Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) berbahan dasar vinasse dan A/B Mix terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakchoi dan sawi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di greenhouse milik Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa yang terletak di gang Abiyasa kelurahan Tahunan, Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta. Dengan memiliki luas sekitar 180 m² dan ketinggian tempat rata-rata 114 m dpl dan suhu udara 27º-30ºC. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober – Februari 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan percobaan faktorial 3×2 yang dirancang dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 ulangan. Faktor 1 adalah perlakuan pupuk cair; terdiri dari 3 aras: A/B Mix (kontrol), POC Formula 1 vinasse dan kotoran kambing, POC Formula 2 vinasse, daun gamal dan azolla. Faktor 2 adalah varietas sawi terdiri dari Pakchoi dan Sawi (caisim). Variabel yang diamati Tinggi Tanaman, Luas Daun Pertanaman, Jumlah Daun, Bobot Segar Tanaman, Bobot Kering Tanaman, Bobot Segar Akar, Bobot Kering Akar dan Root-Shoot Ratio. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Formula 1 menghasilkan pupuk cair dengan EC/TDS lebih tinggi daripada Formula 2, kedua formula tersebut menghasilkan pH relatif asam (5.1- 5.2). Terdapat interaksi antara varietas dan perlakuan pemberian macam pupuk cair terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pakchoi dan sawi (caisim).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) berbahan dasar vinasse dengan jumlah buah per tanaman terhadap hasil tanaman melon dengan sistem hidroponik tetes di polybag. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Greenhouse Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sarajanawiyata Tamansiswa D.I Yogyakarta pada tanggal 15 Januari - 11 April 2020. Ketinggian tempat sekitar 100 mdpl, suhu rata-rata 25,6oC. Percobaan dengan faktorial 3 x 2 yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Faktor pertama yaitu jenis formula larutan nutrisi yang terdiri dari 3 tingkat : P0 (kontrol), P1 (vinasse+azolla+gliriside), P2 (vinasse+feses kambing). Faktor kedua adalah jumlah buah per tanaman yang terdiri dari 2 level : B1 (1 buah per tanaman) dan B2 (2 buah per tanaman). Diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, diameter buah pertama, bobot buah pertama, dan bobot buah total. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan sidik ragam pada taraf 5% kemudian dilakukan analisis lanjut menggunakan uji Least Square Mean (LSMEANS) atau Least Significant Differences (LSD) pada taraf α = 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi antara kombinasi perlakuan jenis formula nutrisi dengan jumlah buah per tanaman terhadap tinggi tanaman dan lebar daun, sementara pada variabel yang lain yaitu jumlah daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, diameter buah pertama, bobot buah pertama, dan bobot buah total tidak menunjukkan adanya interaksi. Perlakuan faktor jenis larutan nutrisi (P0, P1, P2) menunjukkan pengaruh nyata terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman, diameter buah pertama, bobot buah pertama, dan bobot buah total. Perlakuan faktor jumlah buah per tanaman (B1 dan B2) tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel kecuali pada variabel bobot segar tanaman

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam nutrisi dan macam varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat dengan fertigasi sistem tetes. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai April 2020 di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian UST Celeban UH III, Jln. Batikan, Yogyakarta dengan ketinggian tempat sekitar 114 m dpl. Penelitian dilakukan dengan percobaan faktorial 2 x 3, yang dirancang dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 4 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah macam larutan nutrisi yaitu: P1 (POC berbahan baku Vinasse dan feses domba), P2 (POC berbahan baku feses Domba), P3 (AB Mix) sebagai kontrol. Fator kedua adalah macam varietas yaitu V1 (tomat cherry jenis Ruby), V2 (tomat cherry jenis Rojita). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terjadi intaraksi antara macam larutan nutrisi dan macam varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat, kecuali pada variable saat berbunga dan diameter buah. tidak terjadi beda nyata antara perlakuan macam larutan nutrisi pada komponen pertumbuhan kecuali pada diameter batang. Perlakuan AB mix menghasilkan diameter batang lebih besar daripada perlakuan larutan nutrisi yang lain. Tidak ada beda nyata antara perlakuan varietas pada komponen pertumbuhan kecuali jumlah tandan buah per tanaman. Varietas tomat Ruby menghasilkan tandan bunga lebih banyak dari pada varietas Rojita. Perlakuan POC berbahan baku vinase dan feces domba (P1V1) menghasilkan saat berbunga paling cepat, Perlakuan AB mix pada varietas Rojita (P3V2) menghasilkan diameter buah paling besar.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effect and interaction formulation of bioflok POC administration to growth and result of mustard and lettuce in polybag. Research has been carried out at the Green House. Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. This study was conducted in January – April 2022. Altitude of 100 meters above sea level, with average temperature of 25.6°C. This research was conducted using a 4 x 2 factorial experiment with Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the formulation of POC F0, F1, F2 and F3. F0 means without POC, F1 is mixture of bioflok catfish waste and coconut water, F2 is mixture of bioflok catfish waste, coconut water and EM4 and F3 is mixture of bioflok catfish waste, coconut water, EM4 and molasses. The second factor is types of plants, that is mustard (M1) and lettuce (M2). Analisis of observational variable data used variance analysis level of 5% and followed by Duncans Multiple Range Test (DMRT) level of α = 5%. The result of the experiment indicated that there was no interaction between the formulation of bioflok POC application on all observed variables to growth and result of mustard and lettuce in polybag. Mustard has the same result (fresh weight per clump) as lettuce. Mustard has the higher growth (dry weight per clump) than lettuce. The mixture of bioflok catfish waste and coconut water POC produced higher result than the other formulation. F1, F2 and F3 have the same growth, but formulation 1 has higher growth than F0 (without POC).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of the use of mini ponds to the productivity of cocoa plants by providing organic fertilizer of goat manure and POC of goat urine and to determine the response of the control treatment without the use of mini ponds on the productivity of cocoa plants. This experiment was carried out in Widoro Hamlet, Bunder Village, Patuk District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The altitude is 550 m above sea level (asl), the type of soil is gromosol, with a soil pH of 5.5-6.7, the average temperature is 22o C-31oC, and the rainfall is 1,564.00 mm/year. This research was conducted in the form of a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments, namely treatment T0 control without ponds, Treatment T1: Goat dung fertilizer was directly given to the tree and POC was directly given to the tree, Treatment T2: Goat dung fertilizer was directly given to the tree and POC Treatment is given directly to the pond, Treatment T3: goat manure is directly applied to the pond and POC is directly given to the trees, Treatment T4: goat manure is directly given to the pond and POC is directly given to the pond and each treatment is repeated five times. Analysis of the results of observations using a 5% level of variance followed by the Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) distance test at a level of = 5%. The results showed that the use of mini ponds and the application of goat manure and goat urine POC had no significant effect on crown height, number of branches, leaf width, number of flower buds, number of nipples, number of nipple wilts, number of harvested fruits, number of large fruits, number of fruits. small size, number of diseased fruit, weight of harvested fruit, weight of skin, weight of fresh seeds and weight of dry seeds. However, the use of mini ponds and the application of goat manure and goat urine POC had a significant effect on stem circumference, leaf length and light intensity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of biofloc watering media and intervals on the growth and yield of rice varieties IR 64 and fragrant mentik using a polybag planting system. The research was conducted in January - May 2022 at the Greenhouse located in Gang Kanthil, RW.05, Rejowinangun Village, Kotagede District, Yogyakarta City, Yogyakarta Special Region. The research area is located at an altitude of 113 meters above sea level, an average temperature of 28oC and an average of 2000-3000 mm of rain per year. The study was a 2 x 2 x 2 factorial experiment. The first factor was variety, namely IR 64 (V1) and fragrant mentik (V2). The second factor is the planting medium, namely soil planting media (M1) and soil + manure growing media (M2). The third factor is the biofloc watering interval, that is, the biofloc watering interval is 2 days 1x (B1) and the biofloc watering interval is 4 days 1x (B2). Parameters observed were plant height, number of stems, weight of dry stover, number of panicles, length of panicles, number of grain per hill, grain weight per hill, weight of 200 grain, and percentage of filled grain. The results showed that there was no interaction between varieties, growing media, and biofloc watering intervals on the growth and yield variables of rice plants. The results showed that there was an interaction between the planting medium and the biofloc watering interval on the number of stems. Soil + manure (M2) growing media produced a higher dry stover weight than soil growing media (M1). The fragrant mentik variety (V2) produced higher grain weight per clump than the IR 64 variety (V1). In the growth variable, the biofloc watering interval 2 days 1x (B1) produced a higher number of stems compared to the biofloc watering interval 4 days 1 x (B2), while the yield variable the biofloc watering interval gave the same grain weight per clump.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and interaction of lequid ferdilizer of fer rabbit urine and NPK inorganic fertilizer doses on the growth and yield of green mustard in polybags. This research was conducted on agricultural land in Rejowinangung village, Kotagede district, and Yoygakarta city. This research was conducted from November 2022 to December 2022. This study used 2 x 3 factorial experiment using a Completely Randomized Design (RAL). The first factor is the dose of NPK Mutiara fertilizer: NPK Mutiara dose K1: 0.10 gr/plant, K2: 0.18 gr/plant, and the second factor is the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (CRD) rabbit urine: P1: 50 ml/plant, P2: 100 ml/plant, and P3: 150 ml/plant. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, stem diameter, plant fresh weight, and root/shoot ratio. Data analysis using multiple tests (ANOVA) and Ducan multiple range (DMRT) 5% The results show no interaction between the dose of NPK and the concentration of rabbit urine. At a concentration of 50 ml/liter of rabbit urine, treatment produced a better shoot ratio than concentrations of 100 ml/liter and 150 ml/liter. Concentrations of 100 ml/liter and 150 ml/liter gave results that were not significantly different in yield (fresh weight) plant. Similarly, the Dosing of NPK at 0.10 g/plant and 0.18 g/plant did not give significantly different of the results (fresh weight) of the plants.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the interaction between goat feces and goat urine concentration on the growth and yield of green mustard plants. The research was carried out in a yard located in Berbah, Seleman, Yogyakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research was conducted using the Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method with two treatment factors. The first factor is goat feces and secant charcoal in the composition of the planting media consisting of three levels. The second factor is the goat urine concentration treatment, consisting of three levels. Data were analyzed using variance at the 5% level followed by using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. The variables observed include plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, fresh weight, dry weight. The research results showed that the interaction between goat urine concentration and the composition of the planting medium had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, fresh weight and dry weight on the growth and yield of mustard greens. The planting media treatment showed significant differences in all variables of growth and yield of green mustard plants.
