Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Green Accounting and Company Size on company performance. Using a quantitative approach. The sampling method is purposive sampling of secondary data on food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Process the data using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 26 software. The research results show that Green Accounting Disclosure has a significant positive effect on company performance. On the other hand, company size has a significant negative effect on company performance.

Abstract

Aktivitas organisasi lumpuh dan diarahkan dalam skema virtual menjadi penyebab penurunan kinerja organisasi. Rasa kekompakan, percaya diri, serta kurangnya sosialisasi antar sesama anggota. Konsep manajemen organisasi yang diimplementasikan dengan metode quantum learning bisa menjadi alternatif dalam meningkatkan performa organisasi OSIS SMA Negeri 3 Brebes.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this study stems from the low level of participation by the community, parents, alumni, and local leaders in the haflah imtihan activities at Madrasah Aliyah Al Ghazali Pragaan, even though these events have strategic value for the legitimacy of education and the strengthening of social and religious networks. The objectives of this study are to describe the public relations strategies implemented, analyze their impact on participation levels, identify effective local cultural practices, and formulate evidence-based public relations policy recommendations. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, analyzed interactively following the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model to obtain credible and contextual findings. The results of the study show that public relations strategies combine conventional approaches (visiting community leaders, physical invitations, and announcements through mosques) and digital approaches (WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube), which synergistically increase community participation by around 30% compared to the previous year. The integration of local cultural practices such as blessings, hadrah, and the involvement of religious leaders proved to strengthen the legitimacy and emotional attachment of residents to the madrasah. This communication model, which combines digital innovation and local traditions, is effective in building the madrasah's image as an adaptive institution rooted in community values, making it a relevant reference for Islamic educational institutions based on pesantren.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the use of e-commerce on this smartphone or better known as m-commerce has begun to increase towards social commerce where social commerce is one of the terms that people often use to describe online shop models that utilize social media to promote products, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and many more. The purpose of community service activities include empowering SMK students as the next generation of young people through the use of e-commerce and social commerce, fostering awareness of the younger generation and the people of Pekalongan Regency on the importance of using e-commerce and social commerce in improving the quality of life of the community, and introducing the existence of the Bachelor of Applied Public Accounting Program in the Polytechnic of Harapan Bersama Tegal who care and have social responsibility towards the condition of the community, especially students of Ma'arif NU Kajen Vocational School in Pekalongan Regency in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. E-commerce is a term that is often used or heard today related to the internet, where no one knows the meaning of e-commerce clearly. Social commerce is a new phenomenon in the world of e-commerce. The method or method used in conducting community service activities is first by using a survey method, where the team conducts surveys directly to the location for initial data collection. This community service activity was held on Friday and Saturday, 22 to 23 November 2019 from 08.00-12.00 WIB and was attended by 35 students of Ma'arif NU Kajen Vocational School, Pekalongan Regency. This activity was carried out in the form of exposure to the use of e-commerce and social commerce in students of Ma'arif NU Kajen Vocational School, Pekalongan Regency, as well as training in the form of making e-commerce and social commerce online store accounts with the use of smartphones on students of SMK Ma 'arif NU Kajen of Pekalongan Regency. The following details the PKM activities and schedule.

Abstract

The ability to communicate using words or speaking is an ability that must be mastered by students in this millennium era. One of the ways to improve this speaking skill is through learning activities in the classroom. However, online learning that was implemented during the COVID19 pandemic has reduced students' opportunities and enthusiasm to learn how speak well through practicing with teachers. The purpose of holding this Community Service is to be able to improve and provide more knowledge to students, especially high school students (SMK) about how to speak, especially speaking in English. This service method is carried out through intensive question and answer to find out the obstacles and obstacles felt by students in speaking or making speeches in English. This online community service was attended by 40 participants from various backgrounds, both students (students and students) and teachers (lecturers and teachers). Many participants began to dare to speak both to ask questions and to express their opinions. From the implementation of this community service, it can be seen that students need face-to-face learning activities where they can talk/communicate directly to their teachers and friends without going through media intermediaries such as online learning activities today.
