Light is essential for daily human activities. The main function of the lightingsystem is to provide a safe environment visually, ease in completing the work visually and toprovide a comfortable and pleasant visual environment. The lighting system in sports arena isimportant because it affects the visual comfort of the people who are exercising and spectatorsat the sports arena. Selection of types and specifications required lamps used to analyze the level of lighting needs in the sports court. Multi-attribute decision making (MADM) determinesthe type of lamps used in sports arena, especially for lighting badminton court. AnalyticHierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the MADM methods used to analyze the parameters andcriteria for decision making. Some of the parameters used as the calculation in the choice oflights on a sports arena, especially for badminton is powerful calculations lighting (Lux), thecalculation of power (watts), the calculation of electrical power per meter wide field,computation of luminous efficacy (Lm / watt), color temperature, operating costs andmaintenance costs.

Currently, vehicle number plate detection systems in general still use the manual method. This will take a lot of time and human effort. Thus, an automatic vehicle number plate detection system is needed because the number of vehicles that continues to increase will burden human labor. In addition, the methods used for vehicle number plate detection still have low accuracy because they depend on the characteristics of the object being used. This study develops a YOLO-based automatic vehicle number plate detection system. The dataset used is a pretrained YOLOv3 model of 700 data. Then proceed with the number plate text extraction process using the Tesseract Optical Character Recognition (OCR) library and the results obtained will be stored in the database. This system is web-based and API so that it can be used online and on the cross-platform. The test results show that the automatic number plate detection system reaches 100% accuracy with sufficient lighting and a threshold of 0.5 and for the results using the Tesseract library, the detection results are 92.32% where the system is successful in recognizing all characters on the license plates of cars and motorcycles. in the form of Alphanumeric characters of 7-8 characters.

Virus corona 2019 (corona virus disease/COVID-19) merupakan virus baru yang muncul di Wuhan,China pada akhir tahun 2019, gejala umum yang ditimbulkan dari covid-19 adalah suhu tubuh naik, demam, mati rasa, batuk, nyeri di tenggorokan, kepala pusing, susah bernafas jika virus corona sudah sampai paru-paru. Untuk mengetahui seseorang terjangkit covid-19 pun cukup sulit karena memiliki gejala yang mirip dengan beberapa penyakit lainnya. Deteksi Covid-19 merupakan tahapan penting untuk mengenali secara dini pasien terduga Covid-19 sehingga dapat dilakukan langkah lanjutan. Salah satu cara pendeteksian adalah dengan sistem pendeteksi awal covid-19. Dengan keadaan tersebut tentunya dibutuhkan sistem pakar yang dapat melakukan sebuah deteksi awal terhadap gejala covid-19 . Namun demikian dibutuhkan sebuah metode untuk mengakomodasi faktor-faktor yang ada, sehingga di dapat hasil yang akurat. Metode Certainty Factor dipilih untuk mengakomodasi faktor ketidakpastian untuk diubah menjadi faktor kepastian, certainty factor juga dapat menyatakan kepercayaan dalam sebuah kejadian (fakta atau hipotesa) berdasar bukti atau laporan pakar dengan menggunakan suatu nilai untuk mengasumsikan derajat keyakinan seorang pakar terhadap suatu data.Hasil Penelitian dapat membantu masyarakat untuk melakukan diagnosa mandiri, dan paramedis untuk melakukan diagnosa awal kepada pasien, sehingga dapat mempermudah semua pihak dalam menangani Covid-19.

Dalam berumah tangga memiliki tempat tinggal merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang wajib terpenuhi. Disayangkan banyak masyarakat yang kesulitan untuk menentukan rumah hunian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan saat akan membeli tempat tinggal berupa perumahan. Hal tersebut karena minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang seluk beluk perumahan yang tidak sebanding dengan banyaknya pilihan rumah yang ditawarkan. Sehingga dari permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menentukan rumah hunian yang akan dibeli dan tinggali. Sistem yang dibuat dapat membantu masyarakat untuk menentukan pilihan rumah hunian berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah disediakan oleh sistem dan ditentukan oleh pengguna. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi type rumah dengan luas tanah, harga, material bangunan, fasilitas rumah dan akses jalan. Perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan ini mengadopsi dua metode yaitu hybrid SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dan TOPSIS (Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Idea Solution). Metode SAW digunakan untuk tahap pembobotan sedangkan metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk proses perangkingan. Masyarakat dapat menggunakan sistem ini dengan mudah karena berbasis website dimana pembuatannya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL

In a company engaged in the sale and purchase of products can not be separated from the calculation of profit or loss that is the main factor for the company's progress. However, in certain companies such as minimarkets and convenience stores, it is not easy to record company profits and losses. This of course requires a system that can help companies in determining sales strategies or at least a picture of sales in the future. Things that can be done to help these problems is to create a system that forecast sales or forecasting. One method that can be used to make sales forecasts is the wighted moving average method. However, due to the large number of products sold in minimarkets with different values, of course there must be other methods that can filter products so that forecasting can be more effective. One way to handle this is to use a product ranking system with the Techinique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The topsis method was chosen because the calculation is very detailed and structured, so that it can maximize the ranking value. By combining sales forecasts and product ranking is expected to create a system that can help companies in determining sales strategies in the future. Later this system is combined with the point of sale system to get accurate sales results. This system is designed using PHP and Javascript programming languages, then the database is stored in MySQL.

Newborn neonates who are 0-28 days old. At that time the baby has a physical condition that is very weak and helpless to the surrounding environment. Newborns need special handling different from babies at the age of 1 month also above. Diagnosis also treatment is quickly required by the midwife in an emergency. Without there are still many midwives who have not been able to handle it properly, causing the baby's condition to become worse. To get fast and accurate handling information, we need a system in the form of an expert system. Expert systems can diagnose newborn diseases using the Sorgenfrei similarity algorithm. The system can display information about the type of disease, symptoms, solutions, and the percentage of similarity from the results of consulting the symptoms input. The results of testing the system with the consultation of the symptoms included got the highest percentage of similarity results 53.33%. The percentage of similarity results below 20% will be entered into the revised table which will later be corrected by experts. This expert system is built based on a website that can be accessed by all midwives who need handling information

The world is in an uproar with the Covid-19 pandemic, which has had an impact on society. Various efforts have been made by governments around the world to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus. One of the health protocols that have been appealed by the government is social distancing or social restrictions, namely limiting interactions between human beings as long as 1-2 meters. But in reality, there are still many people who ignore social distancing policies. The application of a social distancing detection system can be a solution to this problem. This system aims to detect people who are violating health protocols in the form of social distancing and then issue a voice warning to keep their distance from others to avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus by using the YOLO-v5 method which is the latest version of YOLO (You Only Look Once). . Processing speed of YOLO-v5 has increased drastically with the fastest speed reaching 140 Frames Per Second (FPS) and has a small size, even having a size of 90% compared to the previous version. The accuracy of human detection using YOLO-v5 from this system reaches 83.28% and the accuracy of social distancing detection reaches 90.8%. From the results of the percentage analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the system that has been created can function well for social distancing detection, but it is difficult to detect if humans are too far from the camera.

Wood is an important element determining the quality of a product on furniture. The lack of knowledge of the furniture industry in this industry causes problems to choose a decision in determining the wood material to produce quality and quality furniture products. Development of a decision support system using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method uses wood quality feasibility parameters consisting of five criteria, namely Physical Physical Properties, Mechanical Mechanical Properties of Wood, Wood Grade, Wood Age and Wood Substance from several samples. The results of this study were to produce a decision from the data to determine a decision, a decision support system for the purchase of wood materials for a furniture industry company using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method. After testing, it can be concluded that the decision obtained is appropriate for use by staff and superiors and is ready to be implemented.

Inventory is an asset in the form of goods and equipment to support the company's operations. PT Indonesia Comnet Plus is a company engaged in telecommunications, inventory control in the company includes devices or tools used in network construction and network maintenance. In the process of determining the priority of inventory tools and monitoring the use of tools still use manual and subjective methods. Thus causing the possibility of not being precise in determining the priority of inventory tools that must be immediately in stock. The Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is a method that is considered better in the process of inventory management tools to the maximum. The test results prove that the fuzzy AHP method has an important level of criteria so that the resulting weight value is more detailed. The output of this system is in the form of a monitoring tools system that is equipped with a decision support system in determining the priority of the best tools inventory.

Salah satu cara untuk tetap menikmati siaran digital tanpa harus mengganti televisi analog ke digital adalah dengan menggunakan alat yang disebut dekoder. Alat tersebut berfungsi untuk mengubah sinyal digital menjadi gambar dan suara yang dapat ditampilkan pada tv analog biasa. Ada banyak merek set-top box dengan spesifikasi dan harga yang berbeda-beda. Hal ini menyulitkan masyarakat untuk menentukan pilihan terbaik berdasarkan kebutuhannya karena kurangnya pemahaman. Maka dari permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam memilih dekoder. Sistem ini dapat membantu masyarakat untuk menentukan pilihan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah disediakan oleh sistem dan ditentukan oleh pengguna. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam sistem meliputi Harga, Resolusi, Fitur EWS (Early Warning System), Garansi, dan Sertifikat. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Set-Box ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode ini digunakan karena dapat memberikan keputusan terbaik berdasarkan nilai tertinggi sampai nilai terendah. Selain itu, metode ini dapat diandalkan karena suatu prioritas disusun dari berbagai pilihan yang dapat berupa kriteria yang telah didekomposisi sebelumnya (terstruktur) sehingga penetapan prioritas didasarkan pada proses yang terstruktur dan dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang kompleks dengan menyusun suatu hierarki kriteria. kriteria dilakukan secara subjektif oleh pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan kemudian menarik berbagai pertimbangan guna mengembangkan bobot atau prioritas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan dekoder terbaik untuk siaran tv digital berdasarkan nilai tertinggi hingga terendah menggunakan metode AHP. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan untuk POLYTRON PDV 600T2 mendapatkan nilai 0.457043746, sedangkan MATRIX APPLE dengan nilai 0.301321399 kemudian EVENIX H1 dengan nilai 0.241634855. Maka berdasarkan hasil pemeringkatan akhir yang diperoleh untuk masing-masing alternatif tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa merek POLYTRON PDV 600T2 layak untuk dijadikan pilihan terbaik karena memiliki nilai tertinggi dari ketiga alternatif lainnya. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari proses seleksi menggunakan lima kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan telah dihitung menggunakan metode AHP. Masyarakat dapat menggunakan sistem ini dengan mudah karena berbasis website yang dibuat dengan menggunakan database HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, dan MYSQL.
