Abstract

dengan istilah Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) dalam media pembelajaran PAI. Pada saat ini peran ICT perlu dikembangkan dan digali lebih dalam lagi terkait pemanfaatannya. Karena di masa pandemi covid-19 siswa diwajibkan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis daring. Tujuannya agar siswa termotivasi sehingga belajar mengajar akan tetap efisien meskipun menggunakan metode daring. Dalam sistem pembelajaran PAI sendiri bisa menggunakan media Microsoft Office dan Power Point sebagai media presentasi dan penyampaian materi yang lain dapat menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp Group (WAG), zoom ataupun google meet. Dengan demikian peran dan pemanfaatan ICT dalam pembelajaran PAI di masa pandemi covid-19 sangatlah penting dan perlu perhatian khusus

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is arguably still very low. This is very influential for the younger generation in the future, especially for educators, improving the quality of education is very important to do because there are many inhibiting factors to achieve the quality of education in Indonesia until now. This is in line with the research objective, which is to describe the teacher's role in supporting and improving the quality of education at SMP N 3 Godean. This research was conducted at SMP N 3 Godean. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The research instrument used interviews. Respondents research vice principals and teachers BK. By using this approach, the author can describe the role of personnel management in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

Al-Murtadlo Islamic Boarding School Ponjong Gunungkidul is an Islamic-based educational institution that not only emphasizes religious education, but also develops the non-academic achievements of students. This research aims to determine the management of student development in developing non-academic potential, such as martial arts, MTQ, sports and arts. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and literature study. The collected data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. (Zulfirman, 2022) It was found that coaching was carried out through three main stages: talent and interest selection, ability grouping, and intensive training. Supporting factors include professional trainers, adequate infrastructure and effective time management. The non-academic achievements achieved by students reflect character formation, such as responsibility, discipline and cooperation. In addition, the integration of religious education and non-academic development makes a significant contribution to the formation of a generation of students who are spiritually and socially competent. This Islamic boarding school is an ideal example of an Islamic educational institution that is responsive to the needs of modern society.

Abstract

The manager of the Al-Manar Putri Islamic Boarding School, Pengasih, faces various problems faced by female students in the Islamic boarding school. These problems are considered as factors that hinder the development of the Islamic boarding school. Therefore, this research aims to find out what problems occur at the Al-Manar Putri Islamic Boarding School, Pengasih and how the Islamic boarding school managers overcome these problems. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques for this research use semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation and documentation and use analytical techniques in the form of data reduction, presentation and conclusions. This research revealed that at the Al-Manar Putri Islamic Boarding School, Pengasih, problems were found such as self harm, jealousy between friends, the existence of friendship circles and dating cases and the boarding school management had tried their best to resolve these problems by giving advice, pay more attention to the female students, take them to a psychologist, take them out, analyze and check the problem.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the tahfidz program at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates is managed. Memorizing the Qur'an is an important tradition in Islam that continues to be maintained through educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools. The tahfidz program at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates is designed to increase students' interest and ability in memorizing the Qur'an, but its success requires planned and structured management. This program is one of the best programs and has full support from the school as the parent manager of the Boarding School. In fostering students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an at the Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Boarding School, it includes planning, implementation, evaluation, form of methods and supporting and inhibiting factors of the tahfidz program in increasing interest in memorizing the Qur'an. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method and is collected using interview, observation and documentation instruments. The results of the study show that in managing a special program in increasing interest in Qur'an memorization at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates, starting from the planning, implementation, evaluation, and types of methods, as well as supporting and inhibiting elements of the class tahfidz program which are intended to increase interest in Qur'an memorization. The research shows that the management of the special class tahfidz program at the Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Boarding School is running well in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The methods used in the implementation of this special class tahfidz program are the Tikror method (Repetition of reading 5-20 times in each block) and the Tasmi' method (Listening to verses that are read repeatedly). Supporting factors include a comfortable place for students, support from parents, teachers, and administrators of the tahfidz program, as well as health factors and a desire to learn. Inhibiting factors include indiscipline in managing time, limited knowledge, student disobedience, interpersonal problems, speed of forgetting memorization, and laziness. The result of efforts to increase students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an is an increase in the number of people enrolled in special classes, the number of children who pass to take tasmi' bil goib per 1 Juz and students in special classes on average have reached their memorization targets.
