Abstract

Indonesia is a multi-cultural country and has a plurality in many dimensions. This pluralistic culture is a nation's wealth capital in understanding and interacting with other nations. Current developments have led us to wider interactions across national borders where the relationship involves intercultural aspects. However, building and fostering ethnocultural empathy is an accumulative and continuous process and requires consistency over a long period of time. The most important first process is that we need to analyze the state of cultural empathy in society. This exploration, of course, requires a valid and reliable measuring instrument. As a challenge, we don't have limited instruments to explore this yet. In developing the instrument, the vast territory of Indonesia requires us to research in several periods to get maximum results. In this study, the Scale of Ethnocultural Empathy will be adapted and developed by Wang et al. and tested its validity and reliability in the central region of Indonesia. The number of items tested was 59 on 399 people, consisting of 18 males and 381 females. As for the distribution of the tribes living on Kalimantan, Bali, and Sulawesi, 24% came from the Javanese, and 44.86% of the total population came from the Makasarese, Bugis, Balinese, Ambonese, Minahasa, Dayak, and Kalimantan Malays. The study results showed that the scale of cultural empathy (The Scale of Ethnocultural Empathy / SEE) as a result of adaptation and development of 59 items was declared valid as many as 55 items and 4 items dropped. The results of the study also showed that who selected the scale of cultural empathy (The Scale of Ethnocultural Empathy / SEE) as many as 55 valid items, 58 items that met the item discriminatory value with riX 0.30 in the item discrepancy test stage, thus remaining 55 items based on the validity and item discrepancy. The results of the study also show that the scale of cultural empathy (The Scale ofEthnoculturall Empathy / SEE) as many as 55 items that meet the value of item discriminating power and validity was tested for reliability and obtained a Cronbach's Alpha score of 0.797 so that the instrument with 55 items can be accepted as a scale with reliability. Very high.

Abstract

Tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa penggunaan napza sangat marak di tengah masyarakat masa kini. Jumlahnya yang terus meningkat perlu untuk diwaspadai. Dalam upaya mengatasi masalah tersebut, pemerintah telah memberikan fasilitas untuk pelaksanaan rehabilitasi. Salah satunya adalah unit pelaksana teknis di bawah Kementerian Sosial RI, yaitu Sentra Handayani. Sentra Handayani telah menyediakan fasilitas rehabilitasi bagi korban penyalahgunaan napza menggunakan metode therapeutic community. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Sentra Handayani mengombinasikan metode therapeutic community dengan pendekatan pekerja sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk memperoleh data, digunakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Melalui penelitian ini diketahui konsep serta perangkat penerapan metode therapeutic community dalam proses rehabilitasi bagi penerima manfaat korban penyalahgunaan napza di Sentra Handayani yang telah dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan pekerja sosial.

Abstract

Adolescence is one of the phases with a fairly fluctuating dynamic level of optimism. Adolescents with low levels of optimism are prone to feeling hopeless to hurt themselves. The tendency of adolescents to hurt themselves into a condition called Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI). An alternative immediate treatment of the condition of students experiencing NSSI with low levels of optimism was tested in this study. Testing using the Pre-Experiment method with the types of One Group Pre Test and Post Test with subjects as many as ten adolescents selected based on purposive sampling technique. The alternative treatment used is the drawing mandala activity which is a drawing pattern used as a medium for channeling emotions. The analysis used in this study is a test that compares two conditions, namely the Paired Sample T-test. The results of the analysis conducted show that Mandala drawing activities can increase the level of optimism of adolescents who experience NSSI. So that Mandala activities can be used as a medium for immediate handling for NSSI teenagers who have low optimism. However, the results of this study need to be tested further in a wider population and also with generalizable methods.

Abstract

Pelecehan seksual terhadap anak merupakan isu global yang semakin mendesak, terutama di Indonesia, di mana data menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan dalam kasus-kasus tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisis tren konseptual yang dialami oleh Generasi Alpha, yang tumbuh di era digital dan media sosial. Menurut kamus besar Bahasa Indonesia (2022) mendefinisikan pengertian pelecehan seksual pelecehan yang berasal dari kata kerja melecehkan yang berarti menghinakan, memandang rendah, serta mengabaikan, sementara itu seksual berarti hal yang berkenan dengan seks ataupun jenis kelamin, hal yang berkenan dengan permasalahan persetubuhan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Melalui pendekatan kajian pustaka atau literature review yang dilakukan dengan penelusuran penelitian yang relevan dari lima tahun terakhir, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai bentuk pemahaman, faktor, bentuk, penyebab, dan dampak psikologis pada korban. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor kurangnya edukasi seksual, pengaruh media sosial, dan lemahnya perlindungan anak berkontribusi pada meningkatnya kasus-kasus yang terungkap. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pendidikan yang lebih baik, penguatan regulasi, dan kesadaran masyarakat untuk melindungi anak-anak dari ancaman seksual.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between boredom and self-regulated learning (SRL) in vocational high school students in Jakarta. Boredom is a feeling of displeasure or boredom that arises when someone feels that the activity being done is not interesting, monotonous, or meaningless. While Self-Regulated Learning is a process in which someone actively manages and controls their own learning process. High levels of boredom during learning are a significant challenge that reduces student motivation and engagement and has a negative impact on their SRL abilities. SRL itself includes (indicators) metacognitive abilities, self-motivation management and active behavior. The type of research used is quantitative correlational with statistical tests using Spearman Rank to measure the relationship between boredom variables and SRL. Respondents were obtained from several vocational high schools in the Jakarta DK area with the focus of this study on aspects of boredom such as disengagement, high arousal, low arousal, inattention, and time perception. And see its relationship with aspects of Self-Regulated Learning including metacognitive abilities, motivation in learning, and active behavior in learning activities. The results of the Spearman Rho test showed a strong and significant negative correlation between boredom and SRL. It has the interpretation meaning that the higher the student's SRL ability, the lower the level of boredom experienced. Detailed analysis also revealed a significant negative relationship between all aspects of boredom and SRL components. These findings confirm that high boredom inhibits students' cognitive and emotional involvement, thereby reducing the effectiveness of learning and academic achievement. Therefore, the development of SRL is the main strategy in reducing boredom and improving the quality of learning. This study provides important implications for educators to apply varied, humanistic learning methods that support students' psychological safety so that they can learn in a balanced emotional state and be actively involved in the teaching and learning process. Thus, it is hoped that the learning atmosphere will be more interesting, challenging, and relevant, thereby increasing motivation and students' independence in learning.

Abstract

Gangguan kecemasan adalah gangguan psikologis yang paling sering dialami oleh orang berusia lanjut usia dan anak-anak. Kecemasan merupakan suatu kondisi ketidakberdayaan neurotik, perasaan terancam, tidak matang dalam bertindak, merasa tidak berdaya menghadapi tuntutan kehidupan yang dialami oleh individu. Selain itu, kondisi penyerta lansia yang mengalami kecemasan adalah masalah hipertensi yang secara otomatis mengaktifkan sistem saraf simpatik, meningkatnya cardiac output, kontraksi pada saluran darah, dan meningkatkan tekanan darah arteri. Terapi SEFT merupakan suatu teknik terapi relaksasi berdasarkan keseimbangan energi psikologi yang dapat digunakan untuk penyembuhan gangguan kognitif, psikis, maupun fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas pemberian terapi SEFT untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada lansia Korban bencana Alam gempa bumi di Pasaman, Sumatera Barat. Tim Abdimas merupakan dosen program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling yang di delegasikan oleh LPPM dengan kerjassama dengan Mitra PW Aisyiyah Sumatera Barat. Hasil dari kegiatan terlihat bagaimana lansia dapat merubah reaksi psikologisnya yang negatif menjadi lebih baik lagi dan terbuka secara positif.
