Abstract

Employment is a very basic aspect of human life because it includes social and economic dimensions. Because in human resources performance issues need to be explored in order to be able to improve performance in accordance with company expectations, therefore the factors that influence it are needed. This study aims to determine the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of Perumda BPR Bank Brebes employees. The population and sample in this study were 74 with the census method, the data collection technique was by dividing the questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used SPSS with Hypothesis Testing carried out on significance. a = 0.05. The results of the study show that the provision of salaries and incentives has an effect on employee performance by 12.9% .

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada obyek wisata green hills kecamatan surampog. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuisioner secara online melalui google form kepada responden. Peraturan yang sering di abaikan dalam perusahaan membuat tingkat disiplin menjadi sangat rendah, karyawan sering datang terlambat dan melakukan izin tidak masuk kerja membuat pekerjaan yang ditinggalkan menjadi tanggung jawab karyawan lainnya dan menjadikan beban tinggi yang berakibat pada timbulnya tekanan berlebih dan stres saat bekerja. Hasil pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji Fhitung sebesar 5,829 < 0,05 dengan nilai Sig. 0,005 < 0,05. Dalam uji parsial variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 2,474 > 1,770, hal tersebut dikarenakan jika disiplin kerja semakin tinggi maka kinerja karyawan juga akan semakin naik. Variabel stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 2,348 > 1,770. Tingkat stres harus lebih diperhatikan kembali untuk menjaga kestabilan pada kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at the Green Hills tourism object in the District of Grimpog. The method of data collection is by distributing online questionnaires via google form to respondents. Regulations that are often ignored in the company make the level of discipline very low, employees often arrive late and do not go to work, making the work left the responsibility of other employees and creating a high burden which results in excessive pressure and stress at work. The results of this study state that the variables of work discipline and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the Fcount test of 5.829 <0.05 with a Sig value. 0.005 < 0.05. In the partial test, the work discipline variable has an effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.474 > 1.770, this is because if work discipline is higher, employee performance will also increase. The work stress variable has an effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the tcount 2.348 > 1.770. Stress levels should be considered again to maintain stability in employee performance.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

Bisnis ritel swalayan berkembang pesat seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap produk sehari-hari, sehingga mendorong persaingan yang ketat antar swalayan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Swalayan Nadia Mart Losari yang berdiri sejak tahun 2009 di Brebes, dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 171 konsumen. Pengujian data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 0,05 dan t hitung 3,189 t tabel 1,97427. Variabel harga juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05 dan t hitung 5,351 t tabel 1,97427. Sedangkan promosi berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,006 0,05 dan t hitung 2,813 t tabel 1,97427. Secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 51,840 F tabel 2,654 dan signifikansi 0,000 0,05.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of salary, leadership, and motivation on employee performance at SPPBE PT Mitha Jaya Kusuma Siasem, Wanasari, Brebes. The company, despite a stable workforce of 45 employees, has experienced challenges such as low employee retention, dissatisfaction with compensation, and inconsistent leadership effectiveness. Addressing these issues, the research aims to analyze how the three variables affect performance both individually and simultaneously. A quantitative method was employed using a survey distributed via Google Forms, with data analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the quality of the instrument, while classical assumption tests indicated normality, no multicollinearity, and homoscedasticity. The findings reveal that salary does not significantly influence employee performance when tested independently. However, leadership and motivation show a significant and positive effect. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, salary, leadership, and motivation together have a significant influence, accounting for 82% of the variation in performance. Among the three, motivation is identified as the most dominant factor. The study suggests that while financial compensation alone may not improve outcomes, leadership quality and intrinsic motivation play a more substantial role in boosting performance. Therefore, companies should focus on leadership development and motivation enhancement alongside fair compensation to optimize employee productivity.

Abstract

D'Top Chicken & Burger is a franchise business operating in the fast food sector that sells processed food products. Made from fried chicken, it can be combined with other menus. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality and location on purchasing decisions and what factors influence purchasing decisions at D'Top Chicken & Burger, Keuntungan Branch. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The sample determination technique used nonprobability sampling, with incidental sampling, obtaining 100 respondents. The statistical analysis techniques of this research include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results in this study show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. D'Top Chicken & Burger, Kenggungan Branch, pays more attention to places of business such as expanding parking lots and supporting infrastructure to create a sense of comfort.
