Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of healthy lifestyle and word of mouth on purchase decision supplement product post pandemic Covid-19. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS as an analytical tool. The results of multiple linear regression test indicate that: (1) Healthy lifestyle partially has a significant effect on purchase decision supplement product post pandemic pandemic Covid-19 at Yogyakarta. (2) Word of mouth partially has a significant effect on purchase decision supplement product post pandemic pandemic Covid-19 at Yogyakarta. (3) Healthy lifestyle and word of mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decision supplement product post pandemic pandemic Covid-19 at Yogyakarta

Abstract

Hospitals have characteristics as complex service organizations, managing high risks and operating in a dynamic regulatory environment. Staff discipline and teamwork are needed to manage complex work, reduce work error rates, improve work safety and work quality. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and teamwork on employee performance at Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta Regional Hospital. The study was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire to 100 respondents who were hospital employees. The analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis. The results of the study found the effect of work discipline and cooperation on employee performance at Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta Regional Hospital.. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Usefulnesss, perceived ease, perceived risk, and generational differences on attitudes towards smart vending machines at the airport. Generational differences are reviewed from generation Z compared to the previous generation, namely the Millennial generation. The study was conducted through a survey of 111 respondents who were taken randomly through accidental sampling, namely those who were intentionally or unintentionally willing to become research respondents. The analysis was conducted using a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the study found that the average attitude of respondents was to like the existence of smart vending machines at the airport. Perception of benefits and perception of convenience have a positive effect on respondents' attitudes towards smart vending machines at the airport, while perception of risk has a negative effect on respondents' attitudes towards smart vending machines at the airport. Generational differences also affect respondents' attitudes towards smart vending machines at the airport. Generation Z has a higher attitude compared to the previous generation (millennials).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) mengenai perkembangan riset influencer marketing dalam rentang waktu 2020 hingga 2025 dengan menggunakan database Scopus. Kata kunci yang dipakai dalam pencarian adalah “Influencer Marketing” dan “Social Media Influencer”. Metodologi penelitian dilakukan dengan menyeleksi artikel-artikel yang relevan berdasarkan judul, abstrak, dan isi, kemudian disintesiskan untuk menemukan arah penelitian terkini, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas influencer marketing, serta peran media sosial dalam keberhasilan kampanye. Hasil SLR menunjukkan bahwa tren penelitian berkembang ke arah isu kredibilitas, regulasi, etika pengungkapan sponsor, serta munculnya fenomena virtual influencer berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi efektivitas influencer marketing terhadap niat beli dan loyalitas konsumen meliputi kredibilitas influencer, kesesuaian antara brand dengan persona influencer, kualitas konten, serta keterlibatan emosional audiens melalui parasocial interaction. Media sosial memainkan peran krusial sebagai kanal interaktif yang memungkinkan hubungan yang lebih dekat antara influencer dengan audiens, terutama melalui platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube yang menyediakan fitur interaktif dan transparansi sponsor. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa influencer marketing menjadi strategi penting dalam lanskap pemasaran digital, sekaligus membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan mengenai regulasi global, etika, serta pemanfaatan teknologi virtual influencer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Reponden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. 2) Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. 3) Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. Data collection in this research used a survey with a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 100 respondents and the sampling technique used probability sampling with random sampling techniques. The analytical tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The findings in this research show that: First, workload has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at Wonosari Hospital. Second, work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of Wonosari Regional Hospital employees. Third, compensation has a significant positive effect on the performance of Wonosari Hospital employees. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Compensation, and Employee Performance.
