Abstract

This research focuses on the digitalization of villages through one of the Aceh government policies, namely the implementation of the SIGAP application in each village pioneered by the Community Empowerment Office and Village. This research aims to answer the problems of service and development as well as the urgency of implementing SIGAP in realizing digitalization-based village governance and accelerating digital-based development. This research uses qualitative methods on collecting, analyzing and processing data based on the Creswell model. The data collection techniques are carried out through, observation, FGD and interviews with data validity and data processing. The findings in this study show that the digitalization of village governance in improving services and accelerating development through the SIGAP application is declared to have a positive impact and have a very significant influence on the village government and the community. Through this research, it is also known that SIGAP plays an important role in facilitating data accessibility and accountability of the Village government through the features contained in the SIGAP application. So it is concluded that SIGAP is the right solution in accelerating digital-based services and development in villages.

Abstract

In a company, data security is very important. Data security and integrity issues must be considered to prevent information from falling into the hands of unauthorized persons. Therefore, a good mechanism is needed to secure data, which can be done through various cryptographic methods, which are generally divided into two categories: symmetric and asymmetric. Currently, the development of quantum computing shows extraordinary potential, especially in the field of cryptography. The phenomenon of quantum supremacy, where quantum computers can solve problems that cannot be solved by classical computers, is increasingly being felt. This raises uncertainty in the existing data security system, because various cryptographic algorithms and protocols are predicted to be quickly solved by sufficiently powerful quantum computers. To overcome this potential insecurity, the field of cryptography must adapt, one of which is through the concept of quantum key distribution which offers a new standard in secure communication. In symmetric key cryptography, a secure communication channel is required for key delivery, and the concept of quantum key distribution is a promising alternative to overcome this problem. This study aims to explore the implementation of quantum asymmetric cryptography in one-way data encryption, as well as assess its effectiveness in improving information security.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan beberapa perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat indikasi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan dengan menggunakan analisis model Altman Z-Score, Springate dan Zmijewski, mencari model yang lebih akurat dan seberapa besar perbedaan akurasi dari ketiga model tersebut adalah. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN Karya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2015-2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 perusahaan BUMN Karya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2015-2020. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu pengambilan sampel menggunakan semua populasi tanpa pertimbangan tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akurasi model dengan tingkat akurasi tertinggi adalah model Springate sebesar 100% dan kemudian Zmijeski dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 20,9%. Selanjutnya model Altman dengan tingkat akurasi 16,6%.
