Abstract

Education is considered the primary foundation for economic development. Through education, individuals acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively participate in the global economy. Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in driving the economy through job creation, enhanced competition, and innovation. Entrepreneurship education can enhance individuals' abilities to start and manage their own businesses. This research aims to explore how human resource education can serve as an essential driver in advancing economic progress through entrepreneurship exploration. This study is a literature review using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data were gathered from articles published on Google Scholar between 2013 and 2024 through keywords HR Education, Economic Progress, Entrepreneurship. The study results indicate that human resource education plays a crucial role in driving a country's economy through harnessing entrepreneurial potential. Education is not only about transferring knowledge but also shaping character, skills, and attitudes that support innovation and competitiveness. In an increasingly interconnected global context, education also serves as a bridge between local innovation and the global market, creating an inclusive and sustainable environment for economic growth

Abstract

Penyusunan jadwal perkuliahan merupakan aktivitas administratif yang rutin dilakukan setiap pergantian semester di lingkungan institusi pendidikan tinggi, salah satunya di STMIK LIKMI. Namun, kompleksitas kombinasi data menghambat pihak administrasi untuk bisa menuntaskan aktivitas tersebut secara cepat. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat membantu proses penjadwalan adalah dengan menerapkan algoritma optimisasi, yaitu Simulated Annealing (SA). Proses penjadwalan dilakukan secara iteratif, dimulai dengan membentuk solusi jadwal baru berdasarkan solusi saat ini, mengevaluasi pelanggaran batasan-batasan yang telah ditentukan terhadap solusi baru tersebut, dan memutuskan apakah menerima solusi baru tersebut untuk dianilkan lebih lanjut atau tidak berdasarkan probabilitas dalam setiap iterasi, layaknya proses anil yang asli. Proses tersebut berlangsung sampai mencapai batas tertentu dan menghasilkan solusi jadwal yang paling memungkinkan yang bisa diperoleh. Proses penjadwalan yang menerapkan algoritma SA tersebut dapat disesuaikan secara fleksibel dengan kebutuhan studi kasus, sehingga dapat menghasilkan solusi jadwal terbaik yang beragam dan dapat memenuhi batasan-batasan yang ditentukan semaksimal mungkin, dengan mengompromikan kecepatan proses dan keidealan solusi.

Abstract

Kimia merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu alam yang penting untuk dipelajari. Reaksi kimia yang akan diterapkan dalam game adalah asam dan basa.  RPG adalah permainan yang membuat pemain berperan di dunia yang diciptakan. Pemain akan berperan sebagai alkimis yang bertugas menyelesaikan quest, mengalahkan monster/musuh dan menyelesaikan teka teki menggunakan konsep reaksi asam basa yang disimulasikan dengan barang yang mengandung bahan kimia sebagai senjata untuk mengalahkan musuh. Pertarungan dilakukan secara turn-based artinya aksi pertarungan dilakukan secara giliran diawali dengan pemain. Pembuatan game menggunakan perangkat lunak unity dengan komponen dasar.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has fundamentally altered the way companies operate. Amidst this transformation, social media has emerged as one of the key forces driving change. The aim of this research is to uncover the dominant role of social media as a primary marketing tool in digital business strategies. The methodology of this research is a qualitative literature review drawing data from Google Scholar from 2012 to 2024. The study findings indicate that social media not only enables businesses to directly connect with their audience but also facilitates deep interactions, strengthens brands, provides valuable insights, and fosters beneficial collaborations. With its ability to create emotional connections, build strong brand identities, and optimize consumer experiences, social media has become an inevitable force in the modern marketing landscape.
