Abstract

This study aims to observe the influnce of communication and leadership style to motivation and job satisfaction of employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. This research is a quantitative research described by description. The instrument of data collection is a questioner. The sample of this research is 123 employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. Data analysis method used is AMOS-22 program with SEM and Sobel test model. The result of data analysis get some findings as follows those are communication has a positive and significant effect to motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to motivation, communication has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation mediates fully the influence between communication to job satisfaction, motivation mediates partially the influence between leadership style to job satisfaction. Keywords: Communication, Leadership Style, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, and the work environment on organizational commitment of Malikussaleh University with job satisfaction as intervening variable. This research is Quantitative research. The instrument of data collection is using questioner. Determination of respondents using Census techniques. Census is a sample determination technique that takes the entire population into samples. The population in this study was 158 employees at the University of Malikussaleh. The sample in this study that can be used amounted to 153 people while others are not in return. Data analysis using SPSS with path analysis and test sobel. The results of data analysis obtained work discipline, and work environment organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction Malikussaleh University employees. Work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of Malikussaleh University civil servants. job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of work discipline on employee organizational commitment at Malikussaleh University job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of work environment on organizational commitment of employees at Malikussaleh University, Keywords : Work Discipline and Work Environment, Organizational commitment to Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of high-performance work systems and servant leadership on organizational performance through the mediating role of employee engagement at Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe Representative Office. The data in this research were 133 employees who responded to the questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated with Amos. The research results found that High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership have a significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement also significantly improves employee performance. In testing the mediating effect of employee engagement, it became a partial mediating variable between High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership on the performance of Bank Indonesia Aceh Representative employees. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an important contribution to stakeholders in developing employee development strategies as an important resource for every organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh Work Life Balance, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Bahorok. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 82 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial work life balance, kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Bahorok. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi yang berguna bagi instansi kesehatan untuk menetapkan strategi yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai. Selain itu Kontribusi teoritis dari penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan bukti empiris mengenai hubungan langsung antara ketiga variabel independen terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam konteks organisasi layanan publik.

Abstract

Kemiskinan menjadi issue yang sangat mendominasi masyarakat nelayan. Data menunjukkan jumlah masyarakat miskin masih sangat tinggi di Provinsi Aceh termasuk di Kota Lhokseumawe yang pada tahun 2021 tercatat mencapat 11.16 persen. Kemiskinan nelayan salah satunya disebabkan oleh rendahnya pendapatan akibat jumlah tangkapan yang semakin menurun. Penurunan jumlah tangkapan nelayan salah satunya disebabkan oleh kerusakan ekosistem laut dimana jumlah populasi ikan diperairan semakin menurun. Demikian juga dengan pola tangkap yang berlebih serta penggunaan alat tangkap yang tidak ramah lingkungan telah menjadi penyebab utama kerusakan ekosistem laut yang menyebabkan keberlajutan proses penangkapan ikan menjadi terhenti. PElatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang utuh kepada masyarakat nelayan bahwa penggunaan alat tangkap yang tidak ramah lingkungan akan mengancam pendapatan mereka dimasa yang akan datang. Demikian juga budaya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan pesisir menjadi sangat strategis dalam upaya menjaga kesehatan ekosistem perairan dan Kesehatan populasi ikan. Selanjutnya sebagai alternative kegiatan yang dapat menambah pendapatan dan mereduksi kemiskinan adalah dengan cara meningkatkan dan kemampuan ketrampilan masyarakat dibidang tertentu sekaligus membuka lapangan kerja serta membangun usaha mandiri. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk melatih masyarakat. nelayan dalam menggunakan alat tangkap ramah lingkungan serta menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan ekosistem laut. Selanjutnya kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat membuka wawasan masyarakat nelayan terhadap berbagai kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dalam menghindari peningkatan kemiskinan.
