Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong pemasar untuk berevolusi, terutama jika ingin terus bertahan dalam pemasaran di dunia digital. Dari sekian banyak strategi pemasaran, salah satu strategi yang cukup populer sekarang ini adalah Influencer Marketing. Dalam era digital saat ini, strategi pemasaran terus berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen. Salah satu tren yang semakin populer adalah penggunaan influencer marketing dan video marketing. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer merupakan data yang dikumpulkan sendiri oleh peneliti secara langsung dari sumber pertama atau tempat objek penelitian dilakukan (Siregar, 2013). Sumber data pada penelitian ini berasal dari mahasiswa/I Universitas Nusa Putra dan Masyarakat Umum yang memutuskan pembelian setelah melihat Review produk yang dilakukkan oleh Influencer di social media.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Influencer Marketing (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pembelian Konsumen (p-value 0,247). Meskipun demikian, koefisien regresi positif sebesar 0,251 menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara Influencer Marketing dan Periaku Pembelian Konsumen, namun pengaruhnya tidak cukup kuat dalam konteks penelitian ini. Kesimpulan penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa influencer marketing dan video marketingl secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen untuk menggunakan prodak Ms GLOW . Analisis menunjukkan bahwa ku, Kualitan prodak, kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap influencer dan video marketing. Meskipun influencer marketing seperti testi moni dan video maarketingl juga memberikan kontribusi positif, pengaruhnya tidak sebesar influencer marketing. Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya prodak MS GLOW untuk terus meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat

Abstract

This research relates to predictions of laptop sales in computer shops in Central Aceh, with a focus on laptop brands Acer, Asus, HP and Lenovo. Over the last three years, sales of these laptops have reached 1,629 units, with a monthly average of between 108 and 150 units. Business owners today prefer brands with the highest percentage of sales, but this can lead to dead stock problems. Therefore, the author proposes using data mining techniques, especially the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method, to make recommendations for the number of products to be purchased by business owners based on past sales data. The K-NN method requires complete, structured and continuous sales data. It is important to choose an appropriate K value, and other factors such as weather, seasons, promotions, and special events also affect laptop sales. K-NN models may need to be combined with other data to improve prediction accuracy. It is hoped that this research will provide academic benefits in expanding knowledge about the use of the K-NN method in sales prediction, as well as practical benefits for business owners in planning their sales strategies. The research conclusions highlight the importance of good data collection, choosing the right K value, and considering external factors in the laptop sales prediction process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the suitability between the type of road damage and the budget costs incurred on provincial roads in the Madura region. The research method used road condition survey and questionnaire distribution to contractors, consultants, budget users, and local communities. Data analysis was done descriptively qualitatively, including the type, volume, and location of road damage. The results showed that the three most common types of road damage were cracks, potholes and raveling. The total area of damage identified was 261.95 m², with a repair cost of Rp 57,586,900. This research emphasizes the importance of detailed road defect analysis and appropriate budget allocation to improve repair efficiency and support the region's economic activity. The findings conclude that detailed road defect analysis and budget efficiency can improve road quality and support mobility and economy in the Madura region. The results provide a basis for local governments to plan road infrastructure improvements more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Visual aesthetics in interior design plays an important role in shaping an individual's emotional and psychological experience in a space. A visually appealing room design can create a positive and pleasant impression. Symmetrical ratios, careful color selection, and decorative elements can evoke emotional responses and enhance the beauty of perception. This study aims to examine the relationship between visual aesthetic elements such as color, lighting, texture, and layout with the level of psychological comfort of the occupants of the space. The methods used in this study are qualitative and quantitative approaches, through observation, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that spaces with harmonious and harmonious visual aesthetics significantly increase feelings of calm, focus, and psychological comfort. Conversely, rooms with chaotic or too monotonous designs can trigger stress and discomfort. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of aesthetics in designing spaces that are not only functional, but also support the mental health and well-being of their users.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, utilizing online media has become a crucial strategy for SMEs to expand their market reach and increase sales. This study examines the role of bloggers in enhancing branding and sales of Rendang products from the SME Mama Uci. The method used is a qualitative study involving interviews and observations of bloggers and SME actors. The results indicate that bloggers are effective in building brand image through informative and engaging content, thereby increasing consumer trust and expanding the market for Mama Uci’s Rendang products. Collaboration with bloggers also significantly contributes to increased sales volume. This study concludes that bloggers are strategic partners in digital marketing efforts for SMEs to improve competitiveness and business sustainability

Abstract

Kebutuhan energi listrik yang terus meningkat mendorong pemanfaatan sumber energi terbarukan yang berkelanjutan, salah satunya Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). Indonesia sebagai negara beriklim tropis memiliki potensi energi surya yang besar, dengan intensitas radiasi rata-rata 4,5–4,8 kWh/m²/hari. Namun, kinerja PLTS sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan seperti suhu, intensitas cahaya matahari, dan kelembapan udara. Variasi cuaca yang dinamis menyebabkan daya keluaran PLTS berfluktuasi, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis mendalam mengenai pengaruh tiap parameter cuaca terhadap performa sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh suhu, intensitas cahaya matahari, dan kelembapan udara terhadap daya keluaran PLTS, serta (2) mengidentifikasi waktu dan kondisi cuaca yang paling optimal untuk menghasilkan daya maksimum. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PLTH Pantai Baru, Kabupaten Bantul, selama 17 hari pada periode Juni–Agustus dengan pengukuran setiap jam mulai pukul 06.00 hingga 18.00 WIB. Parameter yang diamati meliputi daya keluaran (P), suhu (T), intensitas cahaya (Lux), dan kelembapan udara (RH). Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji T untuk menentukan hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,731 (>0,6). Berdasarkan uji T, hanya intensitas cahaya matahari yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya keluaran PLTS (t = –4,064; Sig. = 0,000), sedangkan suhu (Sig. = 0,168) dan kelembapan udara (Sig. = 0,464) tidak berpengaruh nyata. Arah koefisien negatif menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan intensitas yang berlebihan dapat menurunkan efisiensi akibat kenaikan suhu modul. Berdasarkan analisis data lapangan, daya keluaran maksimum tercatat pada pukul 10.00–13.00 WIB dengan kondisi intensitas cahaya tinggi (sekitar 900–1100 Lux), suhu udara berkisar 31–35°C, dan kelembapan relatif 40–50%. Dengan demikian, kondisi tersebut dapat dianggap sebagai waktu optimal PLTS bekerja secara efisien di lokasi penelitian.

Abstract

In carrying out its activities, human service organizations need funding for the implementation of planned programs and develop and enlarge the scale of the organization. Currently, there are many fundraising strategies that can be carried out by human service organizations, one of the strategies that can be carried out by humanitarian organizations is to form a prospective business, while the business is carried out through capital participation in a limited liability company. Legally, capital participation in this limited liability company is legalized for human service organizations with the legality of the foundation, even it is regulated directly in the provisions of the law on foundations. The profits obtained can be a source of permanent funding for the organization, so that human service organizations can be independent and survive and meet all organizational needs. However, fundraising strategies by forming businesses like this are not very popular, generally human service organizations still use conventional fundraising patterns, which fully rely on the generosity of donors to meet the needs of the organization.
