Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of healthy lifestyle and word of mouth on purchase decision supplement product post pandemic Covid-19. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS as an analytical tool. The results of multiple linear regression test indicate that: (1) Healthy lifestyle partially has a significant effect on purchase decision supplement product post pandemic pandemic Covid-19 at Yogyakarta. (2) Word of mouth partially has a significant effect on purchase decision supplement product post pandemic pandemic Covid-19 at Yogyakarta. (3) Healthy lifestyle and word of mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decision supplement product post pandemic pandemic Covid-19 at Yogyakarta

Abstract

The problem with this research is the lack of empirical understanding of the impact of gamification on employee engagement and performance in a rapidly evolving business environment. The aim of this research is to analyze how gamification factors, including feedback, constructs, challenges, and stories, influence employee engagement and organizational productivity, with the hope of providing strategic insights for companies in improving employee performance in a competitive work environment. This research used 50 employees of a technology provider company. Data analysis in this research is SEM PLS. Research result. Gamification elements such as feedback, structure and story play a key role in increasing employee engagement. Analysis of the results shows that feedback, structure, and stories significantly contribute positively to employee engagement. Additionally, feedback and stories also have a positive impact on organizational productivity. Although structure has not been shown to have a significant effect on organizational productivity, this does not diminish the importance of feedback and stories as key factors in this context. On the other hand, the challenge element does not show a significant influence on either employee engagement or organizational productivity.

Abstract

Community Service "Optimizing Digital Marketing and Financial Reports with Tamansiswa Teachings: Ngarti-Ngrasa" at UMKM Adrem Mawar Merah Mbak Tini in Piring II Village, Murtigading, Sanden, Bantul, focused on improving marketing strategies and financial management. The implementation method involves direct interviews with MSME owners to identify key problems, including a lack of understanding of marketing on online platforms and the complexity of financial reports. Interview results show that Adrem products are little known outside the Bantul area and experience difficulties in managing finances due to a lack of understanding of balance sheets and profit and loss statements. Therefore, the service team provides solutions through digital marketing materials and the preparation of effective financial reports. The aim of this program is to increase the visibility of Adrem products and increase the effectiveness of financial management, so as to improve the economy of these MSMEs.

Abstract

Hospitals have characteristics as complex service organizations, managing high risks and operating in a dynamic regulatory environment. Staff discipline and teamwork are needed to manage complex work, reduce work error rates, improve work safety and work quality. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and teamwork on employee performance at Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta Regional Hospital. The study was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire to 100 respondents who were hospital employees. The analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis. The results of the study found the effect of work discipline and cooperation on employee performance at Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta Regional Hospital.. Abstract

Considering how important the existence of the mosque is for the Imam community and how muchresponsibility the mosque manager carries, it certainly requires good mosque management. Managementitself has four main pillars that are the foundation in the field of management science, namely: planning,organizing, movement/direction (actuating), and supervision (controlling). The function of managementitself is to plan, organize, coordinate and control resources so that goals can be achieved effectively andefficiently.Application-based mosque management aims to provide more knowledge to mosque administratorsin managing mosques in a professional, accountable and transparent manner. In addition, applicationbased mosque management will educate mosque administrators to use technological and informationadvances in managing, recording and reporting all forms of important information in a professional,accountable and transparent manner. Therefore, application-based mosque management is essentiallytraining and developing the ability of human resources (HR) in managing mosques in accordance withthe progress and demands of the times. This is where the role of application-based mosque managementis needed in managing the mosque professionally, accountably and transparently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) mengenai perkembangan riset influencer marketing dalam rentang waktu 2020 hingga 2025 dengan menggunakan database Scopus. Kata kunci yang dipakai dalam pencarian adalah “Influencer Marketing” dan “Social Media Influencer”. Metodologi penelitian dilakukan dengan menyeleksi artikel-artikel yang relevan berdasarkan judul, abstrak, dan isi, kemudian disintesiskan untuk menemukan arah penelitian terkini, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas influencer marketing, serta peran media sosial dalam keberhasilan kampanye. Hasil SLR menunjukkan bahwa tren penelitian berkembang ke arah isu kredibilitas, regulasi, etika pengungkapan sponsor, serta munculnya fenomena virtual influencer berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi efektivitas influencer marketing terhadap niat beli dan loyalitas konsumen meliputi kredibilitas influencer, kesesuaian antara brand dengan persona influencer, kualitas konten, serta keterlibatan emosional audiens melalui parasocial interaction. Media sosial memainkan peran krusial sebagai kanal interaktif yang memungkinkan hubungan yang lebih dekat antara influencer dengan audiens, terutama melalui platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube yang menyediakan fitur interaktif dan transparansi sponsor. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa influencer marketing menjadi strategi penting dalam lanskap pemasaran digital, sekaligus membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan mengenai regulasi global, etika, serta pemanfaatan teknologi virtual influencer.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal. Dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi berupa ceramah dan diskusi kepada masyarakat khususnya pelaku usaha. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2024 di Aula TPQ Masjid Al-Falah RT. 07 Klembon , Trirenggo, Bantul. Program ini fokus pada pengenalan dan pelatihan penggunaan media sosial dan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan jangkauan pasar. Dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing, diharapkan pelaku usaha lokal dapat mengoptimalkan promosi produk, meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan, dan memperluas akses pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Agribusiness Center (MAC) is an institution established by the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership to empower Muhammadiyah residents in Gamping District in the agribusiness sector. As part of the Muhammadiyah movement, MAC has an important role in strengthening the rural economy and improving the welfare of agricultural communities. This service aims to improve the understanding and skills of Muhammadiyah Agribusiness Center (M.A.C.) residents in managing independent businesses and product innovation, so that they can manage their businesses effectively. Community service is carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving community members as research partners in identifying needs, developing strategies, training, and implementing solutions. The results of this Community Service are that participants who take part in this training experience increased abilities in managing independent businesses, this is evidenced by active discussions between participants and speakers. In addition, by taking part in this training, basic understanding of innovation in managing business ventures has also increased. In general, through this program, it is hoped that M.A.C. members will be more confident and independent in improving family welfare through independent businesses and supporting development.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa agrowisata sebagai destinasi wisata baru di Gunung Kidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat lokal sekaligus melestarikan potensi alam dan budaya. Artikel ini membahas langkah-langkah pengembangan desa agrowisata melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat, pemerintah, dan pihak swasta. Fokus utama adalah pemanfaatan lahan pertanian, perkebunan, dan keunikan budaya lokal sebagai daya tarik wisata. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi potensi desa, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, serta pengembangan infrastruktur pendukung. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa desa agrowisata tidak hanya mampu menarik minat wisatawan, tetapi juga menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, pengembangan desa agrowisata di Gunung Kidul dapat menjadi model bagi daerah lain dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal untuk pariwisata berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Reponden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. 2) Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. 3) Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta.
