Salah satu faktor work engagement yaitu psychological capital.

Abstract

The global tourism landscape is witnessing a significant paradigm shift toward authentic, meaningful, and sustainable experiences. In response, Community-Based Tourism (CBT) has emerged as a vital strategic framework. Hanjeli Tourism Village, situated within the Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark, offers a distinctive Unique Value Proposition (UVP) through the cultivation of Coix lacryma-jobi L. (Hanjeli)—a nutrient-dense functional food deeply embedded in local cultural heritage. Despite this potential, the destination faces critical branding and digital promotion deficits, resulting in a strategic misalignment between its intrinsic brand identity and its perceived image among prospective travelers. This study examines a strategic marketing intervention leveraging narrative marketing and visual storytelling via promotional videos. By transforming Hanjeli’s core tangible and intangible assets into a cohesive brand narrative, this approach aims to enhance brand awareness and stimulate visit intentions. Beyond marketing objectives, the intervention is designed to catalyze positive socio-economic and socio-cultural outcomes for the local community, fostering long-term resilience and sustainability.

Abstract

Background: The peppermint plant (Mentha piperita L.) is a type of medicinal plant that is widely found in temperate regions, especially Europe, North America and Africa. This plant contains essential oils, menthol, and menthone, menthafuran, sesquiterpenes, triterpenes, flavonoids, carotenoids, tannins and various minerals are also widely contained in peppermint leaf oil (M. piperita L.). The purpose of this study was to isolate and determine the morphological diversity of endophytic bacteria from peppermint plants (M. piperita L.). Methodology: The method used in this study is to take isolation samples, pure culture, characterization and gram staining to determine whether it includes gram-negative or positive bacteria. The results of the study of 12 cultures of endophytic bacterial isolates from plants (M. piperita L.) were taken 10 isolates from each different culture media. Findings: The results of morphological observations of bacterial colonies show diverse characteristics in terms of surface, appearan, ceelevation, edges, and colour. Gram Staining Test of Endophytic Bacterial Isolates from the roots, leaves, and stems of mint plants against endophytic bacteria showed that there were gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial isolates. Then the results of bacterial cell shape morphology have a diversity of Cocobacil, Coccus, and Bacil forms so it can be concluded that endophytic bacterial isolates from peppermint plants (M. piperita L.) have varied morphological diversity. Contribution: Data on the morphological diversity of endophytic bacteria from M. piperita L. provides important basic data for further research on the potential of M. piperita L. endophytic bacteria

Abstract

Math teaching is one of the off-campus activities supporting the MBKM curriculum. This activity can strengthen undergraduate students' pedagogical, personal, and social competence. The community service was carried out in the Kepulauan Seribu district of DKI Jakarta Province using the Service Learning method. Service Learning means undergraduate students can apply their lecture knowledge at MI and MTs. The community service involved 70 undergraduate students and 12 lecturers. The results show that (1) Math teaching can be carried out effectively and efficiently, (2) undergraduate students can teach in MI and MTs well and provide a new atmosphere in the teaching process, they do not want to be taught by expository, they prefer by game methods or competition, (3) undergraduate students give a positive response to Math Teaching activities. This activity can improve their teaching skills, social care, and personal skills. In fact, according to the undergraduate students, some students from MI or MTs ask them to stay longer in the Kepulauan Seribu to teach more math. The recommendation is that community service activities must be carried out continuously either in the same area or in other areas because Indonesia's territory is very large.
