Abstract

The Culture that exist in a company will influence how the way of employee work and how the employee behave and have same perspective in doing work activities. Culture of the company have impact in the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. Based on data obtained from PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang, it shows fluctuating performance appraisal from 2016-2018. This is certainly a loss for PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang if not immediately repaired, considering that PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang always wants improved employee performance. The local HRD/GA said that there was an impact of the unfavorable application of corporate culture on employee performance. The statement is in line with the results of the preliminary study which states that there are indications of performance fluctuations caused by the culture of the company. Through the results of the preliminary study it can be seen that there are indications of performance fluctuations caused by coorporate culture. PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang is a company that moved in a distribution of vehicle sales and after sale service. PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang adjust 5 company culture such as integrity, responsible, cooperative, business harmony and continuous learning and improvement. The type of this research is explanatory research with 26 employee as respondent. The technique of collecting data is questionnaire, observation, and literature review. The Technique of analysis are validation test, reliability of the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple linear regression, t arithmetic and F arithmetic. From the analysis that already done variable integrity has a correlation coefficient of 0.478, variable responsible has 0,739, variable cooperative has 0,647, variable business harmony has 0,561, variable continuous learning and improvement has 0,641, and variabel company culture has 0,858. Coefficient of determination integrity has 22,8 %, responsible has 54,7 %, cooperative has 41,9%, business harmony has 31,5 % and continuous learning and improvement has 41,1 %. Simple regression test integrity gave positive effect of 0,293, responsible has 0,633, cooperative has 0,510, business harmony has 0,757, continuous learning and improvement has 0,326 and company culture has 0,737.. Simultaneously, integrity, responsible, cooperative, business harmony,and continous learning and improvement take effect with employee performance with F-Count (5,975) > F-Table (2,71) with significance number 0,002 < 0,005. The conclusion from this research is variable company culture take effect with the employee performance of PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang. The suggestions is the company should be raise the attention towards company culture especially in responsible variable and continous learning and improvement so in the end it will give good effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract Internet users in Indonesia are growing every year. Along with the development of the internet, the development of online shoping activities also evolved over time shifted some direct transaction activities. Based on the results of calculation analysis using SPSS for windows version 20 can be explained that the results of direct impact test on this research model showed the results of positive and significant influence. All X variables have an influence on variable Y. Based on this, the researcher suggested to add and maximizing innovation in generating features related to transaction security, ease of use, and risk perception in order to maximize consumer buying interest

Abstract

The success in the competitive world of business will be fulfilled by creating and maintainingconsumers, because the strategies used are to build customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is a real phenomenonthat is constantly pursued by any company to maintain the existence of its business. This study aimed todetermine the impact of communication, trust, commitment, and problem resolution toward the lifetime valueeither partially or simultaneously. The type of this research is associative research in order to discover therelationship between variables, in addi tion to test the hypothesis, then taken sample of 100 members of PT.Sophie Martin Business Centre Semarang as respondents using slovin formulas and simple random samplingtechniques. Data was analysed by validity data analysis techniques, reliability test , regression, t and F test. Thecalculation results of multiple linear regression can be indicated by Y = 2.908 + 0, 253X1 + 0, 270X2 + 0,036X3 + 0, 025X4. Partially the influence of trust to the lifetime value is 46.4%, the commitment to the lifetimevalue is 56.3%, the communication to the lifetime value of 65.5% and the problem resolution to the lifetimevalue of 21.6%. Simultaneously the impact of trust, commitment, communication, and problem resolution tolifetime value amounted to 35.4%. To increase the lifetime value, companies must define service standards,accept criticism and suggestions from members, conduct gatherings, optimize the use of technology, and solvethe problem with the win-win solution principle.

Abstract

The company is trying to achieve the goals set by top management. The company’s goal include growth, profits, productivity, employee benefit, employee performance, and so on. The objective of this research is to investigate motivational influences, leaderships and compensations toward employee in rope producing performances PT.Sumbertex Batang either simultaneously and/or partially. This paper presents explanatory research seeking explanations and highlighting the relationship between the variables proposed in the research and explains the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research sample was taken from 76 people by using the formula solving with sampling technique Simple Random Sampling. The method of analysis of this research used validity, reliabilities, regression, t and F test. The result of multiple linear regression can be shown by the equation Y=7,286 +0,24X1+ 0,268 X2 + 0,212 X3. Partially magnitude of the effect of motivation on the performance of 46,6%, 45,5% leadership, and the compensation of 36,4%. Simultaneously the influence betwewn motivation, leadership and compensation to employee performance amounted to 47,2%. Suggestions presented in this study is to evaluate compensation systems for all the employees, both compensation that are financial or non-financial. Disseminate to employees the importance of adherence to the rules. In problems solving leaders should include employees, and conduct trainning job and evaluation at reguler intervals.

Abstract

Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang is one of Toyota's official dealers in Indonesia with a marketing area in the city of Semarang, which until now has been competing with other car dealers. Toyota Agya is one of the products with the type of LCGC (Low Cost Green Car) motorized vehicle marketed by Nasmoco Kaligawe in the city of Semarang which is in demand by many groups. But there are problems in the sale of Toyota Agya at Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang in the period of 2017 to 2018, sales declined. This is due to the price and sales promotion of the company which is still less than the maximum compared to competitors. This study aims to determine how the influence of price and sales promotion on Toyota Agya car purchasing decisions at Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang. The type of research used is explanatory research, where data collection techniques used are using questionnaire and sample as many as 100 people by using purposive sampling technique. Selected respondents were consumers who made a purchase decision for a Toyota Agya car at Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang. The methodology used to analyze primary data in this study is the validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and significance tests (t and f test) with SPSS version 22. The results showed that there was a significant effect between price on purchasing decisions of 19.2%. Sales promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 20.7%. Meanwhile, simultaneous price and sales promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions by 25.3% while the rest is influenced by other factors besides price and sales promotion. This means that the better the price and sales promotion, the higher the purchase decision of a Toyota Agya car in Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang. In addition, sales promotions have an influence with the greatest regression coefficient value, 0.411. Based on the results of the study, researchers can provide suggestions for companies to increase sales promotions to increase public interest in products and provide prices in accordance with the value of the products offered by the company

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly strict business world, this particular situation will surely create a competitive environment that will also demand every company to increase their performances by focusing on employees’ loyalty. One of the services that can be affected by current developmentishotel businesses. Hotel services become veryimportant because of the growth of potentially Indonesian tourism, therefore we need a service of a place to stay for tourist and that is called hotel. However, in the period of 2011-2016 there is fluctuation in the turnover of Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel’s employees. If this is not addressed then it is feared that the hotel employees of Patra Jasa Convention Hotel can not meet the targets from company and making them increasingly lagging from other hotel services.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and competency on Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel. That method of this research is explanatory, with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used saturated technique sampling withthe respondents of 100 people whom are employees of Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel. The analysis technique used was quantitative. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, as well as the significance test (t test and F test) and that being tested use SPSS for Windows 16.0 version.All independent variables,leadership (X1) and competency (X2) together (simultaneously) or individually (partial) affect independent variable of employees’ loyalty (Y). Advice that can be given to Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel is that they need to give explanation, supervision, and monitoring of employees’ work thus they will always get motivated while working. Moreover, the company needs to give advance training to its employees and guidance given by the manager is also important, considering the standard of the company that changes according to market conditions at that time. Also the need for continued research by the company or outside the company regarding other variables that can provide additional contributions to improve employees’ loyalty.

Abstract

In performing of work activities, corporate culture has affects into efficiency and effectivity in a company. The existing culture in a company will influence the way of employee’s work and also employee behavior in the working environment. PT. TASPEN (Persero) is a company that work on government social employee’s insurance and retirement savings. PT. TASPEN (Persero) has been applied 5 corporate cultures, those are Integrity, Professionalism, Innovative, Competitive, and Growth. This research aims to know the effect of five corporate cultures such as Integrity, Professionalism, Innovative, Competitive, and Growth to employee’s performance. The type of this research based on explanatory research. The population are 71 employee’s at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Office Semarang by using census sampling technique. The result shows correlation of integrity to employee performance is on average at 0,531 correlation score. Determination coefficient (R2) of professionalism to employee performance at 27,7%. Correlation of innovative to employee performance at under average by 0,321. Determination coefficient (R2) of competitive to employee performance is 30%. Then correlation of growth to employee performance is low with correlation score at 0,278. Simultaneously integrity, professionalism, innovative, competitive and growth have a significant influences to employee performance with F count > F table (10,145 > 2,354) with significant score at 0,000 < 0,005.

Abstract

Leadership is a very important factor for the company because of the absence of leadership a company would not be able to run well. Award motivation is also very important to always maintain and improve the company's performance. In addition to these two factors also have to be supported by the good working environment so that the convenience provided by the company can support the employee's performance.This research aims to know the effect of leadership, work motivation and work environment to employees performance at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang printing section. The proposed hypothesis that there is influence of the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment to employees performance at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang printing section. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique that is included in the probability sampling technique with a sample of 53 respondents and the questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical method used in this study using linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0 for Windows.The result of this research showes that the variables of leadership has a significant effect (partially) on the performance of employees amounted to 47.4%. Work motivation has significant influence (partially) on the performance of employees amounted to 56.2%. Work environment variables have a significant effect (partial) to employee performance by 38.3%. Variable leadership, motivation and work environment have influence together (simultaneously) on the performance of employees amounted to 62.4%.Based on the research results, it is recommended that companies improve leadership, namely by improving the ability of leaders to get closer to employees. In addition, increase motivation to work can be done by improving communication with employees. The working environment can be improved by improving the existing infrastructure in the enterprise. Through this event the expected level of performance of employees at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang will be increased.

Abstract

Product innovation capability of the small and medium industry can be affected by a variety of factors, both internal and external company factors. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the information management and entrepreneurship against the industries performance of small and medium enterprises. The research type is explanatory research. This study uses sensus method which all of the population becomes respondent. Data collecting using a questionnaire and interviews. Data analysis using simple and doubled linier regression analysis using IBM SPSS 20.Results of statistical analysis known that together the information management and entrepreneurship effect on product innovation capabillty.The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between information management and entrepreneurship to product innovation capability on the Small and Medium Industry of Wooden Batik Krebet Bantul. Researcher suggest that IKM improve all of the informations that related to business so can always support the continuance of business, and improve the capabillty to build any idea for create products that can be accept by market.

Abstract

To be able to get loyal customers, PT. Gramedia needs to pay attention on the factors that influence employee performance Moreover, the recent growth of companies in Indonesia engaged in the mass media more and more, so the company must continue to improve the performance of employees so that the company can compete.This research aimed to ascertain the effect of recruitment, selection, and placement on employee performance of PT. Gramedia in Jakarta both simultaneously and partially. The hypothesis was there was an effect of recruitment, selection, and placement, on employee performance of PT. Gramedia in Jakarta both simultaneously and partially. The type of this research was explanatory research with 45 respondents with saturated sampling technique through questionnaire and interview. The data was analyzed using linear regression method with the assistance of SPSS 16.0.The result of this research showed that the recruitment, selection and placement partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Variable recruitment partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Variable selection and placement partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Variable recruitment, selection, and placement simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance Based on the result of this research, a conclusion was drawn that customers’ perception on nrecruitment, selection and placement was good. Employee performace of PT. Gramedia were also good. The company was suggested to keep improving the performance of employees in terms of recruitment, selection, and placement are better in line with expectations and needs of the company, so that employees are satisfied and the performance of employees will also increase.
