Abstract

Smoking is prohibited based on the meanings indicated in the text of the Qur'an and Sunnah and the correct I'tibar (logic). The evidence from the Qur'an is His words Qs. Al-Baqarah 195. This research uses the literature review method in which researchers conduct a series of studies involving various kinds of information derived from literature such as books, journals, documents, and so on with the aim of finding various kinds of theories and ideas which can then be formulated results in accordance with the objectives of the research carried out in order to obtain conclusions about smoking in the perspective of Islam and health. The results of various sources of literature show that Islam has explained well in the Qur'an and hadith regarding smoking in the view of Islam and health. Because smoking can lead to destruction, which damages the entire body system and causes disease from this reason it is very clear that smoking is prohibited or haram. Therefore, avoid cigarettes and get used to healthy living

Abstract

Background: Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a critical role in shaping students' character and morals, not only by imparting knowledge of Islamic teachings but also by instilling spiritual and ethical values that influence social behavior. Purpose: Given ongoing social transformations, such as technological advancements and cultural shifts, the importance of PAI has become more pronounced. Globalization and modernization present both opportunities and challenges, including moral decay, identity crises, and social conflicts. In this context, PAI serves as a moral guide, helping students navigate these complexities. Method: This study, using a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, aims to inform the improvement of PAI teaching quality and highlight its significance in addressing evolving societal dynamics. Result: The findings show that PAI fosters moral responsibility and social awareness among students, equipping them to face modern challenges. Moreover, integrating contemporary pedagogical methods with traditional Islamic teachings enhances PAI's effectiveness in shaping students' character in an era of rapid social and technological change.

Abstract

Santri sebagai generasi muda di pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun kehidupan sosial dan keagamaan. Namun, perilaku bullying yang terjadi di lingkungan pesantren dapat menghambat pengembangan karakter santri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas sosial keagamaan santri untuk mencegah bullying dalam perspektif Islam di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi interaktif untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang bahaya bullying serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan fisik, mental, dan kehidupan beragama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman santri tentang dampak negatif bullying, perubahan sikap ke arah lebih positif, dan tumbuhnya komitmen untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai akhlakul karimah dalam keseharian. Kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pesantren yang lebih kondusif, bebas bullying, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif santri dalam aktivitas sosial-keagamaan. Disimpulkan bahwa penyuluhan perspektif Islam tentang bullying efektif dalam mengembangkan karakter positif dan memperkuat aktivitas sosial keagamaan santri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of understanding Islamic Religious Education on students' learning motivation at SMK Poncol 65 East Jakarta. It uses a quantitative descriptive method with statistical data analysis techniques to test the relationship between understanding Islamic Religious Education and students' learning motivation. The research sample consists of students who were selected randomly. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The study's results showed that understanding Islamic Religious Education had a magnitude of 0.699 on students' learning motivation. Based on statistical tests, the correlation value obtained (ro) of 0.699 was more significant than the rt value at a significance level of 5% (0.291) and 1% (0.376). Thus, the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, indicating a significant influence between understanding Islamic Religious Education and students' learning motivation. This study concludes that understanding Islamic Religious Education can increase students' learning motivation. For students who receive less attention from their parents, learning motivation can be increased by providing more fantastic encouragement at school. Educators are expected to motivate students in various ways, such as by offering rewards or awards that can motivate them enthusiastically.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of tafsir (Qur’anic interpretation) as a pedagogical strategy to enhance students’ understanding of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through a contextual-based learning model in the digital era. The integration of thematic and contextual interpretation aims to bridge Qur’anic values with students’ real-life challenges, making religious learning more relevant and applicable. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation in a secondary Islamic school. The findings reveal that incorporating tafsir into PAI learning significantly improves students’ reasoning skills, contextual comprehension, and spiritual insight. Digital tools—such as interpretation apps, interactive videos, and online platforms—further enrich the learning experience. However, limitations persist, including low tafsir literacy among educators, insufficient contextual digital resources, and the need for professional development in integrating interpretation within the curriculum. This study concludes that the strategic application of contextual and technology-assisted tafsir holds considerable promise for enhancing the quality of Islamic education, provided it is supported by adequate resources and educator readiness.

Abstract

Autonomy to create student-centered and contextual learning, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, is given by the Independent Curriculum to educational units. However, the implementation of this curriculum is full of obstacles, especially related to the process of evaluating student learning. The implementation of PAI learning based on the Independent Curriculum at SMKN 14 Jakarta will be evaluated, along with the challenges faced by teachers and the evaluation techniques used. This study uses an evaluative technique that combines formative and summative assessments along with descriptive qualitative methodology. Information was collected through recording the implementation of learning assessments, in-depth interviews with vice principals and educators, and observations. According to the research findings, the learning assessment process has been based on the principles of Independent Curriculum, which includes flexible scheduling and technology evaluation techniques such as Google Forms. The main challenges include differences in students' understanding of the subject matter, lack of helpful criticism, and lack of learning time. Although teacher feedback techniques still vary from one-way to more reflective and interactive, peer counseling strategies are used to address student ability inequalities. The successful implementation of this curriculum depends on a number of elements, including parent and school support, availability of technology, and instructor competence. The conclusions of this study emphasize that comprehensive learning assessment must take into account the various characteristics of students and emphasize the importance of two-way communication in the teaching and learning process. Building a learning environment that encourages student character growth requires the use of a respectful and humanistic approach.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that one of the factors that can improve student learning outcomes is complete and adequate infrastructure. Infrastructure facilitates and facilitates student learning in the learning process, thus facilitating optimal learning outcomes. This study aimed to determine the effect of infrastructure on improving learning outcomes at Harvard Junior High School, Jakarta. The method used in this study was correlation with a quantitative approach. Simple random sampling was used, with 27 students as respondents. The results showed that the Product Moment coefficient test yielded an "rxy" or "ro" of 0.232, while "rt" at the 5% significance level was 0.388 and at the 1% significance level was 0.496. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) was accepted, while the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Based on these results, it can be concluded that infrastructure does influence learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penilaian Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam PAI di SMP Al-Chalidiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian Kurikulum Merdeka telah dilaksanakan secara bertahap dan menyeluruh, meliputi asesmen diagnostik, formatif, dan sumatif. Penilaian tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga menyentuh ranah afektif dan spiritual melalui observasi, portofolio, dan proyek. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain rendahnya pemahaman guru terhadap rubrik penilaian, beban administrasi tinggi, dan siswa yang belum terbiasa dengan penilaian non-tes. Strategi yang diterapkan guru mencakup penyederhanaan rubrik, kolaborasi antar guru, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta pendekatan personal dalam penugasan. Penilaian yang holistik terbukti efektif dalam mengukur kompetensi dan karakter siswa sesuai tujuan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya peranan orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual anak, meskipun sering kali pola asuh yang diterapkan kurang optimal. Padahal, pola asuh yang efektif sangat penting dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual anak. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data yang valid terkait pengaruh pola asuh orang tua dalam membina kecerdasan spiritual anak di SMA 1 Cawang Baru. Pengaruh antara keduanya tergolong rendah atau sangat lemah, dengan berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi pengaruh pola asuh orang tua dalam membina kecerdasan spiritual anak. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode “deskriptif analitik kuantitatif”. Adapun ojek penelitiannya adalah siswa siswi kelas X3, yang berjumlah 35 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket yang diisi oleh 35 responden, serta didukung dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Untuk analisis data, digunakan metode Product Moment dari Karl Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji koefisien Product Moment, didapatkan nilai rxy atau r0 sebesar 0,214. Hal ini menandakan bahwa r0 melebihi rt pada taraf signifikan 5% (0,088) dan pada taraf signifikan 1% (0,115). Dengan memperbandingkan nilai “rxy” dengan “rt”, diketahui bahwa rxy yang diperoleh peneliti adalah 0,214, sementara rt masing-masingnya adalah 0,088 dan 0,115. Dengan demikian, karena rxy > rt baik pada taraf signifikan 5% atau 1%, Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) diterima atau disetujui, sedangkan Hipotesis Nihil (Ho) ditolak. Dalam hal ini, berarti korelasi pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan spiritual anak memiliki pengaruh yang lemah atau sangat rendah. Korelasi tersebut adalah pola asuh orang tua yan baik dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan spiritual anak. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan spiritual anak. Selain dorongan orang tua, guru, perhatian keluarga, dukungan lingkungan dan tingkat ekonomi.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental adalah aspek penting yang mencakup kondisi fisik dan spiritual seseorang. Meskipun tampak sehat secara fisik, seseorang dapat mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental, terutama pada masa remaja yang rentan terhadap berbagai masalah psikologis. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran sentral guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membimbing dan menanamkan nilai-nilai spiritual pada siswa. Kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah diharapkan dapat merawat kondisi emosional dan spiritual siswa. Islam mengajarkan kasih sayang dan penguatan spiritual sebagai solusi dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup, termasuk gangguan kesehatan mental, dengan mengingat Allah sebagai sumber ketenangan batin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kondisi kesehatan mental anak-anak, memahami peran PAI dalam menangani kesehatan mental anak-anak, dan mengkaji bagaimana guru membina kesehatan mental anak-anak melalui ajaran Al-Quran. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan yang mengandalkan sumber data akurat seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, makalah konferensi, dan laporan penulisan, didukung oleh wawancara. Kesimpulan menyoroti bahwa guru PAI memainkan peran utama dalam membentuk karakter siswa dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai moral melalui praktik keagamaan. Kolaborasi dengan konselor bimbingan konseling penting dalam mendukung kesehatan mental siswa dengan memberikan arahan, memantau perkembangan, dan memberikan dukungan yang diperlukan. Dukungan penuh dari sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif juga ditekankan, termasuk melalui program-program seperti salat berjamaah dan dzikir bersama.
