Abstract

Cocoa is product of can to experience desorptions process, when moisture content more than equillibrium moisture content. This of moisture desorptions process, as usually to result in unbelievable activity of microorganism. That is often can to drop of product quality. Desorptions process necessary to study and to know so that if to preserve, cocoa fixed of high quality. The obyectives of this research is known bigness of desorptions value is happen at cocoa fermented of product. The result of research was shown that 77,8% sample, to  experience desorptions prosess. This to happen at temperature 20ºC, 30ºC and 50ºC. Highest of desorptions value is 0,1473 and to happen at temperature 50ºC with humidity 11%. Just low of desorptions value is 0,0133 and to happen at temperature 20ºC With humidity 54%. The result of research also shown that increase of temperature cause to heighten of desorptions process. Just with increase of humidity cause to decrease of desorptions process.

Abstract

Intisari Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kapasitas kerja dan efisiensi hand traktor pada pengolahan tanah dilahan kering dengan menggunakan bajak singkal. Beberapa faktor yang diteliti adalah kapasitas kerja actual, kapasitas kerja teoritis dan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kapasitas kerja actual 0,0625 ha/jam, nilai kapasitas kerja teoritis 0,114 ha/jam dan efisiensi 56,1%. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kerja hand traktor masih belum efisien. Kata kunci: Hand traktor, pengolahan tanah

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pupuk kandang dan kompos terhadap hasil, kandungan karbohidrat kacang hijau. Data pendukung di peroleh dari percobaan lapangan di desa Parangtritis, kecamatan Keretek, kabupaten Bantul, D.I.Yogyakarta yang memiliki tinggi tempat 10 meter diatas permukaan laut, Jenis tanah yang di gunakan adalah tanah pasir pantai. Percobaan ini dilakukan dengan mengunakan split plot meliputi dua factor, factor pertama adalah frekeuensi penyiraman sebagai main plot dan factor kedua perlakuan pupuk kandang dan kompos sebagai sub plot. Variable pengamatan meliputi : jumlah polong per tanaman, bobot polong pertanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, bobot 100 biji, bobot biji per ha, kandungan karbohidrat, kandungan vitamin E. Data dianalisis dengan analisis varian pada taraf 5%, dan dlanjutkan dengan mengunakan uji jarak berganda Duncan ( DMRT ) pada taraf 5%. Perlakuan pupuk kandang kambing, Kandang ayam dan kompos memberikan hasil per hektar dan Sum Quality Rate lebih tinggi daripada tanpa pupuk. Perlakuan penyiraan. menunjukkan tidak beda nyata terhadap hasil kacang hijau per hektar dan Sum Quality Rate. Perlakuan kompos dengan penyiraman tiga hari sekali memberikan kandungan karbohidrat tertinggi sebesar 64,80% per 100g.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rizobakteria dan kompos terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil dan kandungan protein kacang hijau di lahan pasir pantai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Parangtritis, Kretek, Kabupaten Bantul, D.I.Yogyakarta dengan ketinggian ± 10 m diatas permukaan laut. Percobaan disusun dalam rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan dua factor. Factor pertama rizobakteria ada 2 level meliputi EM4 dan rizobakteria akar bambu. Faktor kedua dosis kompos ada 4 level meliputi dosis 0 ton ha-1 , 10 ton ha-1 , 20 ton ha-1 , 30 ton ha-1 . Variable pengamatan yang diamati meliputi Rasio tajuk-akar kering, bobot kering tanaman, bobot biji per hekktar, bobot 100 biji, kandungan protein. Data di olah dengan analisis varian dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Pemberian rhizobakteria tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kacang hijau. Mikroorganisme Efek (EM4 memberikan hasil kacang hijau per hektar lebih tinggi dibandingkan rhizobakteria akar bambu. Perlakuan pupuk kompos memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil lebih baik daripada tanpa pupuk. Kombinasi perlakuan EM4 dengan kompos memberikan bobot 100 biji dan kandungan protein lebih tinggi dari pada kombinasi perlakuan EM4 dengan tanpa pupuk, kombinasi perlakuan rizobakterian akar bambu dengan tanpa kompos maupun dengan kompos.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of land preparation methods on the soil infiltration which can be used as a basis for designing irrigation for dryland rice cultivation. The study was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with three land preparation treatments, namely T0 (no tillage), T1 (hoeing), and T2 (hoeing plus loosening). Each treatment was carried out with three replication plots. Artificial rain was given with an average intensity of 4.61 mm/h for 120 min. Observations were made on the infiltration thickness and rainwater volume. Results showed that land preparation methods resulted in very significant differences in the cumulative infiltration depth and infiltration rate, where the T2 treatment caused the highest infiltration. During 120 minutes of rain, 331.83 liters of water volume was poured out and resulted in an average infiltration thickness of 7.3 cm for T0 (no tillage), 18.09 cm for T1 (hoeing), and 21,3 cm for T2 (hoeing plus loosening). The results also showed that cumulative infiltration (y) increased with rain water volume (x) that followd a logarithmic curve with an R2 value of more 94-98% for the three land preparation methods with order T2 > T1 > T0.Keywords: Rain, Tillage, Infiltration, Dry land, Rice

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the waste tofu and EM4 on the growth and yield chinese green mustard. The experiment was conducted in the field of Merapi Organic Farm, located in Balangan Wukirsari village, Cangkringan, Sleman Yogyakarta. The altitude is 500 meters above sea level with temperature of 23 0C - 29 0C and regosol soil type. This research was conducted in October through December 2016. The experiment was a factorial 4 x 2 and one control, arranged in a randomized complete block design. The treatment consists of two factors, the first factor is the concentration of waste tofu. The second factor is EM4 and without adding EM4. Each treatment was repeated three times. Observations included plant height, leaf number, fresh weight of canopy, fresh root weight, dry weight of canopy, root dry weight, dry weight of plant and yield per hectare. The result of analysis shows that there is no interaction between the two factors on growth and yield variables. Provision of waste tofu and EM4 showed no real effect on growth and crop yields

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence combination of AB Mix and Organic Liquid Fertilizer (POC) made from goat manure on the growth and yield of the mustard by hydroponic. This reseach conducted by single factor experiment which arranged by Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) which consisted of 4 treatment levels. The first treatment was AB Mix without POC as control, the second treatment was AB Mix + POC (v/v = 3:1), the third treatment was AB Mix + POC (v/v = 1:1), the fourth treatment was AB Mix + POC (v/v = 1:3). The data analysis used analysis of variance (variance analysis) which continued by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) of 5% significance.  The research results showed that there was significant by difference result of the plant height, the number of leaves, the width of leaf, the fresh weight, the dry weight, and chlorophyll content. The results indicated that the treatment of AB Mix without POC as control and the treatment combination  of AB Mix + POC (v/v = 3:1) gave same results but both of the treatments gave better result that of the treatment combination of AB Mix + POC (v/v = 1:1) and the treatment combination of AB Mix + POC (v/v = 1:3). The treatment of AB Mix without POC or control showed the lower result of chlorophyll content than the combination of AB Mix + POC

Abstract

The aim of this research namely to know the Konsentrate and interval giving humic acid for growth of cane plant seeds (Saccarum Officinarum L). This is done at Sugar Factory Maduskismo PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero), Padokan Village, Tirtonirmolo, Kasihan Sub, Bantul Regency, The research is done at march up to may. This research is arraged with RAKL desaign with two factor , first is konsentrate 4% (D1), 6% (D2), 8% (D3). The second factor is giving interval 15 days (I1), 30 days (I2), 45 days (I3). The variable which is used covers number of leaves, wide of leaves, groos weight of leaves, dry weight of analysis use varianty fingerprint (anova) and continued with the smallest real different test (BNT) with real leadder 5%. The result of giving humic acid show that there are interaction at stemdiameter variable, plant long, leaf long.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the optimal of concentration and application interval of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) in the growth and yield of red beans (phaseolus vulgaris L). The research was carried out in Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) “Lestari Makmur” Located In Wates Street Km 12 Polaman, Argorejo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Special Region Of Yogyakarta.  The research was conducted by 3 x 2 + 1 factorial experiment arranged in Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor was the concentration Of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) consists of 3 levels namely: 1%, 2%, and 3%. The second factor was interval of Liquid Organic Fertilizer application consists of 2 levels: once week watering and watering every 2 weeks.  The result of this experiment indicated that there was no interaction between concentration and interval application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) on plant height, plant dry weight, flowers number, pods number, pod dry weight and pod length. Interval application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) had significantly effect on pod length and plant dry weight
