Abstract

This research aims to exploit the usefulness of school websites using heuristic methods and evaluation. Likert scales are used in questionnaires to collect user perceptions of various aspects of websites, heuristic evaluations are carried out by experts to identify design problems based on usability principles. This website functions as a platform to publish information, activities and student achievements, so its quality is very important to ensure easy access and interaction for visitors. The Heuristic Evaluation method, developed by Nielsen and Molich, is used to assess the conformity of website designs with ten heuristic principles of usability, including visibility of system status, compatibility between the system and the real world, user control and freedom, standards and consistency, error prevention, better understanding rather than remembering, flexibility and efficiency, minimalist and aesthetic design, help to recognize and correct errors, and assistance and documentation.The evaluation result showthat the websiteis quite effective in meeting user needs, but there is still room for improving website speed, strenghening design consistency, and providing better efficiency, option. It is hoped that this researcher can provide guidance fordevelopers and schools to improve the quality of website, so that they can more optimally support theinformation and interaction needs of users.

Abstract

Islamic religious education plays a key role in shaping learners' character. Although Islamic Religious Education teaches science materials, teachers also instill cultural values and national character in students through learning strategies and materials. Lessons as one of the educational institutions, not only focus on academic achievement, but also pay attention to the character building of students. However, observations show that students have not fully implemented the values of national character in their daily lives. This study aims to understand how Religious Education learning is conducted, describe the values of Indonesian national character in Religious Education learning, and classify the values of Indonesian national character in the class. This research is expected to contribute thoughts and references for education observers, teachers, and schools in an effort to form a better national character. Qualitative research methods were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that PAI learning involves input (raw input and instrumental input), process (strategies, methods, learning activities, extracurricular activities, habituation, and environment), and outcome (national character such as religious, independent, democratic, love for the country, care for the environment, and responsibility). The description of national character values involves aspects of religion, independence, democracy, love for the country, environmental care, responsibility, and love of reading. The classification of Indonesian national character in class XI of SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi includes the characters of Anti-Religion, Not Independent, Authoritarian, Apathetic to the Homeland, Environmental Indifference, Irresponsible, and Anti-Reading

Abstract

Untuk mendukung sosialisasi dan branding pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah di bidang pertanian, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah melakukan inovasi di bidang jasa pertanian dengan mengembangkan media sosial sebagai sarana edukasi, informasi dan komunikasi melalui media sosial. Agar memudahkan penyebaran informasi lewat akun bisnis di Facebook dan Instagram, serta memberikan pelatihan dengan menyiapkan gambar konten pelatihan,masukkan manfaat konten pada gambar, menentukan ukuran, warna gambar dan editing. Atur latar belakang, sesuaikan dengan gambar, tambahkan teks pada gambar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan pegawai Dinas Pertanian, berdasarkan informasi permasalahan pegawai yang diperoleh sebelumnya pada bagian perencanaan, maka dirancanglah solusi untuk melatih konten media sosial menggunakan Photoshop untuk memudahkan pegawai dalam membuat Adobe Photoshop. Evaluasi yang terakhir bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai mana tingkat pemahaman mengenai pembuatan konten edukasi menggunakan aplikasi adobe photoshop. Setelah melakukan pelatihan, evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para peserta pelatihan, agar mendapat umpan balik atas pelatihan yang telah diselesaikan, sehingga pelaksana pelatihan dapat memperbaiki pelatihan, tugas akhir adalah menyusun laporan kegiatan dan mempublikasikan kegiatan. Kampanye pelatihan staf berjalan dengan baik dan staf sangat antusias membuat konten pendidikan yang memfasilitasi diseminasi kampanye oleh staf di sektor jasa pertanian, khususnya di sektor perencanaan.

Abstract

The ethnobotanical study of food crops is very important to be carried out because it can be a means of natural resource conservation, social and economic sustainability of local communities. The diversity of food crops on the island of Lombok reflects the interaction between humans and the environment as well as the cultural values contained in the practice of using food crops in daily life. The objectives of this study are to: a) identify food crops on the island of Lombok based on land characteristics, b) find out the distribution of food crops on the island of Lombok based on land characteristics, and c) find out how food crops are used by the community on the island of Lombok.  The sample was determined using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and then plant specimens were collected accompanied by key informants in the field. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner after being processed in Microsoft Excel using simple statistical techniques. Based on the results of the study, about 64 species of food crops were found. Land characteristics consist of wetlands, sandy lands, and dry lands. A total of 46 species of food crops were found in rice fields with wetland/clay characteristics. A total of 30 species of food crops were found on land with sandy characteristics and as many as 18 species of food crops were found on hilly land with dry land characteristics. The use of food crops by the community is ground as much as 10%, mashed as much as 12%, cooked as much as 60% and eaten raw as much as 40%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that food crops are more commonly found on land with wetland or rice field characteristics and the use of food crops is most obtained by cooking.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment is a way to determine the abilities of each employee. The assessment is carried out to obtain materials for developing the company's human resources. The process of appointing contract employees to permanent positions is still not effective, this results in doubt in decision making which allows errors to occur. In this research, a system for decision making will be built, where this research uses the Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method is a multi-criteria decision making technique that compares one criterion with another. The data used in this research uses 3 factors and 12 employee data to be selected. For assessment using the SMART method based on criteria and weights, a score above 80 is declared a pass to become a permanent employee. Research using the Simple SMART method can help the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in West Pasaman in managing the data or criteria used in determining the status of contract employees, so that they can determine employees who are in accordance with the quality and quantity of human resources needed and as a basis for making decisions. become a permanent employee.
