Abstract

Shalat Jumat adalah ibadah wajib bagi setiap Muslim laki-laki yang telah memenuhi syarat mukalaf. Pelaksanaannya diawali dengan khutbah Jumat, yang menurut para ulama menjadi salah satu syarat sahnya shalat Jumat. Khutbah ini dipimpin oleh seorang khatib laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis diskusi di media sosial terkait pendapat sejumlah tokoh yang menyatakan bahwa perempuan diperbolehkan menjadi khatib dalam shalat Jumat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual, yaitu menganalisis bahan hukum yang relevan dengan topik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) menetapkan bahwa perempuan tidak sah menjadi khatib dalam rangkaian shalat Jumat. Hal ini ditegaskan dalam Fatwa MUI Nomor 38 Tahun 2023 tentang hukum perempuan menjadi khatib dalam pelaksanaan shalat Jumat, yang dianggap sebagai keyakinan yang perlu diluruskan.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to report the hospital prevalence of chronic renal failure, the spectrum of the various underlying diseases and the outcome of these patients managed with conservative treatment. The diagnosis of chronic renal failure was established either on the first hospital admission or during the course of the disease. During the period of three years (1986-1988), 489 cases of various renal diseases were admitted to the Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in Jakarta. Twenty-one cases (4.3%) with chronic renal failure were diagnosed and in 18 out of them (85.7%) the underlying diseases could be established while in the remaining three cases (14.3%) the primary renal diseases were uncertain. All patients were managed conservatively and none of them were treated either by regular dialysis or renal transplantation. Eight patients (38.0%) died during follow up, another five cases (23.8%) were still under routine control, while the remaining eight (38.0%) were lost on follow up.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the position of the authentic deed in the evidence in the trial of civil cases and to find out and analyze the legal force of the sale and purchase deed before the official who made the land deed made based on the power of attorney stated in the deed of the notary sale and purchase binding agreement. This research method uses a normative juridical approach that emphasizes literature studies with the addition of literature, namely decision studies to strengthen the analysis and produce accurate conclusions. The results of the study show that first, the power of attorney listed in the PPJB deed is a unit that is not separate from the PPJB deed as an authentic deed and becomes full proof for judges in civil trials. Second, that the AJB made before PPAT based on the power of attorney stated in the PPJB Notarial deed has perfect legal force and is legally binding and the power of attorney listed in the notary deed is valid as authentic evidence.
