Abstract

The Indonesian capital market consists of several sectors, including the food and beverage sector. Until now, there has been no research focused on manufacturing companies in that sector. The method employed in this study is associative quantitative research. Data collection is conducted by accessing financial statement documents from www.idx.co.id for the period 2020-2022. For data analysis, the researcher uses methods such as multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The research sample comprises 31 companies with data spanning 3 years, selected through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that the profitability ratio has a significant impact on stock prices, with company size acting as a moderator that moderates the influence of profitability on stock prices in Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022, amounting to 14.2%. The moderator variable can strengthen the impact of profitability variables on stock prices.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at PT.ASABRI (Persero) Medan Branch to find out how the fund disbursement system method affects the satisfaction of pension fund recipients by using both online and offline fund disbursement methods. This type of research is a descriptive research with a cumulative method. And the results of the study found that the fund disbursement system method carried out by PT. ASABRI has an influence on the satisfaction of pension fund recipients, this can be seen from the satisfaction of pension recipient customers with Qualitative descriptive method with 50 samples.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh hasil yang dihasilkan oleh individu untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan, yang dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan, pengalaman, kejujuran, dan waktu yang tersedi. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi organisasi untuk mempertimbangkan beberapa elemen yang dapat mendorong terciptanya kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dicapai dengan memelihara faktor-faktor seperti pendekatan produktivitas, lingkungan dan motivasi kerja. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Bentuk penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif. Populasi yang diambil dalam Penelitian ini sebanyak 1.900 karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dimana dengan tingkat eror 10% dimana didapatkan sebanyak 95 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Produktivitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sagami Indonesia; Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sagami Indonesia; Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sagami Indonesia dan Produktivitas Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sagami Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Sahesa Permata Tangguh. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was used, employing purposive sampling to select 76 employees as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, accounting for 64.9% of the variability in performance. The study concludes that improving employee performance requires fair compensation, a supportive work environment, and enhanced job satisfaction. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for more effective human resource management in the furniture industry.

Abstract

Abstract:  The current era of digitalization presents significant opportunities for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to expand their market reach through digital platforms. Digital marketing has become one of the strategic solutions to enhance the competitiveness of local products, introduce them to broader markets, and increase community income. The objective of this community service program is to provide an understanding of the basic concepts of digital marketing, including digital marketing strategies, benefits, and their application across various types of businesses. The implementation methods for this activity include lectures, question-and-answer sessions, practical exercises, and discussions. The expected outcome of this program is that the training will have a tangible impact on improving the competencies of human resources in Sumber Rejo Village, particularly in utilizing digital marketing to support local business development and foster the community's economic growth.Abstrak: Era digitalisasi saat ini membuka peluang besar bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka melalui platform digital. Digital marketing menjadi salah satu solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal, memperkenalkan produk ke pasar yang lebih luas, dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai konsep dasar digital marketing, termasuk strategi pemasaran digital, manfaat, dan penerapannya dalam berbagai jenis usaha. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, praktik dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan meningkatnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia di Desa Sumber Rejo, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing untuk mendukung pengembangan usaha lokal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi pola konsumsi masyarakat, menjadikan e-commerce sebagai salah satu kanal utama dalam aktivitas jual beli. Persaingan yang semakin ketat antarplatform marketplace, seperti Shopee, Lazada, dan Tokopedia, menuntut setiap platform untuk mampu mempertahankan daya saingnya melalui strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Tokopedia menghadapi tantangan berupa penurunan keputusan pembelian konsumen yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh optimalisasi media sosial yang belum maksimal, daya tarik iklan yang relatif kalah bersaing, serta persepsi harga dan biaya pengiriman yang kurang kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, iklan, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada platform e-commerce Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat Kota Medan yang pernah menggunakan Tokopedia, dengan jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui secara pasti. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, sehingga diperoleh 96 responden, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan pendekatan accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dan iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, media sosial, iklan, dan harga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Tokopedia. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan media sosial yang efektif, penyusunan iklan yang menarik dan tepat sasaran, serta strategi harga yang kompetitif dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen pada platform e-commerce.Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Iklan, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that affect service quality in the implementation of research and community service programmes at private universities under the coordination of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region I. As part of its mandate, LLDIKTI is responsible for supervising, assisting, and improving the quality of higher education services, particularly in research and community service funded through national grant schemes. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 102 respondents consisting of heads of Research and Community Service Institutions (LPPM) at private universities who received BOPTN grant funding. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that the variables tangibles, responsiveness, and assurance have a positive and significant effect on service quality, indicating that physical facilities, the promptness of service, and confidence in institutional capability strongly shape user perceptions. In contrast, reliability and empathy show no significant effect on service quality. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influence service quality, demonstrating that service quality is multifaceted and reliant on interconnected dimensions. These findings highlight the need for LLDIKTI Region I to strengthen its physical infrastructure, improve responsiveness, and ensure the professionalism of its services to enhance satisfaction among higher education institutions.

Abstract

Haluan penelitian merupakan penganalisis faktor-faktor dalam memengaruhi keputusan investasi reksadana pada masyarakat di Medan yang berkaitan dengan reksadana, finansial literasi keuangan dan faktor psikologi. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat di Kota Medan yang berinvestasi di reksadana di Bank Mandiri. jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 97 masyarakat yang berinvestasi di Reksadana di Bank Mandiri dan menerapkan purposive sampling. Simpulan penelitian menghasilkan secara parsial reksadana memengaruhi keputusan Investasi reksadana pada masyarakat di kota Medan, secara parsial literasi keuangan memengaruhi keputusan Investasi reksadana pada masyarakat di kota Medan, secara parsial faktor psikologi memengaruhi keputusan Investasi reksadana pada masyarakat di kota Medan. Secara simultan reksadana, literasi keuangan dan faktor psikologi memengaruhi keputusan Investasi reksadana pada masyarakat di kota Medan.
