Abstract

The Paper aimed to understand virtual learning applications, the best education practices in the all-digital era. The author believes that one element that leads to successful learning in the digital era is using some virtual learning applications. The researchers have explored many scientific publications looking for evidence of recent studies on how to benefit virtual learning from national and international publication literature databases. So that we can use the data to answer the problem of this study, first we try to explore the data by examining it to get an in-depth understanding of the clock such as data evaluation, data coding, in-depth interpretation, and good abstraction in answering the core problems of the study. After in-depth study and discussion, the data show that we are finally convinced that several applications that excel in virtual learning have been recommended by several education and technology experts due to their effectiveness and innovative power to provide best practices to improve student learning or learning outcomes. They added that typical learning in the digital era is the ability to choose and use several digital applications that have advantages in transforming learning in the 21st-century era. We are sure that the result and new evidence of this project would be used as input to develop similar studies in the future.

Abstract

Abstract

This paper examined various information content to gain an in-depth understanding of the status or law of Binary Options in Indonesia's trading context. In recent years, the development of digital-based businesses has been growing and proliferating, thus requiring an explanation of the legal status in business and trade. Therefore, we have obtained research evidence that provides a comprehensive understanding of the existence of binary options and their legal status. Before concluding, of course, we need a scientific data processing process to account for these findings regarding the validity and reliability of these findings. As for the process, we get the data through a Google search on some sources of binary business literature and legality both in the Indonesian context and internationally. So, based on the results of the study and discussion, we can conclude that the legal status of binary options trading is a business that is forbidden due to the nature of its work is highly speculative or chancy, and this is not in line with the context of the legal status in Indonesia. It is hoped that these findings will add to the repertoire of scientific understanding of business and trade in Indonesia, especially in the digital era.

Abstract

This paper aims to obtain authentic scientific evidence about the status of the Covid-19 vaccination regulations from experts from both world health organizations and various institutions concerned with vaccination and pandemic issues. We obtained data to support this study from an electronic search for national and international health journals that focus on vaccination and preventing conflict in future meetings. We conducted in-depth studies and tests to turn off the data that we found answered the problem of this study wholly and validly. This study obtains secondary data from the evidence of previous scientific studies with a phenomenological approach, namely the exploration of accurate and accurate data to obtain valid answers. Based on the evidence and discussion of this data exposure, we can conclude that the vaccination law is a recommendation from the government to provide services against various threats caused by this pandemic, which is a recommendation that must be submitted persuasively and accurately. Thus, these findings become supporting data for further studies in the future.

Abstract

This paper's legal review will discuss how to understand the Russian invasion in 2022 from the point of view between self-defense and disobedience to international law. To discuss the above theme, we conducted a series of data source searches on some scientific publications, global politics, international law, and the mass media that seriously discuss the racial conflict with Ukraine. This study uses a phenomenological approach, which is trying to understand international events, complete with the questions of this study. We found information and supporting data by searching on the Google engine or electronically and continued with data analysis with an in-depth evaluation and concluding relevant to the topic of discussion. So, based on the evidence from international reports, we can conclude that international law history on Russia's attack on Ukraine in 2022 is a violation of international law. However, when viewed from a country's defense, its existence, and openness to foreign powers in a neighboring country. Russia, then this is a threat to the safety of secrets in the future.

Abstract

We believe that we can get relevant answers for this study by providing accurate data from studies by field experts. We get supporting data from several thieves and electronically in databases of scientific journals, books, and websites that discuss issues where governance challenges improve academic learning outcomes in the tall tree in the digital era. Furthermore, we reviewed the data using a phenomenological approach, namely obtaining as much data as possible and interpreting it to produce highly accurate and valid data. This study relies heavily on previous studies' peer data or secondary data communication. The way to get it is to search digitally using the keyboard on the school's Google search engine on several well-known publications such as Eric, Taylor, and Francis and several literature databases from national journals. We can conclude that the management of academic improvement can be done by exploring digital and other technological devices based on experts' advice. We hope this result will be helpful in the following studies.

Abstract

The issue of Leadership and public health services is a significant concern for governments, the wider community, and world health institutions. This study discusses several best practices in public health services based on the principle of health leadership in carrying out health service tasks, especially the government providing health services to the community as mandated by the constitution. This study uses secondary data such as academic publications, books, articles, and other literature relevant to public health service issues and leadership policies. We obtained data through electronic searches in several journals through the Google Scholar application. We then reviewed several stages of analysis, such as coding the data, analyzing sensitive data, evaluating the data, interpreting the data, and concluding the results. Study with a phenomenological approach to obtain valid and highly valid findings. We believe that these results answer the problem of this study. We found, among other things, that health services and Leadership must depart from the first three principles, namely the nature of Leadership with knowledge or understanding of public health conditions, Leadership that has strategic connectivity that combines knowledge, expertise, and experience to support the success of public health services in Indonesia, especially in the era of the pandemic crisis, entering a new normal. The results of this study are expected to be essential inputs for future research and contribute to strengthening decision-making in the field.
