Abstract

Economic conditions, unfavorable government policies, the growth of fictitious economic sectors, a lack of education and skills, a shortage of employment opportunities relative to the number of job seekers, and job seeker competencies that do not align with the job market are some of the factors that contribute to unemployment. Analyzing the main determinants of the open unemployment rate in Bengkulu Province is the aim of this study. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed in this work to analyze secondary data from 2012 to 2023 that was obtained from the Bengkulu Province BPS. The study's findings demonstrated that the F count value of 3.391 from the simultaneous test was higher than the F table value of 3.106. The dependent and independent variables are not influenced by one another, it can be concluded. With a significance value of 0.195>0.05, the Human Development Index (HDI) (X4) is the variable that most affects the open unemployment rate in the partial test. It has a positive impact on the open unemployment rate. With a computed t value of 1.433 and a t table of 1.39682, the Human Development Index (HDI) (X4) is the variable that most affects the Open Unemployment Rate. The Determination Coefficient is 0.655, meaning that the Human Development Index (HDI) (X4), Population (X2), Poverty (X3), and PDRB (X1) each contributed 65.5% and 34.5%, respectively.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), Tbk Cabang Rejang Lebong. Jumlah nasabah yang ada di Desa Barumanis Kecamatan Bermani Ulu saat ini berjumlah 150 orang dan merupakan nasabah yang secara rutin menerima kredit yang digulir oleh PT PNM untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan menjaga mutu dari PT PNM maka dipandang perlu untuk dilakukan riset terkait dengan kepuasan nasabah terhadap pelayanan PT PNM. Responden penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh 60 nasabah. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel dan uji keseluruhan variabel. Hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa secara parsial (uji t) variabel variabel Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Assurance dalam pengujian mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah, akan tetapi berdasarkan hasil uji signifikasi di ketahui bahwa variabel Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness mempunyai niali siginfikasi lebih dari 0,05 sedangkan variabel Empathy dan Assurance mempunyai nilai signifikasi kurang dari 0,05. Uji simultan (uji f) menyatakan bahwa nilai f-hitung lebih besar dari nilai f-tabel sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel tangible mempunyai nilai t-hitung 0.72 lebih besar dari nilai t-table 0.67906 dengan nilai signifikasi 0.943 > 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel tangible berpengaruh dan signifikan. Variabel reliability mempunyai nilai t-hitung 1.310 lebih besar dari nilai t-table 0.67906 dengan nilai signifikasi 0.196 > 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel reliability berpengaruh dan signifikan. Variabel Responsiveness mempunyai nilai t-hitung 1.919 lebih besar dari nilai t-table 0.67906 dengan nilai signifikasi 0.60 > 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel responsiveness berpengaruh dan signifikan. Variabel Empathy mempunyai nilai t-hitung 2.031 lebih besar dari nilai t-table 0.67906 dengan nilai signifikasi 0.047 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Empathy berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Variabel Assurance mempunyai nilai t-hitung 3.414 lebih besar dari nilai t-table 0.67906 dengan nilai signifikasi 0.001 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable Assurance berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Hasil uji f-hitung diperoleh nilai 18.098 lebih besar dari nilai f-tabel 2,3683 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil uji keseluruhan variabel secara bersama berpengaruh nyata terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve literacy and household financial management skills for recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City. Through educational activities and hands-on practice, participants are expected to be able to manage aid funds more productively in order to achieve family economic independence. The implementation methods included socialization, material delivery, interactive discussions, case studies, as well as financial recording and household budget preparation exercises. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of financial planning, discipline in recording cash flow, and the ability to allocate assistance funds for productive activities. This activity also motivated participants to start saving and developing small businesses

Abstract

The objective of this study is to know of karang tinggi sub-disctric as a growth center of Bengkulu tengah in in encouraging economic growth in the district of Bengkulu Tengah and identifying which sub-districts can be used as supporters of growth centers and leading commodities in supporting the economy in Karang Tinggi sub-district. The analytical tools used in this research are Likert scale, gravity analysis and location quentient (LQ) analysis. Based on the Likert scale analysis, it is known that the Karang Tinggi sub-district has played a fairly good role as a growth center with a score of 2.96, because the availability of facilities owned by the Karang Tinggi sub-district is felt to be quite adequate and quite helpful in supporting all community activities both in economic, social activities. as well as government. The results show the gravity index analysis of sub-district that has the strongest interaction with Karang Tinggi sub-district is Talang Empat sub-district with a gravity index value of 7177051, followed by Taba Penanjung with a gravity value of 6005503 and Pondok Kelapa sub-district with a gravity index value of 5280297. The results obtained from the LQ analysis show that the leading commodities of the food crop subsector are corn, sweet potato and peanuts. Meanwhile, the plantation sub-sectors are oil palm, rubber and coffee.
