Abstract

Pranoto & Co., Law Firm adalah sebuah firma hukum sebagai tempat lahirnya para Advokat. Di mana, sudah tidak kurang dari 50 advokat muda yang telah mendirikan kantor hukum masing-masing. Saat ini proses administrasi perkara pada Pranoto & co., law firm masih dilakukan secara manual, menggunakan kertas atau dokumen pendukung lainnya sehingga memakan waktu lama. Selain itu, dalam hal penyimpanan data administrasi perkara, pencatatan registrasi perkara, penentuan advokat pada setiap perkara masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyulitkan pegawai dalam mengolah data. Untuk menangani kendala tersebut dibuatlah penelitian berjudul “Design And Development Of A Web-Based Court Case Administration Information System”. Penelitian ini dirancang dan dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Unifield Modelling Langueage (UML), PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman serta MySQL sebagai database. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses-proses yang ada.

Abstract

SMP As-Syafi’iyah 02 Jakarta merupakan sekolah swasta yang berada di Rusa 10 manggarai Tebet Jakarta Selatan. Proses penerimaan siswa baru masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu proses pendaftaran masih menggunakan tulis tangan dalam mengisi formulir pendaftaran. Calon siswa juga sulit mendapatkan informasi tentang lingkungan sekolah, prestasi sekolah, dan proses pendaftaran. Dalam proses pendaftaran apabila ingin mendapatkan formulir pendaftaran mereka harus datang ke sekolah tersebut, sehingga cenderung lambat dan memakan waktu. Untuk menangani kendala tersebut dibuatlah sistem informasi pendaftaran siswa baru berbasis web dengan pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unifed Modelling Language (UML) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai database, sehingga Pendaftaran siswa baru pada SMP As-Syafi’iyah 02 menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

PT Kemuning Mitra Persada is a company engaged in daily savings and loan cooperatives with many branches across Java and Sumatra. The recruitment and human resource management processes are still manual, leading to inefficiencies and data errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based HR management information system to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment, performance management, and payroll processes. The research employs observation, interviews, literature study, and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system is tested using the Black Box Testing method. Results indicate that the system accelerates administrative processes, reduces data errors, and improves the accuracy of HR management reports.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged companies to adopt digital systems in supporting business processes, including sales. PT. KMK Global Sport, a producer of Nike shoes, faces challenges in expanding its market due to the lack of an integrated e-commerce platform. This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce system that facilitates online sales, integrates inventory and sales data, and ensures transaction security. The research method includes observation, interviews, literature study, and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system is tested using Black Box Testing. The results indicate that the system successfully supports online sales processes, improves operational efficiency, and enhances data security.

Abstract

CV. Bersama Maju Service is a company engaged in the field of car repair and maintenance services. At CV Bersama Maju Service the registration process for services is still done manually using paper besides that the data is still processed using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word so that it takes quite a long time and is considered inefficient, especially for storing the data. And to overcome all these obstacles a study was made entitled "Information System Design And Manufacture Online Booking Car Service Website Based And Spare Part Availability At CV. Together with Maju Service Central Jakarta Branc ”. This study was designed and modeled using the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) and programmed using PHP and using MySQL for the database. With this research is expected to simplify existing processes.

Abstract

The Jakarta Immigration Detention Center is an immigration technical implementation unit engaged in the field of immigration, which includes prosecution, isolation, and deportation or repatriation. Companies that have another name, namely Rudenim, have problems in the deportation reporting system. The author has conducted observational research and conducted interviews with related parties, and found several problems in terms of data collection on detainees and deportation of detainees. From the results of this study the authors have a suggestion to immediately have a Web-Based Deportation Tracking System at the Jakarta Immigration Detention Center. Where the system can help, even improve the operation of the deportation report system quickly and accurately.

Abstract

PT.Max Coffe Prima is one of the companies that engaged in the sale of food and beverages. At this company all sales reporting proces are still carried out using group chat which of course is considered very ineffective and efficient and causes many problems, one of which is a problem with storing report data. Report data does not have a back up so it is easy to sink or disappear from group chats. And to overcome these problems and facilitate the process of reporting sales and giving rewards to sales, a study was made entitled Design And Build Of A Café Dashboard Application As Information System Of Sales Performance PT. Abstract

Flat IV Manager is a unit formed by the government with the aim of creating flats that are comfortable, safe and provide convenience to each occupant. Flats IV Management Unit continues to strive to improve service and quality standards for its residents. the payment process is not efficient because it takes a long time to process payments and input payment data, and also conventional payments are considered insecure for users. Transaction data processing has not been done automatically, data entry is still using MS. Excel so it takes a relatively long time. Conducted research on the Payment Information System in the IV managing unit of the flat, Designing and manufacturing a web-based payment information system in the IV managing unit of the flat. To find out how the implementation and benefits of web-based payments in the management unit of flats IV. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that it has answered the existing problems. This system makes the payment process at the IV Flats Management Unit computerized in one database so that the delivery of information and data search will be more optimal. Functionally, the design created is a web-based payment data tracking application design, which is tailored to user needs. This system is also a supporting tool that can facilitate the work of Admin Staff in processing payment data, preparing payment reports, and making it easy for tenants to process the registration of apartment occupants.

Abstract

Leave is a right of every employee where they can be absent from work for a certain period of time which is usually used by employees for refreshing, family gatherings, illness, childbirth and others. PT. Pilar Nusa Promosindo is a company engaged in the field of printing. At this company, the application for leave is still done manually by filling out a paper formula which is considered inefficient and takes quite a long time. To overcome these obstacles, an online leave application was created which aims to make it easier for employees to apply for their leave. This application uses PHP as the programming language and also uses MySQL as the database. With this application, it is expected to be more comfortable at work because of the ease of applying for leave and monitoring the remaining time off.

Abstract

The Sparkle Official Store adalah perusahaan yang menjual berbagai kaos dan jaket dengan desain modern dan memiliki ciri khas tersendiri dari produknya, dengan demikian pengolahan data pada toko ini masih menggunakan kemampuan orang, dalam mendata stok persedian apparel. Data persediaan apparel masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, akibatnya persediaan apparel yang masih banyak bercampur dengan persediaan apparel yang sudah hampir habis. Sehingga belum ada penyetokan yang pasti untuk produksi kembali kebagian produksi. Menganalisa dan membuat pemodelan dengan menggunakan Unifed Modelling Language (UML) pada sistem informasi yang berjalan pada The Sparkle Official Store. Merancang Sistem Informasi Persediaan Apparel Berbasis Web dengan menggunakan sistem aplikasi JavaScript (JS), Unifed Modelling Language (UML). Membuat prototype software Sistem Informasi Persediaan Apparel Berbasis Web. Membuat pengujian dengan metode black box 1. Observasi 2.wawancara 3.studi Pustaka 4.pperancangan 5.implementasi 6.pengujian. Dalam merancang sistem usulan menggunakan tools yang membantu untuk menjelaskan, seperti menggunakan pemodelan berorientasi objek dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML), spesifikasi File dan pengkodean. Setelah menganalisa sistem berjalan melalui metode observasi, sistem sistem berjalan yang ada masih kurang efektif karena belum adanya proses packing barang yang terpisah.  Perbedaan pada use case sistem berjalan terdapat 6 aktor yaitu sales, product support, vendor, finance, administrasi, dan 98eknik. Sedangkan use case diagram bisnis usulan ini terdapat 5 aktor yaitu sales, vendor, finance, administrasi, dan finising. Prototype “Perancangan dan Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Persediaan Apparel Berbasis Web pada The Sparkle Official Store” telah berhasil di uji melalui tabel Blackbox Testing.
