Abstract

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has led many countries to implement mask-wearing policies as a way to control the spread of the virus. Therefore, real-time mask detection can help in ensuring public compliance with the policy. This research uses a public dataset of 1300 masked and unmasked images. After that, a CNN network structure was developed using the Java programming language and the TensorFlow framework. The test results show that the developed system can detect the use of masks with an accuracy of 97.5% at camera distances from 1 to 10 meters. The test results show that factors such as the distance from the camera to the object, the presence of other obstructing objects, and the lack of lighting can affect the accuracy of the system. The results of this study show that the use of the Convolutional Neural Network method can be an effective solution for detecting mask use in real-time. This system can be used to help ensure public compliance with mask use policies and assist in controlling the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Abstract

Employees are Human Resources who are very important to achieve the company's vision and mission. Employees have a significant impact on the company's growth and ability to compete in the market. One way to create quality human resources, we need a system to determine exemplary employees. One way to determine employees by using a decision support system. Decision support systems are made to determine exemplary employees in a company based on predetermined weights. The method used in this system is Simple Additive Weighting because it has the advantage of being able to determine the weight value of each attribute. The results obtained from calculations using this system are the names of exemplary employees who have been sorted according to their ranking from the top to the bottom and this system can be used by companies to make it easier to give rewards or appreciation in determining exemplary employees.

Abstract

The milk packaging table at CV Memory Susu Nusantara Semarang city is still sober. There are many weaknesses in working manually that cause work to slow down and get tired quickly. Adding facilities to the milk production process at CV Memory Susu Nusantara Semarang city in the form of a milk packaging table that makes it easier to work. The plan uses anthropometric methods with a sample of employees and the surrounding community with a total of 30 people as the size. The measurements used are hand reach forward, hip height, standing shoulder height and shoulder width. The research produced a table size according to anthropometric data, namely table height 80 cm, table area width 50 cm, reach length to the table 60 cm, seat height to the table 46 cm. It can be concluded that later with the packaging table facility workers are more comfortable at work, besides that it is more effective than the previous traditional way. Abstract

The development of the region's potential encourages awareness that the area has the potential to become a tourist destination, especially in the form of a tourist village. In this regard, visionary and proactive figures are needed to unite all components of the community to collectively build and actively participate in attraction activities during tourist visits. The management of this effort is directed and organized by the community itself, and the youth, as initiators and movers, are equipped with skills to publicize and promote their tourist village using information technology, especially digital marketing.The utilization of digital marketing is a primary strategy in marketing and promoting the tourism potential of Desa Wisata Wonolopo. Information technology is used to disseminate information through social media and other digital platforms, so that the potential of Desa Wisata Wonolopo can be widely recognized by the public. The optimization of information technology usage, particularly through digital marketing, becomes a crucial means to promote and publicize Kampung Jamoe in the village of Wonolopo. This is particularly strategic in introducing the potential of traditional baby-carrying herbal products to a broader audience, with the hope of reviving the local economy in that area.

Abstract

Abstrak−Penelitian ini mengkaji popularitas produk dompet digital berdasarkan percakapan Twitter dengan pendekatan hibrid Social Network Analysis (SNA) dan Operational Competitiveness Ratings Analysis (OCRA). SNA menganalisis interaksi pengguna dalam percakapan dompet digital, sementara OCRA memberikan pemeringkatan berdasarkan kriteria yang berasal dari network properties pada SNA. Dalam konstruksi SNA akan diperoleh banyak network properties yang tercatat, namun dalam penelitian ini network properties yang digunakan sebagai kriteria adalah Node, Edges, Average Degree, Modularity, Diameter, Density, Average Path Length, Connected Component. Kemudian OCRA memberikan perhitungan pemeringkatan popularitas dompet digital berdasarkan kriteria. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dompet digital dengan kode alternatif A2 menduduki peringkat tertinggi dengan nilai indeks seleksi preferensi 603.3993893. Dompet digital dengan kode alternatif A3 menduduki peringkat terendah dengan nilai indeks seleksi preferensi 4.903316045.Hasil ini mencerminkan popularitas merek dompet digital berdasarkan percakapan Twitter dan analisis jaringan sosial. Validasi hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan peringkat popularitas penelitian ini dengan nilai properti aplikasi dompet digital pada playstore. Apabila popularitas di playstore didasarkan pada jumlah download aplikasi dompet digital, maka dompet digital paling populer pada playstore adalah A2 dengan jumlah download 100 juta lebih. Hasil ini mengindikasikan hasil yang sama dengan penelitian ini yang menempatkan dompet digital dengan kode A2 sebagai yang terpopuler. Apabila popularitas di playstore didasarkan pada jumlah ulasan aplikasi dompet digital, maka dompet digital paling populer pada playstore adalah A2 dengan jumlah ulasan sekitar 13 juta. Hasil ini mengindikasikan hasil yang sama dengan penelitian ini yang menempatkan dompet digital dengan kode A2 sebagai yang terpopuler. Apabila popularitas di playstore didasarkan pada rating dompet digital, maka dompet digital paling populer pada playstore adalah A3 dengan rating 4,7 sedangkan A2 menduduki peringkat kedua dengan rating sebesar 4,6. Hasil ini mengindikasikan hasil yang sedikit berbeda dengan penelitian ini yang menempatkan dompet digital dengan kode A2 sebagai yang terpopuler. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila dicari dompet digital yang menempati peringkat pertama pada sisi popularitas, maka antara hasil penelitian ini dengan nilai properti aplikasi pada playstore hanya terdapat sedikit perbedaan saja, namun variasi perbedaan akan muncul pada peringkat-peringkat di bawahnya.Kata Kunci: pemeringkatan, popularitas, dompet digital, Twitter, SNA, OCRA

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, terutama dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan pengembangan ekonomi daerah. Namun, informasi mengenai lokasi dan detail UMKM di Kabupaten Blora masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web guna membantu masyarakat dan Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Blora dalam mengetahui dan mengelola data UMKM. Menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall, data UMKM dari 16 kecamatan dan 295 desa/kelurahan dikonversi dari SHP File ke GeoJSON AJAX dan dipetakan menggunakan Google Open Street Maps. Sistem ini menampilkan peta lokasi UMKM, informasi pemilik, produk, dan berita terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIG memudahkan akses informasi UMKM dan membantu Dinas dalam mendata dan mengelola UMKM lebih efisien, menghasilkan laporan akurat, dan mempercepat penyebaran informasi UMKM secara online, mendukung pengembangan UMKM.

Abstract

With the rise of online sales transactions through e-commerce and social media, the impact of changing consumer behavior. This has resulted in many sentiment assessments from users of these expedition services. Expedition services are now one of the most popular services. One of the shipping service companies operating in Indonesia is J&T Express. Through social media, especially Twitter with the number of followers up to 154,439 and the number of tweets up to 103,100, a user can form an opinion on the performance of J&T Express and get data as many as 1694 tweets. Machine learning algorithms are needed to enable sentiment analysis to be classified. One of them is the Naive Bayes algorithm. Before running the classification process, a preprocessing process is needed so that the dataset can be recognized by the system. Based on the tests conducted, the results obtained accurasy of 84%, precision of 76%, and recall of 87%. The results of this research show that the data can be used as a basis for evaluating business decisions.

Abstract

Large amounts of data require good processing and analysis. One of the data analysis techniques is data clustering, which is grouping data into several groups or data clusters based on the similarity of data characteristics. This study observed the clustering process and cluster results using the K-Means and Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) algorithms or methods. Clustering was carried out using three different amounts of data, namely 10 (A10 data), 30 (B30 data), and 60 (C60 data), with choices of two, three, and four clusters. The experimental results obtained were that the A10 data cluster was the same, but the C60 data was different. Both methods provide the same cluster results, namely in the number of cluster members and their data numbers; conversely, different cluster results are obtained if there are differences in the number of cluster members. The B30 data cluster results for three clusters are the same, while for two and four clusters they are different. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the data clustering process and can be a basis for selecting a more appropriate clustering method.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, which makes it prone to volcanic activity. One of the most famous active volcanoes is Mount Merapi, part of which is located in Magelang Regency. To reduce the impact of volcanic disasters, a systematic and data-based approach is needed. One of the most effective tools in disaster mitigation planning is the Geographic Information System (GIS). The purpose of this study is to build an interactive Web-based Geographic Information System for volcanic eruptions in Magelang Regency and to analyze the Risk, Hazard, Capacity, Vulnerability of Volcanic eruptions in each District in Magelang Regency. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. Based on the calculation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), users produced a value of 95.42% of the total 100%, which means that the system built has met the user-friendly criteria. The results of this study can be used for a WebGIS-based digital mapping prototype that can be used as a visualization tool for disaster zoning for volcanic eruption risk analysis in Magelang Regency.
