Abstract

Urgensi pada penelitian ini ialah sebagai dasar untuk melakukan tindakan preventif bagi Anggota yang belum kecanduan dan bagi yang kecanduan diberi kuratif rehabilitatif seperti konseling, rehabilitasi, dan penggunaan obat agar tidak semakin parah dan bertujuan untuk memahami 1) perilaku kecanduan dari para pemain game MLBB, 2) faktor pemicu kecanduan game online, 3) dampak dari kecanduan game online, 4) pembentukan dan motif perilaku kecanduan game MLBB. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling yaitu anggota dari komunitas MLBB di Jember dengan kriteria 1) merupakan anggota aktif dan mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan komunitas seperti turnamen, latihan, atau gathering bulanan lebih dari 3 kali, dan 2) anggota yang selalu bermain setiap hari. Sehingga total sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecanduan game online dari Chen & Chang (2008) yang diadaptasi dari Hutasuhut (2020), dengan model skala likert. Analisis data uji deskriptif dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anggota komunitas mengalami kecanduan game online dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 71% dengan skor (X ≥ 63) dan kategori rendah sebanyak 29% dengan skor (X < 63). Berdasarkan pengkategorian secara indikator game online dengan indikator compulsion, withdrawal, tolerance, dan interpersonal and health related problems didominasi pada tingkat kategori yang tinggi.

Abstract

Career anxiety is a feeling felt by individuals regarding worry, confusion, and doubt regarding the right career continuation for themselves. Career anxiety reflects a situation where individuals experience difficulty in making decisions regarding career choices, due to the complexity of factors that influence each other in the decision-making process. This research aims to differentiate the level of career anxiety between undergraduate students and vocational students. The type of research used is non-experimental quantitative research with comparative methods. The population in this study was 63,219 undergraduate and vocational students from 4 state and private universities in Jember with a sample of 397 students. The sampling technique uses quota sampling. The scale used is the Career Anxiety Scale (CAS) consisting of 12 items adapted from Thai, et al (2014). The results of this study show that there is a difference in the level of career anxiety between undergraduate and vocational students with a tailed sig.2 value of 0.000 <0.05 where vocational students have a higher level of career anxiety than undergraduate students.

Abstract

Lecturers in facing new challenges in carrying out the tridharma of higher education continue to increase along with developments over time. So, lecturers' readiness to change needs to be considered. The changes currently experienced by lecturers are in reporting lecturer workload (BKD) using SISTER and changes in the management of functional positions. This research aims to determine the picture of lecturers' readiness for change (readiness for change) within the Muhammadiyah University of Jember environment. The subjects in this research involved lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Jember who had a minimum functional position of expert assistant (AA). The sampling technique used in this research uses probability sampling using stratified random sampling. Sample calculations in this study used the Slovin formula and there were 150 samples in this study. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression. The results of this research show that lecturers' readiness for change is high on average (around 50.55% of the total sample) which indicates that lecturers are ready to face changes that occur in lecturer workload reporting (BKD) using SISTER and changes in position management functional.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif melalui kuesioner terhadap subjek penelitian generasi Z pada guru SMK Swasta Kab, Jember. Instrumen yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu alat ukur komitmen organisasi dan alat ukur turnover intention. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian: 1) Generasi Z pada guru SMK Swasta Kab, Jember sebesar 62,4% responden memiliki tingkat komitmen organisasi pada kategori “Tinggi”, membuktikan bahwa generasi Z pada guru SMK Swasta Kab, Jember memiliki komitmen yang tinggi terhadap sekolahnya. 2) sebanyak 140 responden dengan besar persentasenya 57,1% berada pada kategori “Tinggi” tingkat turnover intention generasi Z pada guru SMK Swasta. 3) Komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention, karena memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti bahwa H1 diterima. Pada hasil R square sebesar 0,353, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa sebesar 35,3% komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. 4) Arah pengaruh dan hubungan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention memiliki arah positif, yang artinya jika tingkat komitmen organisasi tinggi, maka turnover intention juga akan tinggi tingkatnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh antara Job involvement dan Komitmen Organisasi di antara anggota INSAN GENRE dan PIK-M Jember. Mengacu pada definisi Allen & Meyer (1997), komitmen organisasi adalah pernyataan psikologis yang mencerminkan keterikatan individu terhadap organisasi, mencakup kontribusi dalam mencapai tujuan dan nilai organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa job involvement memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p-value < 0.001, yang berarti hipotesis alternatif diterima, mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Temuan ini sejalan dengan teori bahwa peningkatan job involvement berdampak positif pada komitmen organisasi. Data menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas anggota memiliki tingkat job involvement dan komitmen yang tinggi, dengan 72% anggota menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dan 69% menunjukkan job involvement tinggi, namun masih ada yang memiliki komitmen rendah dengan 28% anggota memiliki komitmen rendah dan 31% memiliki job involvement rendah. Analisis juga mengungkapkan komitmen organisasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia, dengan laki-laki dan dewasa menunjukkan komitmen organisasi dan job involvement yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa job involvement yang tinggi berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan komitmen organisasi dan memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan program yang mendukung job involvement dan loyalitas anggota dalam mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

The winning mentality is still a problem for some athletes in professional competitions, where competing to be the best in a match (championship) is the maximum achievement that an athlete can give as a result of the training process that has been undertaken and the achievement of being the championship winner of a match. The urgency of this research is to measure the influence of psychological support received by athletes on the formation of a winning mentality in each championship they participate in as a form of achieving the need for achievement and self-actualization of the athlete's abilities. This research aims to examine the influence of psychological support on the formation of a winning mentality for Tae Kwon-Do athletes. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach with simple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The research sample was Bondowoso Tae Kwon-Do athletes who had participated in competitions of at least level. Besuki Ex-Residency region. The measuring instruments used are a psychological support scale and a champion's mental scale. The research results obtained were that psychological support had an influence in forming a winning mentality in Tae Kwon Do athletes. Psychological support can influence a person's mental state so that he can overcome the tension that occurs within him. Social support that comes from support and the social environment can reduce the stress experienced by a person, in this case the athlete's condition. Abstract

Social loafing often emerges in organizational activities characterized by a decrease in active participation of members in preparing and implementing programs, as well as members' tendency to be passive in discussion forums and avoid tasks. This behavior has negative impacts not only on organizational effectiveness but also on the well-being of the individuals involved. The research aims to investigate the influence of group cohesion and self-efficacy on social loafing behavior among student organization members. The research design is a quantitative correlational study. The subjects consist of 159 members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) Branch in Jember using a cluster sampling technique. The researcher employed the Social Loafing Tendency Questionnaire to measure social loafing, the Group Environment Questionnaire to measure group cohesion, and General Self-efficacy to measure self-efficacy. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The research findings indicate a significant influence of group cohesion and self-efficacy on social loafing among student organization members (F= 44.642; p < 0.05), meaning that higher group cohesion and self-efficacy lead to increased tendencies of social loafing. The results also show that group cohesion has a significant negative relationship with social loafing (t = -8.860; p < 0.05), while self-efficacy does not influence social loafing (t = -1.924; p > 0.05). Suggestions for future research include considering the specific context of the organization to be studied, such as the tasks to be measured, culture, organizational structure, and leadership.

Abstract

The profession of a nurse in recent times has been in the spotlight, apart from carrying out the role as medical personnel by the professional oath to provide health services, work involvement is the level at which a nurse is identified psychologically and the extent to which a nurse's performance affects his or her self-esteem as a form of job involvement. The research aims to map and determine the job involvement of nurses in carrying out their responsibilities as medical personnel in providing health services to patients. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method approach with survey techniques (cross-sectional survey design). The data collection technique uses a measurement job involvement scale adapted from Lodahl and Kejner. The sample in this study was 112 nurses who were determined randomly (simple random sampling). The results of the study showed that 73 nurses (65.2%) put a more professional attitude in carrying out their professional role as nurses in showing behavior of psychological involvement in work, there were 39 nurses (34.8%) who showed the work behavior of providing nursing care as a form of calling ( humanity).

Abstract

Kejuaraan Tae Kwon Do di Jawa Timur diadakan setiap tahun sesuai dengan kalender pertandingan yang telah direncanakan. Setiap dojang, pelatih dan atlet akan mempersiapkan diri untuk mencapai target juara. Keseimbangan fisik dan mental menjadi kunci untuk menciptakan atlet yang mampu bermain dengan baik di arena pertandingan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap mental toughness atlet Tae Kwon Do Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif Corelational. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan alat ukur mengadaptasi  dari penelitian sebelumnya  menggunakan Skala mental toughness milik Asyari (2023) (α=0.88) dan Skala general self efficacy miliki Schwarzer (1992) (α=0,76). Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan ada pengaruh self efficacy terhadap mental toughnesss Atlet Tae Kwon Do Kabupaten Jember (F = 7,142 ; p 0,05). self efficacy  memberikan pengaruh terhadap Mental toughness dengan kontribusi sebesar 3.9% (r= 0,039).Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy maka semakin tinggi pula mental toughnesss yang dimiliki oleh atlet.

Abstract

Lanjut usia adalah tahap akhir dari tahap perkembangan keluarga, pada tahapan ini lansia sudah mengalami kemunduran fungsi fisiologis organ tubuhnya. Semakin lanjut usia seseorang maka kemampuan fisik, ekonomi, dan kesibukan sosialnya akan berkurang. Pengaruh proses menua akan mengancam kemandirian dan kualitas hidup, karenanya peran dan perawatan keluarga dibutuhkan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan lansia. Family caregiving pada lansia sangat diperlukan dalam mewujudkan keluaga yang sehat, mandiri dan produktif, sehingga keluarga dapat mencapai kesehatan lansia yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui family caregiving model terhadap Kemandirian Keluarga dalam Merawat Lansia di Kecamatan Kaliwates. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pra-eksperimental dengan one-group pre-post-test design. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Keluarga dengan Masalah Kesehatan Lansia di Kecamatan Kaliwates dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Total sampel yang diambil sebanyak 105 dari 196 total populasi. Hasil dari penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Family Caregiving Model terhadap perawatan kesehatan bagi lansia (p value= 0,000). Keluarga tidak hanya menjadi sumber dukungan emosional tetapi juga secara aktif terlibat dalam perawatan fisik dan medis. Family Caregiving Model, keluarga diberdayakan untuk menangani sebagian besar tugas perawatan, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kemandirian mereka dalam memberikan perawatan kepada lansia
