Abstract

Pengorganisasian merupakan salah satu fungsi managemen pendidikan, pengorganisasian dalam persfektif Alqur`an ditafsirkan didalam ayat-ayat Surah Al Kahf: 48, Surah Thaahaa: 64, Surah Ash Shaafaat: 1, Surah Ash Shaff: 4, Surah An Naba`: 38, Surah Al Fajr: 22, Surah Ali Imran ayat 103. Ayat-ayat ini ditemukan didalamnya yang berbicara pengorganisasian yang akan di tafsirkan dan di munasabahkan secara takwil. Sehingga memiliki nilai dari salah satu fungsi managemen pendidikan islam.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach of the researcher tries to understand the meaning of various events in a certain setting with the perspective of the researcher himself. The use of this approach begins with silence, shown to examine what is being learned. The research was conducted at the Baja Kuning MIS, Langkat Regency, which is located in Baja Kuning Village. The application of the principal's Islamic communication to teachers, staff and students at MIS Baja Kuning has been implemented but has not been smooth and effective. Because in his leadership, the principal issued policies using downward communication, meaning that communication flows from superiors to subordinates. Likewise policies regarding lesson planning, implementation and evaluation of learning, school principals in the application of Islamic communication tend to use authoritative and consultative benevolent systems. Where in this pattern, sometimes the principal uses one-way communication, sometimes the principal as a place for consultation from subordinates, a place to issue/plan all ideas, opinions and ideas for the progress of the school.

Abstract

This study investigates digital learning innovation as a strategy to enhance the quality of Islamic education in madrasahs. Employing a literature review method, the research synthesizes findings from scholarly books, journals, and educational articles related to digital-based learning. Results show that digital learning supports more interactive and flexible learning processes, increases student engagement, enhances independent learning, and improves teacher effectiveness in delivering material and monitoring student progress. However, the effectiveness of these innovations depends on the digital readiness of educators, learners, and infrastructure. Therefore, teacher training, adequate facilities, and stakeholder collaboration are essential to successful implementation. This study serves as a reference for the development of Islamic education that is responsive to technological advancements. Penelitian ini mengkaji inovasi pembelajaran digital sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di madrasah. Dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka, kajian ini mengolah temuan dari buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan mengenai pembelajaran berbasis digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran digital mendukung proses belajar yang lebih interaktif dan fleksibel, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, memperkuat kemandirian belajar, serta meningkatkan efektivitas guru dalam menyampaikan materi dan memantau perkembangan peserta didik. Namun, efektivitas inovasi ini bergantung pada kesiapan digital pendidik, peserta didik, serta sarana pendukung. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan guru, penyediaan infrastruktur yang memadai, dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang adaptif terhadap kemajuan teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi dalam penilaian otomatis dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja guru di MTsS IKABA Paluh Manis Gebang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan guru, observasi langsung saat proses penilaian berlangsung, dan dokumentasi terkait hasil penilaian digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah memanfaatkan berbagai aplikasi seperti Google Forms, WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, dan sistem penilaian digital lokal untuk melakukan penilaian otomatis. Pemanfaatan teknologi ini terbukti membantu guru dalam mengoreksi, merekap, dan melaporkan nilai secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Guru merasa lebih ringan bebannya karena waktu yang biasanya digunakan untuk koreksi manual kini dapat dialihkan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran lainnya. Selain itu, siswa menjadi lebih semangat karena bisa langsung melihat hasil nilai mereka. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan jaringan internet, perbedaan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi, dan keterbatasan perangkat pada sebagian siswa. Sekolah telah berupaya mengatasi kendala ini melalui pelatihan dan kerja sama internal. Secara keseluruhan, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam penilaian otomatis memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses belajar mengajar, menjadikan pekerjaan guru lebih efektif serta meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
