use a qualitative case study method approach which is used to obtain information on how to make educational policies and plans at SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan.

Abstract

This study examines the supervisory strategies employed in two Islamic educational institutions, MA Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng and MA Perguruan Mualimat Jombang, to enhance teacher competencies in various aspects such as pedagogy, professionalism, and personal development. Using a qualitative, multisite approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research reveals that academic supervision plays a significant role in improving the teachers' instructional planning, teaching methods, and evaluation processes. However, challenges such as time constraints, limited resources, and inconsistent supervision practices were identified. While both madrasahs share common supervisory strategies, such as regular feedback and peer collaboration, they differ in their intensity and resources for implementation. This study highlights the need for a more structured and resource-backed approach to academic supervision to overcome existing barriers and ensure sustainable teacher development. The findings contribute to the understanding of effective supervisory practices in Islamic education, emphasizing the importance of leadership and contextual strategies for teacher improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the service quality of educational institutions and consumers’ purchase intentions. The research is motivated by the growing importance of institutional quality in maintaining the competitiveness and sustainability of educational institutions in an era of rapid change. A quantitative research design was employed using a simple correlation analysis to identify the degree of association between the two variables. The study involved 100 respondents, consisting of parents of students, selected through a cluster sampling technique from four regions where the elementary schools are located. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, and the results of the item analysis indicated that all questionnaire items demonstrated high validity and reliability. These findings suggest that the data are highly credible and that the conclusions drawn from the analysis are reliable. The results of the correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between service quality and purchase intention. This implies that the higher the perceived quality of services provided by the educational institution, the greater the consumers’ willingness to enroll or recommend the institution.

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia dengan kontribusi 61% terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Namun, sejumlah tantangan masih menghambat pertumbuhan UMKM, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan UMKM di Desa Ngringo, Karanganyar, yang memiliki potensi besar namun terkendala oleh berbagai permasalahan. Melalui pendekatan interdisipliner, tim PPK Ormawa BEM FP UNS menginisiasi "Rumah Bisnis Mandiri" sebagai wadah kolaboratif dan transformatif sebagai pusat pelatihan, konsultasi, dan inkubasi bagi UMKM. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen, nilai tambah produk, serta memperluas akses pasar melalui digitalisasi. Dengan melibatkan berbagai stakeholder, diharapkan program ini dapat mendorong pertumbuhan berkelanjutan UMKM di Desa Ngringo dan menjadi model replikasi bagi daerah lain.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran strategis dalam ekonomi Indonesia, berkontribusi sekitar 61% terhadap Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan menyerap 97% tenaga kerja nasional. Meskipun jumlah UMKM terus meningkat, banyak di antaranya menghadapi masalah dalam aspek manajerial, khususnya pengelolaan keuangan. Di Desa Ngringo, Kecamatan Jaten, Kabupaten Karanganyar, terdapat 349 UMKM dengan potensi besar namun menghadapi kendala dalam manajemen keuangan yang efektif. Melalui program pemberdayaan dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dalam manajemen dan pembukuan keuangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan usaha di desa tersebut. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan melalui Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK Ormawa) oleh Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta yang mencakup pelatihan manajemen keuangan sederhana dan penggunaan aplikasi SI APIK. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta tentang pengelolaan keuangan, serta respons positif terhadap penggunaan aplikasi SI APIK dalam pencatatan keuangan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM Desa Ngringo dalam memperbaiki pengelolaan keuangan, meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha, dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal
