Abstract

Participation is people's participation in planning, implementing, and evaluating a developing program. It  is  an access or people's control to the goverment and the development which influence the citizens of a country. It is also part of human right (whether men or women). However, Women's participation in political arena, especially in political party still shows insignificant feature for several factors such as family responsibility of caring children. Therefore, in the context of democratization process, the quantity of participation in politics (political party and parliamentary) must consider women's participation level as they are also part of the country and the democratization process itself.

Abstract

The election of Governors and Deputy Governors, Regents and Deputy Regents, as well as Mayors and Deputy Mayors throughout Indonesia which was held on December 9, 2020, and is the fourth simultaneous regional election held in Indonesia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is a continuation of the simultaneous regional head elections in conditions of non-natural disasters which were originally planned to be held on September 23, 2020. The research method is normative juridical and normative-empirical (applied) legal research. This research focuses on the study of the application of the rules or norms in positive law with a sociological approach. To avoid the spread of covid-19, in the implementation of the follow-up elections in the non-natural disaster conditions Covid-19 in 2020, then in accordance with article 8C paragraph 1, General Election Commission Regulation number 5 of 2020 concerning the third amendment to General Election Commission regulation number 15 of 2020 regarding the stages, programs and schedules for organizing the elections for the Governor and Deputy Governor, Regent and Deputy Regent, and/or mayor and Deputy Mayor in 2020, that all stages, programs, and schedules for further simultaneous elections must be carried out with a health protocol for handling Covid-19 , both at the KPU, Bawaslu, and DKPP levels. Keywords: General Election, Regional Head, Covid-19 Pandemic, KPU, Bawaslu, DKPP

Abstract

AbstractThis study focuses on studying the socio-economic status of women in the putting-out system of work during the Covid-19 pandemic. This work affects women in the social status and economic conditions of the family. The women of putting-out system struggle to earn income in order to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study purposes analyze the socio-economic practices carried out by women during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with informants in this study. This study produces the following prepositions: first, putting-out system work improves women's social status; second, the working of the putting-out system is an arena for fighting for family survival during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher concludes that the social practice of putting-out system work is interrelated with the social status of women as workers, while at the same time maintaining economic sustainability for the needs of family life during the Covid-19 pandemic. Social status as a working woman is very important to increase women's bargaining power both within the family and in the local community.Keywords: socio-economic status, women worker, putting-out system work, the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Penelitian membahas pentingnya Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga (Puspaga) adalah lembaga pemerintahan yang menyediakan layanan konseling untuk membantu para orang tua dalam meningkatkan kualitas ketahanan keluarga. Puspaga merupakan suatu ikhtiah mencegah terjadinya kekerasan dalam keluarga, mendidikan anak, mengasuh dan melindungi hak-hak anak, mengembangkan bakat dan minat anak, mencegah perkawinan usia dini. Selian itu Puspaga berupaya memberikan layanan konsultasi pendidikan karakter kepada anak-anak, memberi layanan konseling pada remaja dalam mempersiapkan pernikahan, dan memberikan layanan konseling pada keluarga baru. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memahami proses pelayanan administrasi konseling, pusat pembelajaran keluarga dan menjelaskan kualitas pelayanan administrasi pusat konseling di Kelurahan Airlangga. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulkan data secara observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa pelayanan untuk masyarakat sebagai konseling Puspaga di Kelurahan Airlangga: 1] Puspaga sebagai sarana sosialisasi pola asuh anak; 2] Puspaga sebagai tempat pembelajaran keluarga; 3] Puspaga sebagai tempat pemberdayaan perempuan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Puspaga memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam mendukung kemajuan keluarga dan masyarakat dengan menawarkan layanan pendidikan dan komunikasi yang efektif. Keberadaan Puspaga sangat membantu orang tua dalam mengasah keterampilan pengasuhan, memperdalam pemahaman tentang pendidikan anak, dan mempererat hubungan keluarga. Puspaga berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan keluarga yang lebih sehat dan harmonis, serta membangun komunitas yang lebih sehat.
