Abstract

The research aims to find the relationship between the influence of competence, training, supervision on employee performance simultaneously and how to influence competence, training and work supervision on employee performance partially. The research method with this research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by: Interviews (interviews). The partial test results show that competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyota Astra Motor. The partial test results show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyota Astra Motor. The partial test results show that supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyota Astra Motor. Simultaneous test results show that competency, training and supervision have a positive and significant effect on performance at PT. Toyota Astra Motor. The adjusted R2 coefficient of determination from training and communication explains the employee performance variable of 93.7% and the remaining 6.3% is explained by other independent variables not examined.

Abstract

Abstract:  The current era of digitalization presents significant opportunities for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to expand their market reach through digital platforms. Digital marketing has become one of the strategic solutions to enhance the competitiveness of local products, introduce them to broader markets, and increase community income. The objective of this community service program is to provide an understanding of the basic concepts of digital marketing, including digital marketing strategies, benefits, and their application across various types of businesses. The implementation methods for this activity include lectures, question-and-answer sessions, practical exercises, and discussions. The expected outcome of this program is that the training will have a tangible impact on improving the competencies of human resources in Sumber Rejo Village, particularly in utilizing digital marketing to support local business development and foster the community's economic growth.Abstrak: Era digitalisasi saat ini membuka peluang besar bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka melalui platform digital. Digital marketing menjadi salah satu solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal, memperkenalkan produk ke pasar yang lebih luas, dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai konsep dasar digital marketing, termasuk strategi pemasaran digital, manfaat, dan penerapannya dalam berbagai jenis usaha. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, praktik dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan meningkatnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia di Desa Sumber Rejo, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing untuk mendukung pengembangan usaha lokal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Honda didistribusikan ke berbagai daerah di Indonesia, termasuk kota Medan, oleh PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. Meskipun Honda adalah merek motor yang sangat terkenal, perusahaan ini masih bisa mengalami peningkatan penjualan. Namun, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan mengalami penurunan penjualan. Konsumen yang semakin selektif dalam memilih produk melakukan berbagai evaluasi dan membandingkan merek Honda dengan pesaing seperti Yamaha, kemudian memilih produk yang paling unggul dan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi mereka. Oleh karena itu, penurunan keputusan pembelian ini dikaitkan dengan pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan personal selling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT. Indako Trading Coy. Penelitian ini melibatkan 10.617 konsumen yang membeli produk dari perusahaan selama periode 2020 hingga 2022. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat toleransi 10%, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 99 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada PT. Indako Trading Coy. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada PT. Indako Trading Coy. Personal Selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada PT. Indako Trading Coy. Secara serempak Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Personal Selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada PT. Indako Trading Coy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan memeriksa bagaimana citra merek, harga, kualitas produk, dan pendukung selebriti memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli Skincare Somethinc di Ecommerce Shopee pada Kelurahan Tanah Enam Ratus Medan Marelan. Somethinc urutan 6 menempati peringkat keenam dan memiliki berbagai pesaing dari brand lokal. Saat ini dari data terbaru menunjukkan bahwa Somethinc masih berada di peringkat 6 dibandingkan dengan brand lainnya. Kandungan produk yang ada di Somethinc belum lebih baik dibandingkan kompetitor lainnya. konsistensi kualitas, bahan-bahan, dan kemasan yang tidak memenuhi standar keamanan. Somethinc lebih mengutamakan menggunakan selebriti luar negeri dibandingkan dengan selebriti Indonesia. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurangnya pengetahuan konsumen yang cenderung lebih memilih selebriti lokal dan membuat pemasaran yang dilakukan menjadi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 110 responden dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Regresi linier berganda dengan pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas digunakan dalam proses analisis data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh sejumlah faktor, termasuk citra merek, harga, kualitas produk, dan dukungan selebriti. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of information systems on employee performance with job satisfaction and competence as moderating variables in a private hospital in Medan. As hospitals increasingly rely on digital systems to handle administrative tasks, medical records, and internal communication, the ability of employees to adopt and utilize information systems becomes critical to organizational productivity. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods, involving employees from various hospital departments who use information systems in their daily work routines. Data were analyzed using statistical techniques to determine both direct and moderating effects. The results show that information systems have a significant positive influence on employee performance, indicating that system effectiveness contributes directly to better work outcomes. Job satisfaction is found to strengthen this relationship, highlighting that employees who feel motivated, valued, and comfortable with their work environment are more likely to maximize the use of information systems. Meanwhile, competence also acts as an effective moderator, suggesting that employees with higher levels of skill and digital literacy are better able to translate system usage into improved performance.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has increased the use of food delivery services due to their practicality and efficiency. However, within the online food delivery industry in Indonesia, GoFood’s position has tended to weaken compared to GrabFood, which remains dominant, and ShopeeFood, which continues to grow. This decline in competitiveness is influenced by decreasing customer loyalty, driven by complaints such as delivery delays, lack of transparency in additional fees, and inconsistent promotions. Mismatches in discounts and free delivery offers have reduced trust, while negative reviews related to final pricing and fee systems have further worsened consumer perceptions. The population in this study includes all residents of Medan Petisah who use GoFood, the exact number of which is unknown or indefinite. Therefore, the sampling technique used is the Lemeshow formula, which allows the determination of sample size under conditions of an unknown population, resulting in a total of 96 samples. The sampling method applied is accidental sampling, where respondents are selected randomly based on their availability and willingness to participate in the study. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that trust, reviews, and promotions each have an effect on customer loyalty toward GoFood in Medan Petisah District. Furthermore, these three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on customer loyalty.
