Abstract

Actuating menjadi salah satu fungsi dan juga tahap manajemen. Dalam lembaga pendidikan, aktuating dapat ditafsirkan untuk memobilisasi atau memberikan arah ke sumber daya yang ada di lembaga ini, apakah sumber daya manusia atau sumber daya lainnya. Menggerakkan sumber daya manusia adalah proses yang dari Perencanaan Manusia, perekrutan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan motivasi untuk dialokasikan. Ketika memobilisasi upaya memaksimalkan penggunaan sumber daya yang ada atau memindahkan bagian -bagian untuk melaksanakan semua kegiatan yang sudah direncanakan.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka yang diterapkan di SMP Pahlawan Nasional Medan kelas VII saat ini masih menjadi problematika khususnya bagi guru PAI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui problematika yang dihadapi guru PAI dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dan bagaimana solusi untuk mengatasi problematika yang dihadapi guru PAI tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan data hasil observasi dan juga wawancara selama penelitian berlangsung sehingga menjadi informasi yang mudah dipahami dan menjadi data yang bermanfaat positif dalam dunia Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya pemahaman guru PAI terhadap Kurikulum merdeka, sulitnya mengubah kebiasaan/mindset guru PAI terhadap kurikulum merdeka dan juga kurang responnya siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Kebaharuan dalam penelitian ini, upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi problematika guru PAI dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka yaitu dengan melaksanakan seminar rutin setiap minggunya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of curriculum development policies at MAN 2 Model Medan, 1) What are the steps for implementing curriculum development policies at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Medan Model?, 2) What is the process of implementing curriculum development policies at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Medan Model? ?, 3) How is the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of curriculum development policies at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan? Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and document studies. Analysis of the research data uses the steps proposed by Miles & Hubermun (1994) which include data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. In strengthening the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research, the researcher refers to the use of data validity standards suggested by Lincoln & Guba (1985), which consist of credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study found: 1) The steps for implementing curriculum development policies at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan are top down. This curriculum development policy makes madrasas apply two types of curriculum, namely the 2013 Curriculum and SKS. The implementation of this curriculum development policy also involves teachers, staff, WKM, and Madrasah Committees. 2) The characteristics of the process of implementing curriculum development policies in the Medan Model 2 Madrasah Aliyah refer to the curriculum blueprint program. This document contains guidelines and matters related to the implementation of the curriculum at MAN 2 Model Medan. Overall, the process of implementing curriculum development policies at MAN 2 Model Medan is quite good, but still needs to overcome existing obstacles, namely related to the implementation of local content; and 3) Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of curriculum development policies at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan was carried out 3 times, namely at the planning, implementation, and final stages of the program. This is done to maintain the quality of the madrasah and meet the established quality standards.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to analyze: 1) Institutional planning for religious affairs-based higher education at UNIVA Medan; 2) Organizing religious-based higher education institutions at UNIVA Medan; 3) Direction of Islamic-based higher education institutions at UNIVA Medan; 4) Leadership of Islamic-based higher education institutions at UNIVA Medan; and 5) Supervision of religious-based higher education institutions at UNIVA Medan. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method, where the results obtained in this research are: 1) Value-based planning consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and kealwashliyahan. Making the values of worship and mumtaz as basic values, establishing the vision of mumtaz, improving infrastructure, accreditation, spirituality, opening postgraduate studies, digitalization, university identity, RIP, research university, WCU, GUG, development of KKNI + ma'had aly, as well as the development of Tri Dharma into Catur Dharma; 2) Value-based organizing consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and religious beliefs. Organizing is carried out by setting common goals, professional and proportional, fit and profitable, and building trust; 3) Value-based guidance consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and religious beliefs. 3T+1H directing method, direct involvement, coordination, determination of technical guidelines, community unity, focus on goals, Tri Dharma and Catur Dharma; 4) Value-based leadership consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and kealwashliyyah. Leaders must have competence, emulate the leadership of the Prophet, motivation, and apply digital leadership, and 5) Value-based supervision consisting of universal values, Islamic values, and religious beliefs. Supervision is carried out using a dual system consisting of internal and external, involvement of the parent organization, supervision of Tri Dharma & Catur Dharma, as well as supervision based on katauhidan values.
