Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Asus pada tahun 2020 dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnnya data tersebut diketahui dari top brand award. Smartphone Asus kurang diminati masyarakat karena masyarakat telah memilih produk cina yang bersaing cukup luas menciptakan ketertarikan konsumen.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasiproduk, kualitas produk, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di di Bekasi, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Smartphone Asus di Bekasi dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan arah positif.

Abstract

The coronavirus pandemic has had a major impact on changes in the economy and society in meeting their daily needs, not least what happened in the fashion world, such as Mayoutfit. The study examines the effect of Instagram social media on online buying interest. The study also examines the effect of trust on online buying interest and the effect of risk on online buying interest. The method used is quantitative because the data in the study are in the form of numbers, and the analysis uses statistics. The number of samples set is 100 respondents. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, it can be seen that the results of the t-test of the Instagram social media variable obtained a t-count value of 4.275 > t- table 1,984 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The confidence variable obtained t arithmetic value of 1.124 < t-table 1.984 and a significance of 0.264 > 0.05. The value of tcount 6.424 obtained the risk variable> t-table 1984 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. then the results of F count 97.042 > F-table 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Instagram social media variables and risk of Hₐ are accepted, and H₀ are rejected. Furthermore, the confidence variable H₀ is accepted, and Hₐ is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, discipline, and physical work environment at the Sirnajaya Village office, Serang Baru district. This research is population research that uses a saturated sample using a quantitative approach. The respondents were 61 officials from Sirnajaya Village, Serang Baru District. The place of research and the object of research, namely, the subject was an employee, and the object was the Sirnajaya Village Office. Based on the results of the t-count value in the t-table test, it is obtained that the Supervision variable (X1) partially has no significant effect and contributes negatively to employee performance in Sirnajaya Village. Work Discipline Variable (X2) partially has no significant effect and contributes positively to employee performance in Sirnajaya Village. Physical Environment Variables (X3) significantly and negatively contribute to employee performance in Sirnajaya Village.

Abstract

Efforts are made to maintain employee loyalty, namely by implementing employee retention through talent management practices and the role of organizational support. This study uses a quantitative methodology. The population is 303 people, the sampling method uses random probability sampling, with the calculation of the Slovin formula so that 75 people are obtained. Collecting data from observations and questionnaire results. The data analysis tool uses the SPSS version 22.0 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis and t-test on the talent management variable obtained a value of sig. 0.050 with a standard value of sig. < 0.05, then the value is 0.050 < 0.05, which means that talent management has a significant effect on employee retention. It was explained that the proper application of talent management can increase employee retention. The results of the research on the perceived organizational support variables obtained the value of sig. 0.000 with a standard value of sig. < 0.05, then the value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee retention. It was explained that the perceived organizational support that employees feel through recognition and other support will affect employee retention rates. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained R = 0.530 > 0.05. and R² = 0.281 indicates that the talent management (X1) and perceived organizational support (X2) together have an effect on employee retention by 28.1%.

Abstract

Transportation can never be separated from one's daily life, such as going to school, office, market or other distant places. Transportation is divided into three namely, land, sea and air transportation. In Indonesia, land transportation is more widely used than air and sea transportation. Land transportation such as buses, private cars and trains. Bus is a means of land transportation that is ranked third most often used. This study aims to test product variations (co-creation) and service quality (service excellent) against the quality of experience (quality experience) with price (currency) as moderation. The number of respondents in this study was 108 respondents who had used Juragan 99 Trans Bus transportation services in the Bekasi Regency area. This population collection is non-probality sampling and the respondent retrieval technique is purposive sampling. This research was processed using regression techniques, where the processing used SmartPLS 3 software. This research proves 1) The variety of products (co-creation) offered by the Juragan 99 Trans Bus has an effect on the high quality of experience. 2) The quality of service (service excellent) offered by the Juragan 99 Trans Bus influences the high quality of experience (quality experience). 3) Product variations (co-creation) which are moderated by price (currency) influence the high quality of experience. 4) Quality of service (service excellent) which is moderated by price (currency) influences the high quality of experience (quality experience).

Abstract

In the pursuit of understanding effective educational management and leadership, this quantitative study utilizes SmartPLS 3.0 to examine the impact of School-Based Management (SBM) and Transformational Leadership (TL) of school principals on school quality at SMP Presiden Cikarang. Seven hypotheses were tested to elucidate these relationships, focusing on the mediating role of teacher professionalism. The findings highlight significant influences: SBM positively affects school quality, and TL similarly demonstrates a significant positive impact. Furthermore, SBM significantly enhances teacher professionalism, contrasting with TL, which shows no significant impact on teacher professionalism. Additionally, teacher professionalism emerges as a significant contributor to school quality. Notably, SBM, through its enhancement of teacher professionalism, significantly improves school quality. However, TL, when mediated through teacher professionalism, does not exert a significant influence on school quality. These results underscore the critical role of SBM and the nuanced impact of TL in fostering school quality through enhanced teacher professionalism.

Abstract

This study explores the interrelations among organizational culture, perceived organizational support, transformational leadership, and work engagement. Using a robust statistical framework, the research examines how these variables interplay and influence one another, thereby affecting employee performance and job satisfaction. Organizational culture was found to have a significant predictive power over perceived organizational support, but its direct influence on work engagement was less pronounced, necessitating a mediator such as perceived support. Perceived organizational support robustly mediated the relationship between organizational culture and work engagement, emphasizing the necessity for employees to feel valued and supported. Transformational leadership had a nuanced impact; it directly influenced work engagement marginally, yet did not significantly affect perceived organizational support nor work engagement indirectly through perceived organizational support. These findings suggest that transformational leadership may require additional mediating factors to effectively promote engagement. The study's indirect pathway analysis highlights that the pathway from organizational culture to work engagement through perceived organizational support is significant, confirming the mediating role of perceived support. Conversely, transformational leadership’s indirect impact on work engagement through perceived support was non-significant, indicating the potential need for other mediating variables. Conclusively, the research provides insights into the complex dynamics of workplace variables, stressing the importance of a holistic organizational approach to enhance employee engagement and performance. It also underscores the critical nature of employees' perceptions of support in translating leadership and cultural values into engagement.

Abstract

The human resources (HR) element plays a crucial role for employees to act as planners, implementers, and controllers, continuously playing an active role in achieving the company's goals. Productive human resources will be able to adopt designs that are set as organizational goals or targets. This phenomenon often occurs in companies where employees have the desire to leave the company. The focus of this research is on PT Pakubumi Inti Mineral in Central Sulawesi, examining the Influence of Physical Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention with the Mediation of Job Satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative, distributing questionnaires that were then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the study show that both the physical work environment and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention, with compensation showing a stronger and more significant influence. Job satisfaction also plays a significant mediating role between compensation and turnover intention, but not in the case of the physical work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence Of Transformational Leadership Style And Work Motivation On Teacher Performance Mediated By Work Discipline On Teachers Of Mts Al-Fathimiyah Karawang. Respondents of this study were 30 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing application. The results of this study found that 1. Transformational Leadership Style has no effect on Teacher Performance, 2. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, 3. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, 4. Transformational Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on Discipline, 5. Work Motivation has no effect on Discipline, 6. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Work Performance mediated by Discipline, 7. Work Motivation has no effect on Work Performance mediated by Discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang kecenderungan terjadinya penurunan jumlah pasien rawat inap yang kembali dirawat di Rumah Sakit Primaya Bekasi Barat. Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh marketing mix dan perceived service quality terhadap revisit intention yang dimediasi oleh patients’ perceived satisfaction. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap yang kembali dirawat di Rumah Sakit Primaya Bekasi barat sebanyak 283 orang dari total rata-rata populasi selama Januari – Juni 2024 sebanyak 963 orang pasien. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan G-Form melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Metode kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur untuk mencari model persamaan struktural yang cocok dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.1.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patients’ perceived satisfaction.; 2) perceived service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patients’ perceived satisfaction.; 3) marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention; 4) perceived service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention; 5) patients’ perceived satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention; 6) patients’ perceived satisfaction. mampu memediasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan marketing mix terhadap revisit intention; dan 7) patients’ perceived satisfaction. mampu memediasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan perceived service quality terhadap revisit intention
