Abstract

This study discussed the meaning of financial digitalization from creativity to innovation and competition in small and medium enterprises. The authors believe that digital financial and small business success is related to the era of technology and competition. In other words, the ability of business drivers to empower technology in financial activities. To discuss the theme of this study, we have conducted digital data searches on both national and international publication databases consisting of literature, journals, magazines, and website literature. To complete this discussion, we examine the data in-depth under a phenomenological approach, namely an effort to explore the data as broadly as possible to understand valid and up-to-date answers to questions. Based on the findings and discussion data, we conclude that financial digitization uses the latest technology that allows the financial function to have a high impact in today's technological and competitive business era. Therefore, this finding is a valuable input for future digital financial studies and business activities.

Abstract

Dalam Perkembangan industri kerajinan kayu diperlukan produk yang mempunyai nilai lebih dan minat konsumen yang tinggi. Maka diperlukan kreativitas dalam menciptakan produk yang inovatif dan berkualitas juga strategi pemasaran yang bagus, harga produk yang bersaing serta kualitas produk yang sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas dan inovasi produk serta keputusan pembelian di UD. Nuansa Furniture Kelurahan Margomulyo Kecamatan Ngawi Kabupaten Ngawi. Sehingga kualitas dan inovasi produk di UD. Nuansa Furniture Kelurahan Margomulyo Kecamatan Ngawi Kabupaten Ngawi meningkat.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Fundamentals and Risk Management Mechanisms on Investment Returns and Investor Satisfaction in the Indonesian capital market. Samples of 148 were surveyed using a Likert scale ranging from 1-5 to find the relationships among the variables, data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The outcomes reveal that both Fundamentals and Risk Management Mechanisms considerably positively influence Investment Returns and Investor Satisfaction. Specifically, Fundamentals have a positive effect on both Investment Returns and Investor Satisfaction, while Risk Management Mechanisms contribute substantially to both Investment Returns and Investor Satisfaction. The findings bring to the fore the fact that strong financial fundamentals, coupled with effective risk management mechanisms, are the bedrock of any investor's success and satisfaction. The study gives useful input to investors, policy, and market participants on ways to ensure the stability of capital markets and investor confidence.

Abstract

Pada era digital, kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memberikan tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam dunia pendidikan. Anak-anak kini memiliki akses luas ke berbagai sumber belajar digital, yang menuntut peran aktif orang tua dalam mengawasi dan mendampingi proses pendidikan mereka. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan orang tua agar dapat mendukung pendidikan anak secara efektif di era digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif orang tua dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan hingga evaluasi hasil. Program pengabdian ini mencakup pelatihan dan workshop yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pendidikan anak. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan orang tua dalam mengelola penggunaan teknologi oleh anak-anak mereka. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan sikap yang lebih positif terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan, serta peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran anak. Pembentukan komunitas belajar orang tua juga menjadi salah satu hasil yang signifikan, yang memberikan dukungan berkelanjutan dan pertukaran informasi di antara para orang tua. Kesimpulannya, pengabdian ini berhasil memberdayakan orang tua untuk menjadi pendamping yang lebih kompeten dan percaya diri dalam mendukung pendidikan anak di era digital. Namun, untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dampak positif ini, diperlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dan program lanjutan yang lebih komprehensif.
