Abstract

PT. AFS is a Limited Liability Company engaged in catering services. One of the most important divisions in this field is in the warehousing department. Receiving is the place where the goods are entered, while the store is the place where the goods are stored for a period of time with reference to the expiration date of the product. Goods collection is done when receiving incoming goods, moving goods from the receptionist to the store, and when requesting goods from the production room. Body posture is a determining factor in analyzing the effectiveness of a warehouse operator's work. If the operator's work attitude is wrong or not ergonomic, the employee will tire easily and bone abnormalities can occur. Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders are complaints of skeletal muscles that are felt by a person from very mild to severe complaints. For the RULA and OWAS methods, posture analysis is only carried out in the main warehouse. The final Rapid Upper Body Limb Assessment (RULA) score for both workers was Score 7 (Action Level 4) which indicates that this condition is dangerous and requires immediate inspection and changes (on the spot). And the Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS) shows category 4 (This attitude is very dangerous for the musculoskeletal system. Needs to be corrected immediately/currently) and Category 1 (in this system problems in the musculoskeletal system don't need to be fixed).PT. Abstract

The progress of the shoe industry in Indonesia has encouraged small and large shoe entrepreneurs to compete in terms of quality, because consumers are very dependent on quality, so good quality control is needed in order to make consumers loyal customers. UD. XYZ is a small company that has problems with quality control so it really needs quality control using the SQC method. And the result was that UD. XYZ that the P control chart data shows that none of the 30 points are outside the control limits, so it can be concluded that the process is under control, but UD. XYZ still has to improve product quality by evaluating 4 elements (machines, people, tools, and methods).

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders is one of the injuries that workers often experience in material handling activities, namely injuries to muscles, nerves, bones, joints caused by work activities. PT. AFS as a company that focuses on catering services to serve the "airlines catering" and for the needs of companies in Makassar. A warehouse as a place to store raw materials that will continue to operate on a daily basis. In addition to the fact that the production process will continue to be connected to the warehouse, also because the raw materials that continue to come in will cause operators to continue working to organize raw materials as production supplies. An aid used to move raw materials is a hand stacker that can only be operated by one person. The use of this aid makes the operator who must be assisted by other operators to pull the hand stacker. Based on the Nordic Body Maps questionnaire, the highest pain complaints were in the lower neck, left shoulder and right shoulder. This condition is dangerous for the operator as shown by the results of RULA (score 7) with a level of category 4 (this condition is dangerous and necessary to make changes immediately).

Abstract

Bisnis restoran makanan atau kuliner sangat bergantung pada pelayanan pelanggan agar usaha yang dijalankan mendapatkan simpati dan kesetiaan pelanggan. Metode Service Quality adalah salah satu alat ukur untuk mengetahui kinerja pelayanan yang telah diberikan oleh pegawai terhadap pelanggan, sehingga pemilik usaha mampu mengevaluasi dengan tepat komponen pelayanan yang mana harus diperbaiki. Dimensi dalam Service Quality adalah tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy, dari kelima dimensi tersebut kita mampu mengetahui kinerja dari pelayanan yang mana harus diperbaiki. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada restoran AKS yang dimana restoran ini mengalami penurunan pesanan perhari dikarenakan semenjak selesai pandemi Covid-19 berganti pengelolahan dan mengakibatkan pelayanan yang diberikan kurang maksimal. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komponen pelayanan yang harus diperbaiki pada restoran AKS. Hasil olah data menunjukkan ada 6 atribut yang mendapatkan nilai negatif yaitu pada atribut X1, X2, X4, X10, X13, dan X15 sehingga restoran AKS perlu melakukan evaluasi atau perbaikan kualitas pelayanan. Sehingga restoran AKS mampu mendapatkan hasil penjualan yang optimal dan mampu ikut serta untuk mendapatkan persaingan dalam bisnis restoran makanan yang semakin ketat. Abstract

Ergonomics is an approach that makes humans the main actors in the smooth running of the work system. PT. VRIZ is a company that produces stainless steel spoons. The manufacture of spoon products has 8 stages of the process with one employee working at any time and not allowed to stop before break time, the working hours that apply to this company are 7 working hours with 1 hour of rest. Static work has the potential to be easily bored, saturated and sleepy. This study aims to minimize the risky process flow taken in evaluating employee mental workload, analyzing the results of the two methods used, and providing recommendations for improvements in the workplace. With a better understanding of employee mental workload, PT. VRIZ can achieve higher levels of productivity and create a healthier and more sustainable work environment. The stages in this study use the RSME and KAUPK2 methods in data collection, this approach has a tool in the form of a questionnaire that must be filled out by the object or employee. The data obtained will be an early indication to provide improvements to the work system to reduce the impact of work fatigue. The Mental Effort Rating Scale questionnaire is one method of measuring mental workload by referring to the effort expended, while KAUPK2 is one method of measuring worker fatigue. The results of the Mental Effort Rating Scale show an average value of mental load of 115 (the effort expended is very large) and employee work fatigue using KAUPK2 shows the most dominant attributes felt by 8 employees, namely being reluctant to look others in the eye, being reluctant to work diligently and feeling tired all over the body.

Abstract

Abstrak Curriculum Vitae (CV) adalah dokumen yang berisi informasi mengenai riwayat hidup seseorang secara lebih singkat. Perlu adanya ketelitian dan pengalaman dalam penyusunan CV dan surat lamaran, karena dengan seiringnya perkembangan teknologi, perusahaan memakai teknologi AI untuk menyaring CV yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Teknik penyusunan CV dengan menggunakan metode Applicant Tracking System (ATS) melibatkan beberapa langkah yang penting untuk meningkatkan kemungkinan CV Anda lolos seleksi dan dilihat oleh rekruter. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih para lulusan Fresh Graduate untuk menyusun CV dengan baik menggunakan metode ATS. Hasil dari pelatihan sangat memuaskan karena siswa siswi mampu mengikuti materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber, terbukti dari CV yang dibuat oleh siswa siswi ketika dinilai oleh tim review mendapatkan hasil yang baik dan sudah bisa dikatakan sebagai CV berbasis ATS sehingga layak untuk dipakai melamar pekerjaan. Abstract

Indonesia, particularly East Indonesia, accounts for up to 85% of the world's wet seaweeds. Bulukumba is one of Indonesia's most important seaweed producing places. In Babana Hamlet, Bulukumba Regency, 80% of the people is employed as a seaweed grower. Coordination and cooperation between all supply chain actors for seaweed commodities in Bulukumba Regency is required to meet the needs of the market. Poor quality seaweed results in losses to farmers. If this happens, it will result in disruption of the supply chain network, and reduce the profits of the perpetrators. Macroergonomic Structure Analysis (MAS) consists of three main elements of a sociotechnical system, namely the technological subsystem, the personnel subsystem, and the external environment. The only subsystems used were the personnel subsystem and the external environment subsystem. The risk with the highest weight obtained was on the personal subsystem in the professionalism factor with a weight of 0.32 (Motivation decreased during the rainy season). For the external environment factor is a weight of 0.33 (Rainy Season) which is associated with the rainy season. This is because the rainy season has the worst effects. Then the drying process will also be interrupted. The production of seaweed breeders greatly influences the supply chain process. If the risk to seaweed farmers occurs, then the collector traders in carrying out the supply will take longer and the capacity to be transported will also be reduced. The answers found for improvement include picking seeds, acquiring a nursery, acquiring a laboratory, and establishing a landbase to prepare for adverse weather.

Abstract

PPI Bonto Bahari Bulukumba merupakan sebuah lembaga yang menaungi kapal-kapal perikanan di bawah pengawasan Dinas Perikanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Selain aktivitas keberangkatan dan tempat perhentian kapal, di PPI juga dipergunakan sebagai tempat pembelian ikan melalui pengepul-pengepul yang telah bekerja sama dengan PPI Bonto Bahari. Aktivitas pengolahan ikan oleh pengepul terbesar berada pada wilayah PPI, sehingga memudahkan pihak pemilik kapal untuk memindahkan ikan-ikan hasil tangkapan. Ikan hasil tangkapan yang diserahkan pada pengepul besar, kemudian dibersihkan dan diantarkan menuju Kota Makassar. Pada proses supply chain, sering mengalami kendala risiko satu diantaranya adalah kualitas ikan yang berubah. Risiko lainnya diidentifikasi menggunakan tahapan SCOR, kemudian penilaian risiko digunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, dan mitigasi risiko digunakan metode HOR 2. Seluruh keterkaitan identifikasi, penilaian serta mitigasi dilakukan melalui tahapan Macroergonomic Analysis and Design (MEAD). Hasil mitigasi risiko terpilih adalah pengadaan difungsikan kembali fasilitas pendukung di PPI Bonto Bahari Bulukumba. Supply Chain Resilience sebagai kemampuan sebuah sistem dalam rantai pasok agar kembali ke kondisi normal, digambarkan melalui tahapan MEAD sebagai pendekatan dengan usulan model supply chain resilience risk management.

Abstract

The modern era has made freelance workers a trend, freelance employees work individually from their workplace. Freelance employees provide the freedom to choose the work they want without being tied to a contract, but in practice, freelance workers are very unfulfilled, such as in the health sector and field facilities. PT. X, which is a well-known provider company in Indonesia, has problems with employees who often experience complaints such as body aches, sprains and minor injuries after work. Improving work posture is very necessary to help freelance employees feel comfortable working, so it is necessary to analyze work posture using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. The research results show that action level 4 is obtained which requires the company to immediately carry out inspections and changes (right now). The proposed improvement in this research is that there is a need to improve work methods or systems (SOP) when carrying out the cable planting fireplace process and provide complete work facilities.
