Abstract

Blazed the way new Effort Elegibility and run to need the careful consideration, particularly if amount of invesment which provided very big and its rate of return require the time old ones by various risk which possible arise in its business environment. CV Eka Mandiri Randu Acir Salatiga plan to do open the knapping business unit of stone utilize the to fulfill of requirement of development material for roadwork, bridge, building, other infrastructure project and irrigation requiring meterial stone from various size measure. The effort besides requiring farm which enough wide of needing also the expense of big enough capital, so that to determine its elegibility is needed by analysis of elegibility finansial. Analyzer used is]" capital budgeting" provided with the analysis of payback period ( PBP), Net Present Value ( NPV), Profitability of Index ( PI) and Internal Rate Of Return ( IRR). Result of research indicate that the Payback Period obtained by result 4,5 quicker year from maximum period payback 10 year, Positive NPV 339.142.040, PI (profitability index) of equal to 1,207 bigger than number 1 and IRR of equal to 17,98 bigger than value of cost of capital 13,2 %, so that the project of knapping business unit of CV Eka Mandiri of Randu Acir Salatiga by finansial through the capital budgeting " Feasible and competent" to be run. Is hereinafter suggested for the follow up of result of this study by equiping other analysis  like social impact analysis, environmental impact and analyse the non other economics.

Abstract

Faktor 5 C menjadi aspek penting dalam penentuan kelayakan kredit yang akan dicairkan yang   meliputi 5 aspek yaitu Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, dan Condition (5C) sehingga dengan penelitian ingin  mengetahui aspek Character, Capacity, Capital,  Collateral,  dan  Condition  (5C)  dan  mana  diantaranya yang  dominan untuk menentukan kelayakan pemberian kredit pada nasabah PT. BPR Nusamba Ampel Cabang Salatiga. Dari hasil uji Cochran Q Test diperoleh hasil yang membuktikan bahwa variabel yang dominan pada kelayakan pemberian kredit pada nasabah PT. BPR Nusamba Ampel Cabang   Salatiga   meliputi:   variabel   Character,   yaitu   terkait   dengan   komitmen pembayaran angsuran, Variabel Capacity yaitu sumber penghasilan yang memadai untuk menerima pinjaman dan memiliki kemampuan bayar serta mampu untuk menyelesaikan pinjaman tersebut sampai dengan lunas, Variabel Capital yaitu mempunyai sumber penghasilan tetap merupakan faktor utama yang harus dimiliki seorang nasabah. Variabel Collateral berkaitan dengan jaminan yang bersifat fisik dan keaslian dokumen jaminan tersebut dan terutama milik sendiri. Variabel-variabel tersebut merupakan faktor yang menentukan  kelayakan  pemberian kredit.  Hal  tersebut  dapat  dibuktikan  dengan  nilai Cochran Q Test 6,33 lebih kecil dari nilai tabel Chi Square 12,59. Untuk meminimalkan terjadinya kredit bermasalah maka pihak bank harus berpedoman pada aspek 5C dan prinsip kehati-hatian harus selalu diperhatikan.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang tercatat di BEI (go public), harus menunjukkan laporan keuangan perusahaan yang telah diaudit oleh Akuntan Publik dengan hasil yang baik. Ketika perusahaan sudah berjalan dan go publik apakah kesehatan keungannnya dapat dipertahankan, ditingkatkan ataukah justru mengalami potensi yang tidak sehat, memburuk bahkan mengalami kebangkrutan. Untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetehui kinerja dan kesehatan keuangan pada perusahaan go public khususnya seluruh perusahaan semen yang tercatat di BEI, yaitu PT Indocement Tunggal perkasa, Tbk, PT Holcim Indonesia, Tbk dan PT Semen Gresik (Persero), Tbk. Hasil perhitungan kinerja keungan dengan analisis ratio keungan diperoleh bahwa ketiga perusahaan semen go public tersebut menunjukkan kinerja keungan jangka pendek yang baik, namun kinerja keungan jangka panjangnya menunjukkan hasil tidak solvabel (insolvable), untuk ukuran profitabilitasnya dapat diandalkan dengan tingkat profitability jauh di atas rata-rata rasio industri, sedangkan rasio aktivitas perusahaan cukup aktif khusunya dari perputaran persediaan, tapi untuk perputaran aktiva umumnya masih rendah. Hasil perhitungan Z-score, tahun terakhir PT Holcim Indonesia, Tbk memiliki potensi kebangkrutan tertinggi dengan Z-score terendah yaitu 1,25, berikutnya PT Indocement Tunggal Perkasa,Tbk, skor 2,69 dan PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk, selama tiga tahun kondisinya sangat sehat dengan skor di atas 3, tetapi pada akhir tahun 2010 menyentuh wilayah grey area dengan skor 2,81. Jika ketiga perusahaan tersebut diurutkan urutan tingkat kesehatan keungannya maka yang pertama PT Semen Gresik (Persero), Tbk, Kedua PT Indocement Tunggal Perkasa,Tbk dan ketiga PT Holcim Indonesia,Tbk. Perbaikan manajemen keuangan dan revitasilsasi posisi keuangan untuk kesehatan keuangan jangka panjang adalah hal yang disarankan dari hasil penelitian ini. Abstract

Abstract Business Emulation which progressively kompetitif require brooding of management in chosening and determining business opportunity creatively, inovatif and variatif so that company can survive even forwards progressively grow to expand. There is two determinant as business variable which must be paid attention that is factor of internal and factor of company business in this time for the reference of to determine the position of future business. One of the analysis able to select; choose of with the approach anlyse the MDTI(Matrik Daya Tarik Industri/ Industrial Matrik Fascination). Implementation analyse this  relative modesty, that is by identifying Variable external covering : depresiasi currency,  Inflation, purchasing power consumer, governmental regulation, wide of market, growth of price, distribution channel, variation of product, efficiency produce the company location, quality of production, ability of management and goods Image. By using hypothesis data utilize to equip the example implemation analyse the MDTI of pursuant to measurement of existing answer quitions assumption with the wight result is such as those which got in this analysis obtained total of score for the variable of external equal to 3.40 and total internal variable score equal to 3.50, so that stay in the matrik diagonal “selective” this cell show the business position in this time with the conclusion that slow even its business growth, but owning potency an opportunity to expand as according to strength poteny owned. Considering progressively tighten the emulation faced by company, hence of vital importance know the strength and exixting business weakness in this time, so that by using approach analyse the MDTI very assisting of the company in determining direction of future business. Abstract

Product Fascination which sell on the market by seller very determining of succes and exsistence of merchant UKM in vending its merchandise. The Target of this research is to know attributes that determine Product Facination by buyer at UKM of Lopait Kecamatan Tuntang Kabupaten Semarang. Result of Crosstabs multitable depict the existence of relation of line and column in 3 variable analysed by of product price, excellence of product and supporter product as determinant of product fascination. While from result test the Chi-Square to third variable determinant covering product price, product excellence and availibility of supporter product as determinant of product fascination obtained first value chi-square of 6,00 by chi-square is tables of equal to 3,8415, hence value chi-square bigger than chi-square table with by asymp is sig. 0,014 under alpha 0,05. That way also result of test chi-square secondly obtained by value chi-square equal to 15,418 and chi-square table 3,8415 so that assess the compared to bigger chi-square chi-square table with asymp sig 0,00. From both result test the the chi-square show the result which signifikan HO refused and HA accepted, so that there is related link that product price, product excellence, availibility of supporter product as determinant of product fascination which perception by " UKM of Lopait Kecamatan Tuntang Kabupaten Semarang". The importance also the improvement of service quality to all buyer, like way of speaking, way of offering goods and other friendly and sympathetic represent, one of the suggestion given from this research result. Abstract

A B S T R A C T   Psychical condition and Condition of Officer Physical become the determinant in serving society, particularly again to society of patient of PUSKESMAS Jetak Getasan of Sub-Province semarang, hence prima progressively psychical condition and condition of officer physical very supporting quality of service given. Target of this research is to know the each the variable  its influence to service quality and also result of its analysis in confirmation [of] result of previous research. Result of hypothesis test indicate that the psychical condition  officer to quality of service obtained  t-test 1,933 smaller than t-table 2,0796 or sig [of] equal to 0,067 above 0,05 so that there no influence signifikan of  condition of officer to quality of service, its meaning [is] psychical in a condition like any  officer do not influence its quality in giving service to patient PUSKEMAS. To test the hiapotesis variable of condition of physical to quality of service obtained  t-test 4,301 bigger than t-table 2,0796 or sig [of] equal to 0,00 below/under 0,05, hence condition of officer physical have an effect on the significant to quality of its meaning service is prima progressively the condition of officer physical progressively goodness of[is quality of its service and downhill progressively the condition of fficer physical  hence downhill progressively also the quality of its service. Result of test simultan obtained  F-test 15,168 bigger than equal to F-Table  equal to 3,467 by sig 0,00 below/under 0,05 ,so there are influence simultan which psychical signifikan condition variable and condition of officer physical to quality of service. Level of the influence contribution shown by result of coefficient diterminasi ( R-Square) 59,1 % and the rest 40,9  % influenced by other variable. Giving apresiasi and appreciation and improve the accomplishment of physical requirement be fitter and prima in giving service and also always sprier, empathy and listen carefully to represent the suggestion given by researcher from this research result, besides researcher also recommend  to other researcher for the follow-up of result of research in. Abstract Cooperative in running its effort need the performance evaluation periodical utilize to know the its effort health storey;level. One of performance assessment needed assessment of finance performance as one of yardstick of co-operation efficacy. KSU BMT Arafah Kecamatan Bancak Kabupaten Semarang one of the type of cooperative of service of finance Moslem law by the effort saving and loan unit, in finance of Moslem law of giving of loan to member named by a defrayal which as a rule referred as by murabahah and mudharobah. Rule about performance of finance and finance health relate at regulation of Minister of Cooperative of State and Small And Medium Industry of number 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007, where Cooperative can be expressed healthy, healthy enough, under the way and indisposed the than 8 aspect. In this research is direct relevant with the finance performance of there is 5 aspect, that is capital aspect, quality of productive asset, efficiency, likuiditas and also aspect of independence and growth. Result of research indicate that the aspect of cooperative capital enter at healthy criterion, aspect of quality of productive asset of cooperative enter the fluent criterion, do not risk but there is potency stuck, the, aspect of cooperative efficiency show the storey;level of efficiency and efficient and good finance health, aspect of likuidity of cooperation finance enter the criterion likuid and enough likuid , aspect of independence and growth of cooperative finance enter the criterion with the asset rentability less, capital rentability by xself and high operational independence. As a whole finance performance at KSU BMT Arafah from year 2011 until with the year 2013 showing storey;level of finance health with the healthy criterion. Matter suggested in this research is the importance of Co-Operation apply the system of asset management of according to standard of Co-Operation Accountancy ( ETAP), improving the quality of resource with the education and training and also try to minimize the defrayal risk by applying principle of elegibility and carefulness in each;every defrayal channeling of member . AbstractConsumer in taking choice its consumption nowadays smart progressively, because given on to assorted of product choice which on the market its either from the product benefit side, its variation  its price, product  up to quality of good service of pre sell and also after sell the the product in marketing. Attitude of coir Consumer very influencing of consumer consideration in buying a[n product composed by the price factor, quality of product and quality of service which in this case concentrated to consumer / user of Honda and consumer of  Yamaha specially to sivitas of academic person in STIE AMA Salatiga.Result of research indicate that the aspect of price no difference which siginifikan  shown by value Asymp. Sig. ( 2-tailed) equal to 0,070 bigger than sig. 0,05. Consumer attitude from aspect  quality of product  no difference which signifikan shown the Asymp. Sig. ( 2-tailed) equal to 0,127 bigger than sig. 0,05. Consumer attitude from aspect of quality of service no  difference which signifikan shown by value Asymp. Sig. ( 2-tailed) equal to 0,236 bigger than sig. 0,05. attitude of Consumer of Honda and Yamaha as a whole assess the Asymp. Sig. ( 2-tailed) equal to 0,036 smaller than sig. 0,05 so that there is difference which signifikan of consumer attitude from price aspect, quality of product and quality of service at consumer of Honda and consumer of  Yamaha in  STIE AMA Salatiga.Price aspect, quality of product and quality of service and construction at sole agent of owner ( ATPM) And dealer become the very important aspect to be paid attention by each producer Honda and also producer of Yamaha. Keyword : Consumer Attitude, Price, Quality Of Product , Quality of Service.

Abstract

Abstrak Brand association merupakan asset yang dapat memberikan nilai tersendiri di mata pelanggannya. Asset yang dikandungnya dapat membantu pelanggan dalam menafsirkan, memproses dan menyimpan informasi yang terkait dengan produk dan merek tersebut. Association merek yang muncul sangat mempengaruhi pelanggan dalam keputusan pembelian produk dan loyalitasnya kepada merek tersebut. Dalam prakteknya, didapati banyak sekali kemungkinan association dan variasi dari brand Association yang dapat memberikan nilai bagi suatu merek, dipandang dari sisi perusahaan maupun pengguna. Asosiasi yang terkait dengan merk terdiri dari product attributes, intangibles atributes, custumer’s benefit, relative price, application, user customer, celebrity person, life style personality, product class, competitors dan country / geographic area. Menjaga eksistensi produk tersebut disarankan agar selalu memelihara citra (merk) produk yang telah beredar   dengan jaminan produk yang bermutu, semakin mendekatkan diri pada kebutuhan  konsumen, mudah dijangkau dan memiliki dayaguna yang maksimal serta berorientasi pada kehendak dan kepuasan konsumen. Abstract

Abstract BPR represent the institute intermediasi to owning fund and require the fund from society, One of [he product BPR is credit channelled to client. Problem of credit which often emerge is the existence of NPL (non performance loan) or credit height stuck. For that need the carefulness in channelling credit to client so that to be credit channelled improve the benefit to client. the Carefulness approach done/conducted with the analysis of elegibility of giving] credit to client through the analysis 5C ( character, capacity, capital, colleteral and condition of econom) so that the target of this research is to know how the BPR-BPR is implementation 5C to the client perception at PD BPR of Bank of Salatiga and client of PT BPR Kridaarta Salatiga, what differing or do not by using Statistic of nonparametrik Mann-Whitney U tes. Result of hypothesis test indicate that the aspect of character and condition of economy each showing asymp sig of equal to 0,552 and 0,028 bigger than = 0,05 so that do not its signifkan meaning there no difference of implementation of aspect of character and condition of economy as determinant of elegibility of giving credit of either by PD BPR of Bank of Salatiga and also PT BPR Kridaharta Salatiga. While from aspect capacity, capital and collateral obtained by asymp sig of each of 0,000 and 0,007 and also 0,000 smaller than = its 0,05 meaning there is implementation difference which signiikan in determination of giving credit to client of good to PD BPR of Bank of Salatiga and PT BPR Kridaharta Salatiga. Result of total test at 5C obtained by asymp.sig of equal to 0,001 smaller than = 0,05, its meaning there is implementation difference which signifikan of[is overall of aspect character, capacity, cpital, collateral and condition of economy in determining elegibility of pemebrian credit to client between PD BPR of Bank Salatiga by PT BPR Kridaarta Salatiga. Paying attention elegibility aspect in [gift/ giving] of credit and follow-up from this research result to be developed by variable and indicator empiriknya with the other analysis is suggestion given from this research solution result.
