Abstract

The digital era has brought significant transformations to the education system, introducing new challenges such as the digital divide, curriculum changes, and the need for technological skills. Sustainable leadership, which focuses on long-term strategies and continuous adaptation, is considered key to addressing these challenges and ensuring optimal educational quality. This study examines the role of sustainable leadership in tackling educational challenges in the digital era. Using a literature review method, the research analyzes theories of sustainable leadership and best practices within the digital education context. Findings from this study indicate that educational leaders who apply sustainability principles can enhance teaching effectiveness, support staff professional development, and create inclusive and responsive learning environments that address digital needs. This research provides insights into how visionary and sustainable leadership can contribute to achieving better educational outcomes and better preparation for students in the future. Recommendations for educational leaders include developing policies that support technology integration, providing ongoing staff training, and creating learning environments that foster long-term growth.

Abstract

Makanan sehat adalah jenis makanan yang memberikan nutrisi penting bagi tubuh dan mendukung kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Ciri-cirinya meliputi kaya nutrisi, alami, seimbang, rendah kalori kosong, dan bervariasi. Tujuannya adalah agar para peserta tahu makanan sehat. Metode yang dilakukan adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab. Responden sebanyak 30 anak. Hasil dari pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa memberikan menjelaskan makanan sehat harus dilakukan sejak usia dini dan selama penyuluhan 95% peserta sangat antusias dan memberikan perhatian lebih saat penyuluhan dilakukan, yang menandakan mereka tahu bahwa makanan sehat penting bagi mereka.

Abstract

Adolescents are an age group that is vulnerable to infectious diseases, especially sexually transmitted infections (STIs), due to lack of knowledge and awareness of risky behavior. This activity aims to improve adolescents' knowledge through an interactive and contextual participatory education approach. The methods used include an initial survey (pre-test), delivery of educational materials, social simulation, reflection, and final evaluation (post-test). The activity was conducted with 40 high school students by actively involving them in the learning process. The results showed significant improvements in the aspects of knowledge, prevention methods, and risk awareness, with an average score increase of 30.3%. The active participation and positive responses of the participants reflect the effectiveness of the participatory approach in shaping deeper understanding. The preliminary conclusion is that participatory education is an effective strategy in strengthening adolescents' health literacy and can be part of long-term preventive efforts in tackling infectious diseases.

Abstract

The unilateral termination of employment (PHK) by local fashion company Erigo has sparked widespread public attention, particularly on social media. This case raises questions about the extent to which companies uphold business ethics and comply with labor laws. This study aims to understand termination practices from ethical and legal perspectives, and to analyze their impact on employee job satisfaction and corporate image. This qualitative case study focuses on the social phenomenon surrounding the Erigo PHK issue as seen on social media and online news. Data collection methods include document analysis and non-participant observation of posts by former employees and public reactions on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and news sites. A purposive sampling technique was used, involving key informants indirectly related to the case. In-depth interview participants were limited due to the study’s emphasis on public data. Thematic analysis and Miles & Huberman's interactive model were used for data analysis. Findings reveal that the termination process lacked transparency, ethical communication, and full legal compliance. This led to decreased job security among employees and a reputational crisis in digital public spaces. The study recommends integrating ethics, law, and open communication into human resource management, especially in employment crisis situations.

Abstract

The mining sector in Indonesia plays a significant role in driving national financial growth. The abundance of natural resources makes Indonesia a leading producer natural resource outputs like coal, precious metals, and industrial minerals. This paper aims to examine how earnings expansion and executive shareholding affect firm firm valuation within IDX-listed mining companies between 2019 and 2023  timeframe. The method employed to gather data in this study is archival documentation obtaining data directly from each company's official public reports. The participants selected for this study include of 15 mining sector companies that meet the predetermined criteria. The research applies a statistical framework using multivariate regression of data examination. The findings indicate that earnings expansion meaningfully impacts firm value, indicating that the higher the profit growth, the greater the potential increase in firm value. On the other hand, managerial ownership fails to significantly influence company valuation, possibly because of the minimal portion of shares owned by management, which is not yet sufficient to provide a strong incentive to harmonize managerial objectives with investor priorities.

Abstract

Kualitas pendonor akan menghasilkan produk darah yang berbeda. Proses menghasilkan produk darah yang aman dan berkualitas dimulai dari proses rekrutmen donor, seleksi donor, pengambilan darah, pemeriksaan laboratorium darah, pengolahan komponen darah, penyimpanan darah hingga distribusi darah dan proses transfusi darah untuk pasien. Tujuan kegiatan pengabidan masyarakat berupa sosialisasi berbasis masyarakat mengenai konsep donor yang berkualitas (1) untuk memberikan pemahaman awal bagi masyarakat mengenai pentingnya darah donor yang berkualitas, (2) sebagai rekomendasi bagi lembaga pelayanan darah dan pemerintah untuk mengoptimalkan konsep donor yang berkualitas menurut WHO (3) peluang riset yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan Kesehatan Indonesia. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan PMI Kota Semarang secara Hybrid di Aula PMI Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh Ketua PMI Provinsi Jawa Tengah untuk optimalisasi pendonor yang berkualitas.

Abstract

This research examines the practice of digitization of Malay cultural heritage by communities in Palembang, through the perspective of Max Weber's value rationality (Wertrationalität). In the context of globalization and digital transformation, digitization is not solely seen as a technical preservation effort, but also as a way to express cultural values and strengthen collective identity. This research aims to: 1) Examine the value-based motivation in the practice of digitization of Malay cultural heritage. 2) Analyse the forms of action that reflect value rationality in cultural preservation through digital media; 3) Explain the relationship between digital literacy and commitment to Malay cultural preservation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews and documentation of cultural digitization activities such as Jawi manuscripts, poems, and oral traditions. The results show that acts of cultural preservation are carried out based on a commitment to moral values and ancestral heritage, not for material gain. Digitalization is understood as a means of affirming Malay identity and transmitting cultural values to the younger generation through digital media. In addition, the digital literacy that develops in the cultural preservation community reflects a critical understanding of cultural content and meaning, not just technical skills. The findings enrich interdisciplinary studies between cultural sociology, information studies, and digital literacy and offer strategic recommendations for cultural actors and digital platform developers in designing value-based cultural preservation.

Abstract

This study maps the development and knowledge structure of Scopus-indexed ethnomathematics research published from 2021 to 2026. The analysis was undertaken because publication output has grown, while recent conceptual directions and the position of pedagogical themes remain insufficiently synthesized. A total of 572 documents were examined using Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny and VOSviewer through annual scientific production, a cumulative growth curve, life-cycle modelling, a three-fields plot, and a thematic map. Publication output comprised 75 documents in 2021, slightly decreased to 73 in 2022, and then rose to 89 in 2023, 102 in 2024, and 133 in 2025. Partial data up to 31 July 2026 recorded 100 documents. Ethnomathematics, mathematics education, teaching, cultural identity, geometry, and mathematical concepts formed the main structure of the field. Problem solving and metacognition developed as specialized themes, whereas algebra, traditional houses, and mathematical knowledge occupied the emerging-or-declining area. The growth model estimated a cumulative saturation capacity of 1,215 publications; however, this result should be interpreted cautiously because the observation period is short and 2026 data are incomplete. The findings indicate a movement from cultural-artifact exploration toward pedagogical integration, although geometry and cultural concepts remain dominant. Future work should broaden
