Abstract

Turnover intention, or the intention to leave an organization, has become a significant issue in the modern era, especially among the millennial generation, which has different work preferences from those of previous generations. This generation tends to value balance between personal and professional life and wants a work environment that supports personal development and well-being. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work-life balance and perceived organizational support on turnover intention in the millennial generation. This research uses a literature and field research design with a causal associative approach to see the relationship between several uncertain variables. The sample studied consisted of 150 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The results of the data analysis confirm that transformational leadership, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This research will provide insight for organizations in designing effective management strategies to retain millennial employees. By understanding the influence of transformational leadership, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support on turnover intention, organizations can develop more adaptive and responsive policies to the millennial generation's needs, thereby reducing turnover rates and increasing team member retention.

The substance of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and competence on teacher performance. Data analysis using the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through test research instruments with validity and reliability, multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that of the three developed hypotheses, all hypotheses are accepted. The first hypothesis shows that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance. This is important for schools to pay attention to regarding the application of organizational culture. The implementation of an organizational culture that is too rigid will lead to a less than optimal work culture. Furthermore, the second hypothesis shows that motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. To be able to increase the motivation of teachers, the school can give appreciation for their work so that teachers are more enthusiastic and can improve the quality of their work, it is better if teachers increase their enthusiasm so that whatever work is assigned can be completed with satisfactory results. Then, the third hypothesis shows that there is a significant effect of competence on teacher performance. There needs to be encouragement from the school for teachers to improve their competence. It is better if school principals need to motivate teachers, especially senior teachers, to participate in training and develop their competencies.

Abstract

Low teacher job satisfaction will affect learning activities. This has an impact on educational goals needing to be achieved optimally. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of teacher certification, work environment, compensation, organizational culture, motivation, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The research design uses a quantitative causality approach. To obtain research data using documentation instruments and distributing questionnaires online. The research sample consisted of 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented towards a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. Data analysis uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Based on the research results, it was found that the work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Further research results show that teacher certification, compensation, and motivation do not significantly affect job satisfaction. Representatives of teacher job satisfaction can be seen when there is encouragement for teacher certification, the condition of the work environment, the amount of compensation received, the implementation of organizational culture, encouragement of motivation and organizational commitment, which are carried out comprehensively for teachers. The implications of this research state the importance of a holistic approach to measuring teacher job satisfaction in Indonesia. It is essential to apply a holistic approach that considers all the factors mentioned simultaneously, as teacher job satisfaction is often the result of complex interactions between various factors.
