Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akad muamalah biaya pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren dengan studi kasus di Ma’had Tuhfatul Islam Adab and Qur’anic Boarding School. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi dan jenis-jenis biaya pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh Pondok Pesantren serta menganalisis korelasi antara akad muamalah dengan biaya pendidikan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan di Pondok Pesantren melibatkan berbagai komponen seperti gaji guru, kebutuhan asrama, pembangunan, akomodasi, perawatan gedung, kesehatan, perlengkapan sekolah, perlengkapan kantor, dan perlengkapan laboratorium. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru dalam bidang pendidikan, manajemen, serta hukum dan ekonomi syariah terkait dengan pembiayaan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam.

Abstract

Paulo Freire's humanist education emphasizes critical consciousness and the liberation of humanity from oppression. However, this approach is often criticized for being insufficiently comprehensive, as it overlooks the spiritual dimensions and the concept of adab (ethics), which are central to Islamic education. This study aims to analyze the problems within Freire's humanist education concept from an Islamic perspective, focusing on conflicts in the value of freedom, neglect of spirituality, the teacher's role in dialogue, and the ultimate goals of education. This research employs a library research methodology with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were analyzed through a critical review of relevant primary and secondary literature, including Freire’s works, Islamic educational thought, and previous studies. The findings reveal fundamental shortcomings in Freire’s educational approach from the Islamic perspective, such as a secular view of freedom, neglect of spirituality, and a lack of emphasis on adab and tawhid (monotheism). However, integrating Freire’s concept with Islamic values shows potential for creating a holistic educational paradigm. This integration harmonizes critical awareness with moral and spiritual responsibility, providing solutions to global educational challenges. Research implications/limitations: This study offers new insights into the possible integration of Freire’s and Islamic education concepts, though it is limited to theoretical exploration without empirical testing. Further studies are needed to examine its application in formal and informal educational settings. This research provides a novel perspective by combining two contrasting educational approaches: progressive humanism and value-based Islamic education. The findings are relevant for developing curricula responsive to contemporary social and spiritual challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji filsafat empirisme Ibnu Taimiyah dan relevansinya terhadap transformasi filsafat ilmu di era modern. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana pemikiran empirisme Ibnu Taimiyah dapat memberikan perspektif baru dalam memahami integrasi antara agama, filsafat, dan ilmu pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran ilmu menurut Ibnu Taimiyah yang mencakup wahyu, akal, dan indera menawarkan landasan yang kokoh untuk menjaga objektivitas dan integritas ilmu di tengah tantangan epistemologis saat ini. Dengan menekankan supremasi wahyu dan peran akal serta indera sebagai alat bantu, pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyah memberikan solusi yang relevan dalam menghadapi disinformasi dan relativisme epistemologis di era modern. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan filsafat ilmu dalam konteks kontemporer.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan dalam mengembangkan karir mahasiswa Program Beasiswa S1 STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor dengan latar belakang meningkatnya masalah pengangguran di Indonesia yang memerlukan strategi yang efektif dalam pengembangan kompetensi dan keterampilan mahasiswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi l, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif interpretatif untuk memahami dinamika pengembangan karir mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran pendidikan dalam pengembangan karir mahasiswa di STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor diterapkan bersifat sistematis, integratif, dan kolaboratif yang terdiri dari tiga tahap efektif: proses seleksi mahasiswa pilihan, pendidikan dan pembinaan karir di pesantren, serta penempatan magang karir. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kesejahteraan finansial yang mendukung pengembangan soft skills dan internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman, yang berkontribusi dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa agar dapat beradaptasi dan berkontribusi di berbagai sektor sesuai dengan program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya mencapai Indonesia Emas melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pengembangan Karir, Mahasiswa   Abstract This study aims to analyze the role of education in developing the careers of scholarship students in the S1 program at STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor, against the backdrop of the increasing unemployment problem in Indonesia, which requires effective strategies for developing the competencies and skills of students to enter the workforce. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach, where data is obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted descriptively and interpretively to understand students' career development dynamics. The results indicate that the role of education in the career development of students at STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor is implemented in a systematic, integrative, and collaborative manner, consisting of three effective stages: the selection process of chosen students, education and career development in the pesantren, and career internship placements. Additionally, there is an increase in financial welfare that supports the development of soft skills and the internalization of Islamic values, contributing to the character formation of students to adapt and contribute in various sectors in line with the study programs of Islamic Education and Islamic Education Management. This research is expected to contribute to efforts in achieving an advanced Indonesia through the development of quality human resources. Keywords: Education, Career Development, Students

Abstract

Contemporary Islamic education is facing a serious challenge in the form of a dichotomy between religious and secular sciences, which has led to an epistemological crisis and moral decline in the learning process. The integration of knowledge and religion has become an urgent agenda in order to develop an educational system that is not only rational and scientific but also spiritual and ethical. This study aims to critically analyze and compare the ideas of integration of knowledge and religion in the thoughts of two major Muslim scholars: Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and Fazlur Rahman, and to assess their relevance to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach through library research, focusing on primary and secondary works by both scholars, as well as supporting literature in Islamic education, Islamic epistemology, and integrated knowledge. The data were analyzed using descriptive-comparative methods to reveal the similarities, differences, and educational implications of their ideas. The findings show that Al-Attas emphasizes the Islamization of knowledge and the cultivation of adab (ethics) as the foundation of integration, using a metaphysical and normative approach. In contrast, Fazlur Rahman promotes a hermeneutical-contextual methodology through his double movement theory, highlighting ethical interpretation and the response of revelation to social reality. Despite their different approaches, both agree on the urgency of integrating knowledge and religion to form a holistic human being (insān kāmil) in Islamic education. This study concludes that the integration models of Al-Attas and Rahman are highly relevant for addressing the dualism in Indonesia’s Islamic education system. It is therefore recommended that their concepts be selectively and contextually adopted in curriculum development, teacher training, and the formulation of educational visions based on adab, ethics, and epistemological integrity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi yang berimplikasi terhadap kajian studi Islam modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan tektik pengumpulan data berbentuk studi pustaka untuk mengelaborasi pemikiran tokoh terhadap objek penelitian yang dikaji melalui sumber data primer dari karya sang tokoh, dan data sekunder dari literatur lain yang memiliki fokus kajian terhadap pemikiran tokoh. Teknik analis data berbentuk analisis deskriptif interpretatif dan validitasi data menggunakan triangulasi melaui analisi sumber, metode, dan teori yang saling terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa konsep hermeneutika hadis Fazlur Rahman perlunya reevaluasi terhadap aneka ragam unsur di dalam hadis dan reinterpretasi yang komprehensif secara holistik terhadap unsur-unsur tyang sesuai dengan kondisi moral-sosial yang telah berubah pada masa kini. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan studi historis terhadap hadis, dengan mengubahnya menjadi sunnah yang hidup dan secara tegas membedakan nilai positif yang dikandungnya dari latar belakang situasionalnya. Oleh Karena itu, harus dibedakan antara hadis yang bersifat historis dan biografis, yakni hadis-hadis yang didukung oleh fakta sejarah, dari hadis-hadis teknis yang sebagian besar tidak bersifat historis, hadis-hadis yang tidak didukung oleh validitas fakta sejarahnya, serta menggunakan acuan al-Qur’an.
