Abstract

The election of Governors and Deputy Governors, Regents and Deputy Regents, as well as Mayors and Deputy Mayors throughout Indonesia which was held on December 9, 2020, and is the fourth simultaneous regional election held in Indonesia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is a continuation of the simultaneous regional head elections in conditions of non-natural disasters which were originally planned to be held on September 23, 2020. The research method is normative juridical and normative-empirical (applied) legal research. This research focuses on the study of the application of the rules or norms in positive law with a sociological approach. To avoid the spread of covid-19, in the implementation of the follow-up elections in the non-natural disaster conditions Covid-19 in 2020, then in accordance with article 8C paragraph 1, General Election Commission Regulation number 5 of 2020 concerning the third amendment to General Election Commission regulation number 15 of 2020 regarding the stages, programs and schedules for organizing the elections for the Governor and Deputy Governor, Regent and Deputy Regent, and/or mayor and Deputy Mayor in 2020, that all stages, programs, and schedules for further simultaneous elections must be carried out with a health protocol for handling Covid-19 , both at the KPU, Bawaslu, and DKPP levels. Keywords: General Election, Regional Head, Covid-19 Pandemic, KPU, Bawaslu, DKPP

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Layanan SILAKAN – Sistem Layanan Online Anda Pesan Kami Antarkan, yang merupakan inovasi Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno dimasa Pandemi COVID-19 yang kemudian digunakan juga pada masa new normal dan pasca new normal untuk melayani peminjaman koleksi perpustakaan, terutama koleksi umum dan layanan anak. Perpustakaan sebagai layanan publik perlu mengevaluasi dan selalu berinovasi untuk mencapai tujuan lembaga. Layanan SILAKAN sangat tepat dan efektif untuk menjadi sarana interaksi antara pustakawan dengan pemustaka selama masa pandemi, namun demikian perlu dikaji keefektifannya di masa new normal dan pasca new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara secara mendalam dilakukan kepada subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 1 orang manajemen perpustakaan, 2 orang staf pelaksana dan 7 pemustaka Layanan “SILAKAN”. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno. Metode observasi dengan mengamati koleksi pustaka dan pengunjung perpustakaan. Metode dokumentasi  dengan menggali informasi di website perpustakaan, media sosial perpustakaan, artikel, buku, dan media online. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunan tiga komponen yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Standar pengukuran pelayanan menggunakan 5 dimensi menurut Valare A. Zeithaml yaitu tangible, realibility, assurance, responsiviness, dan empathy. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan kualitas Layanan SILAKAN dengan lebih memberikan informasi detail tentang status koleksi pustaka, upgrade teknologi dengan menggunakan website, dan adanya database yang terpisah dari koleksi pustaka yang lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the Night Service in Bulak District. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach which produces data in the form of written words from interviews, observations and documentation. The focus of this study uses the suitability model of program implementation by David C. Korten. The results of this study indicate that the night service program has received a positive response by being the answer to public complaints so that public services provided by the government can be closer, easier, and less complicated. This is supported by the ability of officers in night services as a whole, the community of Bulak District responded positively. Because it is in accordance with what is expected by the community, namely providing services in a friendly, polite, fast, thorough, and informative manner, although there are still visible officers who look tired. Interestingly, the community is also involved in evaluating the performance of the implementers, namely the night service officers in order to improve service quality standards.

Abstract

Abstrak Curriculum Vitae (CV) adalah dokumen yang berisi informasi mengenai riwayat hidup seseorang secara lebih singkat. Perlu adanya ketelitian dan pengalaman dalam penyusunan CV dan surat lamaran, karena dengan seiringnya perkembangan teknologi, perusahaan memakai teknologi AI untuk menyaring CV yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Teknik penyusunan CV dengan menggunakan metode Applicant Tracking System (ATS) melibatkan beberapa langkah yang penting untuk meningkatkan kemungkinan CV Anda lolos seleksi dan dilihat oleh rekruter. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih para lulusan Fresh Graduate untuk menyusun CV dengan baik menggunakan metode ATS. Hasil dari pelatihan sangat memuaskan karena siswa siswi mampu mengikuti materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber, terbukti dari CV yang dibuat oleh siswa siswi ketika dinilai oleh tim review mendapatkan hasil yang baik dan sudah bisa dikatakan sebagai CV berbasis ATS sehingga layak untuk dipakai melamar pekerjaan. Abstract

The development of economic realities in Asia and the West, demographics also support the clash of civilizations between Asia and the West, which is a challenge for world civilization. The economic dynamics that are developing in Asia and the West are one of the factors that greatly affect the turmoil of the world economy. This paper examines Asia's economic affirmation of the West, [b] the rise of Islam as Asia's feedback to western ideology, which is the embodiment of acceptance of modernity, and rejection of westernization, and [c] changing the alternative challenges of solvency caused by the Asian economic downturn.
