Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents directly as many as 56 questionnaires. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with t-test. The results of the study show that discipline and organizational commitment partially have a positive effect on employee performance. The F test proves that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect, and simultaneously have an effect on the dependent variable. The R2 test to determine the influence of all independent variables on the dependent variable in this study is 61.2%; while 32.8% is influenced by other factors. The results of this study prove that there is a positive influence on all hypothesized relationships. It is hoped that the findings from this study can be utilized in improving employee performance at President's High School or other similar organizations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the consequences of the global influence of information and technological developments that have an impact on the behavior of the younger generation. One form of this behavior is consumptive behavior. This behavior attacks the younger generation, especially students. One of the conveniences obtained in technological developments is e-money (electronic money). The use of e-money which is quite easy can form consumptive behavior. In addition to the convenience provided by e-money, the existence of e-commerce also tends to shape consumptive behavior. The existence of discount offers and ease of payment stimulates individuals to consume through e-commerce. Individuals who have a financial attitude can reflect a good level of financial management, so that a high financial attitude will reduce consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of e-money, e-commerce, and financial literacy on consumptive behavior in a gender perspective. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pelita Bangsa University. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis, with research sources based on the results of the questionnaire. Data testing uses validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The test results state that women's gender consumptive behavior is not influenced by money, e-commerce, and financial literacy. For male gender, consumptive behavior is influenced by the use of e-commerce and the level of financial literacy, while e-money has no effect on consumptive behavior. The results show that in general the level of use of e-commerce greatly influences consumptive behavior among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pelita Bangsa University.

Abstract

Due to the rising number of drug misuse cases in Indonesia, we students are involved in preventive initiatives as a means of safeguarding the next generation. In order to help raise awareness, knowledge, and prevent drug abuse among adolescents, as well as to encourage changes in adolescent behavior to be more cautious and avoid involvement in drug use, the activity with the theme "Student Efforts to Fortify the Young Generation from the Threat of Conventional Drugs and NPS Through Preventive Action in Griya Hasanah Housing, West Cikarang" was offered. A pseudo-experiment with a one-group pre- and post-test design was the study methodology used. Purposive sampling with a sample size of 22 participants is used. The pre-test, which was administered prior to the counseling session, examined the participants' level of knowledge by having them complete questions. A post-test was subsequently administered. Affective education was also used in this study to build personality, self-maturity, decision-making abilities, and the capacity to properly manage mental stress. Counseling sessions, Q&A sessions, quizzes for evaluation and feedback, and competitions were all used to carry out this activity. The study's findings demonstrated that participants' knowledge levels were low (30.8%) prior to the counseling activity and high (100%) following it. Participants had prior awareness of both conventional medications and NPS. The analysis's findings indicated a 60.2% increase in drug knowledge. The conclusion was that the younger generation's awareness and knowledge of the threat and risks of conventional drugs and NPS had increased significantly as a result of this activity.
