Abstract

In the post-truth era, science and technology have undergone significant advancements. Technology has come to dominate various aspects of life. Social media is a positive outcome of technological progress, facilitating information acquisition and communication. However, alongside these benefits, the negative impacts of technological advancements are inevitable. For instance, social media platforms are often used to spread false news, hate speech, fraud, and other malicious activities. Such phenomena undoubtedly influence the character of the younger generation, who are predominantly active on social media. Young social media users, in particular, are more susceptible to these negative effects. This presents a challenge for social media users. To mitigate the rapid spread of these issues, a reinterpretation of the concept of social media usage as articulated in the Qur'an is necessary. In this study, the author employs a library research method to analyze the data. The data analyzed includes books, articles, journals, magazines, and other sources. Additionally, the author collects various verses from the Qur'an and Hadiths relevant to the topic. This research aims to elucidate the role of social media in strengthening the character of the Muslim generation. By adopting this concept, it is possible not only to shape the character of the Muslim youth but also to establish an ethical framework for social media use. Consequently, Muslim youths can critically evaluate the information disseminated through social media. Ultimately, social media can become a platform for spreading goodness and fostering the growth of Islam.

Abstract

With the various advantages that CodeIgniter has, there are still many who haven't used it because they don't know enough about the CodeIgniter framework. Just like at Muhammadiyah University of Jambi, students don't know about the CodeIgniter framework. Students' ignorance of the CodeIgniter framework is due to the lecturer's limitations in teaching, namely the lecturer's limited time to teach or limited time. So, lecturers at the Faculty of Science and Technology teach only material according to the established syllabus, they cannot teach material outside of that, such as: material about the CodeIgniter framework. Given this problem, the author intends to hold training for Muhammadiyah University Jambi students about web development and web creation with the CodeIgniter framework. With this training, students can learn about the history of the web, web development, the meaning of frameworks, the most important thing is that students can create their own web using the CodeIgniter framework.

Abstract

Penulisan ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen pendidikan dalam konteks pengembangan kurikulum, serta strategi dan implementasinya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Manajemen pendidikan yang efektif memerlukan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang terintegrasi, dengan tujuan menciptakan kurikulum yang relevan dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur untuk menggali berbagai teori dan praktik terbaik dalam pengelolaan kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan kurikulum yang sukses harus melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, seperti pendidik, pemerintah, dan masyarakat, serta mengadaptasi kurikulum sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Implementasi kurikulum yang baik memerlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, dukungan fasilitas yang memadai, serta mekanisme evaluasi yang transparan dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. This paper aims to explore educational management in the context of curriculum development, focusing on strategies and their implementation to enhance educational quality. Effective educational management requires integrated planning, organization, execution, and evaluation processes to create a relevant curriculum that meets the needs of society and the workforce. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing literature studies to explore various theories and best practices in curriculum management. The findings indicate that successful curriculum development strategies should involve multiple stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and the community, and adapt the curriculum to the advancement of knowledge and technology. Effective curriculum implementation demands continuous teacher training, adequate support facilities, and transparent, accountable evaluation mechanisms. This study is expected to provide insights for policymakers and education practitioners in designing and implementing curricula that improve the quality of education in Indonesia

Abstract

Sektor pertanian di Indonesia telah lama menjadi sumber pendapatan penting bagi rakyat dan juga telah menyumbang pendapatan ekspor yang sangat dibutuhkan. pelaksanaan reformasi dinamis yang didukung oleh kebijakan pemerintah telah memicu peningkatan output di bidang pertanian. Namun kemajuan di sektor ini seringkali terhambat karena permasalahan yang terjadi pada pendistribusian pupuk. Pupuk memiliki peranan penting dalam peningkatan dan produktifitas pertanian. Berdasarkan penyaluran dan pengadaannya di Indonesia, pupuk terbagi 2 yaitu pupuk bersubsidi dan pupuk non subsidi. Distribusi pupuk, baik bersubsidi maupun non subsidi, seringkali tidak tepat sasaran. Persoalan ini membutuhkan solusi distribusi pupuk yang terkelola dengan baik dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi maupun non subsidi yang tepat sasaran. Masalah utama dalam industri pupuk adalah distribusi, sehingga ketika distribusinya bermasalah, maka terjadi kelangkaan. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, hal ini dapat diminimalisir. CV. Makmur Jaya Abadi adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi pupuk hayati, yaitu pupuk yang mengandung mikroorganisme hidup yang ketika diterapkan pada benih, permukaan tanah atau tanah, akan mendiami rezosfer atau pasokan nutrisi utama dari tanaman. saat ini dalam pendistribusian pupuk hayati kepada petani dan agen-agen dilakukan secara manual dengan mencatat berapa agen atau petani mengambil pupuk, sehingga tidak diketahui stok pupuk yang masih berada di Gudang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the practice of Murabahah contracts in Indonesian Islamic banking through a Maudhu’i approach to the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, as a response to concerns about ethical deviations. Although Murabahah is commonly used as a financing instrument, this study assesses its normative and applicative suitability with the principles of hadith. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive-analytical analysis of 4 main hadiths and 42 supporting hadiths from Imam al-Bukhari, Nasa’i, and other Rawi. The results of the study indicate that the principles of Murabahah, such as price clarity, ownership of goods, and mutual agreement, have a strong foundation in authentic hadith, particularly Bukhari No. 1926 and Nasa’i No. 4571. Three main themes were identified: justice and willingness, the validity of deferred payment (nasi’ah), and the prohibition of gharar and hidden usury. In principle, Murabahah is permissible, but its implementation often violates the valid conditions of the contract. This study emphasises the importance of hadith literacy for industry practitioners and the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS). The implications are the need for standardisation of digital contracts and harmonisation of bank operations with hadith values to ensure the conformity of Murabahah with the objectives of Sharia law.

Abstract

Sustainable living has become an essential concept in maintaining ecosystem balance and managing natural resources. One of the environmental issues frequently occurring around SMP Negeri 1 Long Mesangat is the uncontrolled growth of aquatic weeds, such as water hyacinth, which can disrupt the ecosystem. This study aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and the relationship between sustainable living and aquatic weeds. The research findings indicate that:1)Planning involves identifying environmental issues in the school, setting objectives, designing the curriculum, drafting activity plans, analyzing resources, and determining success indicators.2)Organization includes forming a team, delegating tasks, providing facilities and infrastructure, and scheduling activities.3)Implementation consists of collecting, cleaning, and fermenting aquatic weeds for two weeks, extracting leachate, and drying the remaining plant material.4)Monitoring is carried out through teacher evaluations by comparing results with targets, as well as individual and group reflections to assess the project's impact on the environment and learning.5)Sustainable living and aquatic weeds are interconnected in environmental management, where excessive aquatic weeds caused by pollution can be productively utilized. This helps reduce waste, maintain the balance of aquatic ecosystems, and support recycling practices and sustainability.

Abstract

Novelty atau keterbaruan dalam penelitian menjadi unsur yang menunjukan bahwa peneliti memiliki nilai tambah yang akan membedakan dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian yang memiliki nilai tambah akan menunjukkan temuan baru sehingga dapat berkontribusi bagi keilmuan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan penulisan tugas akhir pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi dalam bidang ilmu manajemen dengan mengunakan metode Synthesis Literature Review untuk menemukan Novelty atau keterbaruan dalam penelitian. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 25 orang mahasiswa semester akhir dan 7 orang dosen yang memberikan materi selama 1 hari. Hasil akhir dari pelatiahan penulisan ini berupa temuan keterbaruan atau Novelty yang menjadi landasan atau latar belakang penulisan tugas akhir dari mahasiswa dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi dan manajemen.
