Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of religious character breeding in novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi. Novel Rantau 1 Muara is a novel that clearly tells of a value of struggle, persistence, obedience to God and a view of life that intends to achieve success with an incantation man saara ala darbi washala, who walks on His way will reach the goal. The method that is used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The data resource in this study is  novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi in 2013 with a total of 395 pages. The data in this research has the story units in dialogs, paragraphs, and tables that show the value of religious character breeding. The data collection techniques are done by using note taking techniques, and literature study. The steps are taken in analyzing the novel are by interpreting based on existing theories, then described according to the research objectives. The results of data analysis,  there are 17 frequencies which are divided in, they are the religious existence of human relations to God such as worshiping, greeting, praying, giving thanks and asking forgiveness. The religious existences among human and human  are asking for protection, worshiping parents, intimacy, and praying for others. Furthermore, the religious existence of human with nature is praising the beauty of nature.

Abstract

Pengolahan biologis, limbah cair yang mengandung substrat organik terlarut dalam bioreaktor anaerobik juga ditentukan oleh proses seeding dan aklimatisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pH seeding dan aklimatisasi POME terhadap COD, BOD dan tekanan biogas dalam bioreaktor anaerobik. Seeding dan aklimatisasi dilakukan pada pH ambient, pH 7.2 dan dan pH 8.0 serta temperature ambient. Tekanan biogas seeding dan aklimatisasi POME dalam bioreaktor anaerobik pada pH 7.2 lebih besar dari pH ambient lebih besar dari pH 8.0, berturut-turut adalah 637 mmH2O; 627 mmH2O dan 598.6 mmH2O. BOD removal pada pH ambient, ph 7.2 dan pH 8.0 berturut-turut adalah 50.1%, 48.86 % dan 47.25%. BOD removal rata-rata sebesar 48.74%. COD removal pada pH ambient, ph 7.2 dan pH 8.0 berturut-turut adalah 52.08%, 43.68% dan 43.18%. COD removal rata-rata sebesar 46.31%. Rasio BOD/COD yang menunjukkan biodegradabilitas seeding dan aklimatisasi POME, pada pH ambient, pH 7.2 dan pH 8.0 berturut-turut adalah 0.505, 0.443 dan 0.478, dengan BOD/COD rata-rata adalah 0.475. Abstract

Studi komputasi interaksi molekul N2 pada graphene sebagai penyerapan nitrogen telah dilakukan. Menggunakkan metode density functional theory (DFT), dengan potensial fungsional teori B3LYP pada basis set 3-21G. Hasil interaksi molekul N2 dengan graphene didapatkan melalui nilai energi dengan variasi jarak pada tiga posisi graphene yaitu posisi top dengan jarak 3,6 Ã… dengan nilai energi sebesar -9,444769x10-13 J, posisi bridge dengan jarak 4 Ã… dengan nilai energi sebesar -9,444511x10-13 J dan posisi hollow dengan jarak 4,5 Ã… dengan nilai energi sebesar -9,444433x10-13 J. Hasil interaksi tersebut didapatkan jarak terbaik yaitu pada posisi top graphene dengan jarak 3,6 Ã… yang merupakan awal terjadinya interaksi untuk penyerapan nitrogen terhadap graphene. Abstract

The utilization of rubber seed shell (Havea Brasiliensis) can be used as an alternative material in the processing of textile waste. The next step to determine the efficiency of a material rubber seed shell performed experiments of material in process with the addition of material rubber seed shell by variations of concentrations 2 grams, 3 grams, 4 grams and 5 grams per 200 mL sample for each parameters. Then stirred at 100 rpm for 15 minutes and then deposited for 24 hours. Based on the final results obtained for TSS (Total Suspended Solid) parameter removal efficiency is 97,40%. for the Cr metal ion parameter is 62,39% and for Cu metal ion is 68,65%. For efficiency of dyes parameter is 70,72% with optimum concentration of material is 5 grams for each parameters. Keywords: Rubber seed shell, TSS, metal ion, dye.

Abstract

Quantitative relationship analysis of the antinosiseptive structure of flavonoid compound on Muntingia Calabura L. leaf has been done. This research used Hartree Fock and Correlation Analysis method using QSAR. The inhibition activity of flavonoid compound and dipole moment are independent variable, while the dependent variable is the active center of the flavonoid compound. The results obtained from structural relations and antinociceptive activity are very strong with a correlation value of 1,00. Then, the result can be significantly influenced on C3 atom and dipole moment of drug with QSAR formula that is A = 2,15 + 0,03 C3 – 0,17 D. Keywords : Flavonoid, Antinociceptive, Hartree Fock, QSAR

Abstract

Study of the comparison wet destruction methods open and closed systems to the analysis of lead metal (Pb) in soil samples at the former mining site in Samarinda with AAS has been done. The resultant destruction solution was obtained from wet destruction with open and closed systems with temperature and time variation using concentrated HNO3 acid solvent and aqua regia acid. The resultant destruction solution obtained was dissolved with aquadest and tested by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer at wavelength 283.3 nm. The result obtained in this research is the concentration of lead metal (Pb) that contained in the soil samples at the former mining site in Samarinda are 13.565 mg/kg with recovery percentage of 100.53% in wet destruction closed methods with the use of concentrated HNO3 acid at temperature 250°C during 2 hours and 15.723 mg/kg with recovery percentage of 100.48% in wet destruction closed methods with the use of concentrated HNO3 acid at temperature 250°C during 3 hours. Abstract

An Analysis of Lead Metal Ion Levels (Pb2+) has been conducted on water, Cat fish (Pangasius pangsius), Gold fish (Cyprinus carpio L) and Parrot fish (Oreochromis sp.) in abandoned coal mine lake in Tenggarong Seberang sub-district. This research was intended to determine the Pb metal ion levels inside water and fish also to understand its appropriateness to be consumed by humans. This research was done with using destruction method on the woven basket water sample and fish’s meat sample (Catfish, Goldfish, and Parrotfish) and then proceed the analyzed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Pb levels acquired in this research are 0,039 in Parrot fish woven basket, 0,031 ppm in Goldfish woven basket that exceeds the quality standards threshold according to PP RI No. 82 Tahun 2001, dissimiliar with Pb levels in Catfish woven basket in the amount of 0,016 ppm which is still far below the threshold. While the Pb levels in all three fishes are under standard quality threshold according to SNI 7387:2009 about maximum limit of heavy metal contamination inside foods, where the levels in Parrot fish is 0,138 ppm, goldfish meat as 0,060 ppm and catfish meat as 0,041 ppm. Abstract

There has been research on the utilization of activated charcoal carbon as an adsorben of cerbera manghas shell in metal ions Mn. This research was intended to find the effects of pH value, contact period and to determine the maximum adsorptive capacity Mn metal ions by cerbera manghas shell activated carbon. The adsorption process have been variate of pH 2, 3, 4, 5 dan 6; contact time variation 15, 30, 45, 60 and 75 and 90 minutes; concentration variation 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 mg/L. The analysis of metal ions Mn concentration by cerbera manghas shell activated carbon by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS). The result of this research shows that cerbera manghas activated carbon could adsorb metal ion Mn. The optimum condition was achieved at the pH 2 with a number of metal ions that adsorbed at 9,689 mg/L, with optimum period of 90 minutes with a number of metal ions that adsorbed at 9.414 mg/L, as for optimum concentration was achieved at the cosentration 100 mg/L with a number of metal ions that adsorbed at 25,932 mg/L. Abstract

Pemodelan struktur zeolit Y telah diteliti dengan variasi rasio Si/Al, variasi kation dan penambahan molekul organik menggunakan metode mekanika molekuler. Pemodelan zeolit dilakukan dengan membuat kerangka struktur satu unit sel zeolit Y. Zeolit Y dengan energi optimasi terendah (Si/Al = 4,3) dipilih untuk studi pengaruh penambahan kation (Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+) dan molekul organik (C4H9OH, C5H11OH, C6H5OH) pada diameter pori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur zeolit Y dengan impregnasi kation K+ dan molekul organik C4H9OH memiliki diameter pori terbesar yaitu 16,0303  dan 15,9126 .

Abstract

The analysis of changes in levels of copper (Cu) on the addition of silver ions (Ag) with electrocoagulation method has been researched by using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) as an instrument for the determination of levels. The addition of ionic silver (Ag) in a solution of copper (Cu) using varying concentrations of silver (Ag) 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 ppm. The results showed that the effect of the addition of ionic silver (Ag) 4,6, 8, 10 and 12 resulted in changes in the levels of copper (Cu) are deposited successively in the ppm concentration is 9.375; 9.324; 9.272; 9.168; 9.142 and 9.116. Metalcontentof silver(Ag) in a medium containing copper (Cu) with a variety of metallic silver( Ag) differentat 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12ppm after the electrocoagulation metal contentof silver(Ag) depositedin the amount3.99; 5.99; 7.96; 9.91 and 11.88ppm.
