Abstract

Blood is an important component produced by the human body. Blood is also a very vital part of human survival. When blood levels in the human body are less than they should be, the way to overcome this is by donating blood or blood transfusion. The health facilities that organize blood donations, provide blood and distribute blood are called Blood Transfusion Units (UTD). UTD in carrying out its duties encountered several obstacles, such as blood only having a shelf life of 35 days from donation. If it has passed the expiration date, it cannot be used anymore for blood transfusions. Meanwhile, regarding the demand for blood, the need for blood is greater than those donating. Making it difficult for UTD if the demand occurs when the existing blood stock is not sufficient. And if the stock in UTD experiences an axcess, it can cause losses because the blood is wasted due to expiration. Apart form that. The problem is that in everyday life, many people’s need for blood is reduced. Many of their families intervened directly to find available donors. They even search on social networks or social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and others. And this shows that many of them lack donors. To anticipate these problems. So it is necessary to carry out research on forecasting blood demand using the Support Vektor Regression method at UTD PMI Central Lombok. The aim of this research is to forecast or predict the demand for blood at UTD PMI Central Lombok in the coming period. To reduce the impact of lack or excess blood. SVR is the application of Support Vektor Machine (SVM) in the case of regression to find the best dividing line in the regression function. The advantage of the SVR model is that it can handle overfiting problems in the data. The tests used to measure the best model are Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of this research shows that the best model is Support Vektor Regression (SVR) with a polynomial kernel and based on the tuning results, the parameters used are C=10, degree=1, epsilon=1. The SVR model using a polynomial kernel produces a MAPE value of 18.7502% and RMSE value of 0.6919, which means the model has very good predictive ability. Prediction accuracy was achieved with an R2 value of 0.9936 or 99.36% and an MSE value of 0.4787, which means that the prediction of blood demand data at UTD PMI Central Lombok using SVR with a polynomial kernel function had very good prediction accuracy. With predicted result in january for blood type A it was 1654, B was 920, O was 2205 and AB was 1104

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki potensi pariwisata cukup besar terutama melalui berbagai program pengembangan sesuai dengan ciri khas masing-masing daerah , Desa wisata Lantan merupakan salah satu Desa wisata yang memilliki beragam wisata alam disekitarnya, dalam melakukan pengolahan data tiket yang terjual pihak pengelola dari setiap objek wisata melakukan pendataan dengan cara manual, hal ini membuat proses dalam merekap laporan data tiket yang terjual membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan hasilnya kurang akurat, Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di Desa wisata Lantan maka penulis melakukan perancangan aplikasi pengelolaan tiket wisata pada desa lantan berbasis web yang berfokus pada pendataan tiket yang terjual yang kemudian tersimpan dalam database bisa di rekap sebagai laporan dengan lebih cepat, Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi yang memudahkan pokdarwis dalam melakukan rekap dari setiap objek wisata.

Abstract

Penelitian merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan melalui eksplorasi dan pemecahan masalah. Salah satu tantangan dalam analisis penelitian dosen adalah mengelompokkan tema penelitian berdasarkan judul yang tersedia agar dapat mengidentifikasi tren topik yang sedang berkembang. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengelompokkan judul penelitian dosen ke dalam topik yang lebih terstruktur secara otomatis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) dan Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) dalam topic modeling guna mengidentifikasi tren penelitian berdasarkan judul penelitian dosen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan tahap pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan teks, pemodelan topik menggunakan LDA dan NMF, serta evaluasi hasil. LDA dan NMF dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengidentifikasi distribusi kata dalam suatu korpus dan mengelompokkan dokumen berdasarkan pola kemunculan kata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model LDA menghasilkan lima topik utama dengan distribusi kata tertinggi pada Topik 0 (10.389 kata), diikuti oleh Topik 1 (2.517 kata), Topik 2 (2.432 kata), Topik 3 (2.286 kata), dan Topik 4 (2.247 kata). Sementara itu, model NMF menghasilkan distribusi data tertinggi pada Topik 0 (9.980 data), diikuti oleh Topik 2 (3.765 data), Topik 3 (2.275 data), Topik 1 (2.202 data), dan Topik 4 (1.649 data). Dari hasil tersebut, terlihat bahwa metode LDA dan NMF memiliki perbedaan dalam pemetaan topik, namun keduanya dapat digunakan untuk analisis tren penelitian dosen.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dasar siswa/i SMA Plus Nurul Mubin dalam mengoperasikan komputer dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya literasi digital siswa dan terbatasnya fasilitas pendukung teknologi di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam seluruh proses pelatihan, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama delapan pertemuan, mencakup materi dasar komputer dan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Office. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa berdasarkan perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Pelatihan ini juga membentuk sikap positif terhadap penggunaan teknologi secara bijak dan produktif. Dengan pendekatan yang partisipatif, pelatihan berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang kolaboratif dan efektif.

Abstract

Elderly individuals experience comprehensive changes, biologically, physically, psychologically, and socially, as they age. At the Central Lombok Regency Social Service, administrators still face challenges in managing elderly data, particularly in collection and monitoring, due to limited access to the verification application, which can only be used during working hours. This study aims to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) for the Elderly through a rapid and iterative development approach that is adaptive to user needs. The development focus is directed at administrators and officers, using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which supports rapid and collaborative application development. The results of the black-box trial showed that all features functioned well and the system can be used to monitor the distribution of elderly data through map visualization on the dashboard feature, as well as to manage and map elderly information based on location coordinates in the elderly feature.

Abstract

Untuk mendukung sosialisasi dan branding pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah di bidang pertanian, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah melakukan inovasi di bidang jasa pertanian dengan mengembangkan media sosial sebagai sarana edukasi, informasi dan komunikasi melalui media sosial. Agar memudahkan penyebaran informasi lewat akun bisnis di Facebook dan Instagram, serta memberikan pelatihan dengan menyiapkan gambar konten pelatihan,masukkan manfaat konten pada gambar, menentukan ukuran, warna gambar dan editing. Atur latar belakang, sesuaikan dengan gambar, tambahkan teks pada gambar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan pegawai Dinas Pertanian, berdasarkan informasi permasalahan pegawai yang diperoleh sebelumnya pada bagian perencanaan, maka dirancanglah solusi untuk melatih konten media sosial menggunakan Photoshop untuk memudahkan pegawai dalam membuat Adobe Photoshop. Evaluasi yang terakhir bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai mana tingkat pemahaman mengenai pembuatan konten edukasi menggunakan aplikasi adobe photoshop. Setelah melakukan pelatihan, evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para peserta pelatihan, agar mendapat umpan balik atas pelatihan yang telah diselesaikan, sehingga pelaksana pelatihan dapat memperbaiki pelatihan, tugas akhir adalah menyusun laporan kegiatan dan mempublikasikan kegiatan. Kampanye pelatihan staf berjalan dengan baik dan staf sangat antusias membuat konten pendidikan yang memfasilitasi diseminasi kampanye oleh staf di sektor jasa pertanian, khususnya di sektor perencanaan.

Abstract

: STMIK Lombok merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang masih menyimpan berkas Tugas Akhir mahasiswa secara manual, hal ini menyebabkan ketidakefisienan tempat maupun proses pencarian data tugas akhir mahasiswa. Pihak kampus sebenarnya telah mencoba untuk mengarispkan berkas tugas akhir mahasiswa melalui CD/Compact Disk. CD yang dikumpulkan disimpan di dalam rak dan tidak di-back up. Namun cara ini dirasa kurang efisien, karena CD memiliki batasan umur tertentu, sehingga rawan terjadi kerusakan. Selain itu mahasiswa atau dosen juga menemui kesulitan dalam mencari file karya tugas akhir mahasiswa yang pernah dikerjakan, karena harus mencari satu-persatu dikumpulan CD yang ada. STMIK Lombok telah meluluskan 780 mahasiswa, yang berarti ada 780 dokumen yang berupa CD dalam pengumpulan tugas akhir. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfal, dengan melakukan 4 dari 5 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, analisis, perancangan dan penerapan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dan pihak akademik dalam menemukan skripsi kapan saja dan dimana saja yang dapat diakses melalui internet.

Abstract

The Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) Assistance Program is a government initiative aimed at improving the quality of life of low-income communities through the renovation of houses that do not meet livability standards. However, the selection process for beneficiaries still faces several challenges, particularly the lack of objectivity, potential subjectivity of field officers, and limitations in accurate assessment methods. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method to determine the weight of criteria in a structured manner based on expert judgment. SWARA was chosen because it systematically accommodates expert preferences through simple steps, producing more consistent and transparent weighting compared to other approaches.Five main criteria were considered: family income (C1), number of dependents (C2), physical condition of the house (C3), ownership status (C4), and occupation of the head of household (C5). The SWARA results generated the following weights: C1 = 0.288, C2 = 0.240, C3 = 0.185, C4 = 0.168, and C5 = 0.120. Data were collected from 13 respondents using a 1–4 scale questionnaire. Final scores were calculated by multiplying responses with the respective weights, yielding a maximum score of 3.160 and a minimum of 2.160. Using quantile-based classification, four eligibility categories were determined: Not Eligible, Less Eligible, Eligible, and Highly Eligible.The results showed that 3 respondents were classified as Not Eligible, 4 as Less Eligible, 3 as Eligible, and 3 as Highly Eligible. This study demonstrates that SWARA can be effectively applied in DSS to enhance the accuracy, objectivity, and transparency of RTLH beneficiary selection.

Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is one of the government’s social policies aimed at improving food security for low-income households. However, the beneficiary selection process in the field is often carried out manually and subjectively, which may lead to mistargeting. This study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) model based on the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) to assist village officials in objectively determining the eligibility of prospective BPNT recipients, particularly in areas not yet supported by digital technology. The assessment was conducted using five main criteria, namely income, employment status, number of dependents, housing condition, and asset ownership. Eligibility determination was carried out by setting an average threshold value (≥ 0.305), where candidates with a final score equal to or above the threshold were categorized as eligible, while those below it were deemed ineligible. The analysis results showed that out of 11 prospective recipients, four candidates with scores of A4 = 0.925, A9 = 0.900, A5 = 0.700, and A1 = 0.450 were declared eligible to receive BPNT, while the remaining seven were deemed ineligible. The application of the SMART method has proven effective in improving transparency, objectivity, and proportionality in the selection process, making it a practical guideline for village governments or social service agencies in distributing aid fairly and accurately. In the future, this manual model can be integrated into web-based or mobile applications to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data documentation, accompanied by regular evaluations to ensure that the criteria remain relevant to the socioeconomic dynamics of the community.

Abstract

Selecting appropriate extracurricular activities that align with students’ interests and talents is an important factor in developing their potential and improving non-academic achievements. However, the manual and subjective selection process often leads to inaccuracies in determining suitable activities for students. This study aims to implement the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) methods in a decision support system for extracurricular selection at SMA Plus Nurul Mubin NW, to ensure decisions are made more objectively and measurably. The research was conducted through several stages, including problem identification, data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to students and teachers. The criteria used include interest, talent, free time, and parental support. The results of the calculations using both methods show consistent outcomes, where Student 1 (S1) obtained the highest score of 0.73, making it the best alternative. The similarity of results between the SMART and MAUT methods indicates a high level of reliability and validity in supporting multi-criteria decision-making. Therefore, the application of these two methods is considered effective in helping schools determine the most suitable extracurricular activities for students, contributing to improving the quality of extracurricular management in educational environments.
