Abstract

This research to find value of stock price multinational companies that have go public and is traded by investors in the Indonesian capital market. Knowing the intrinsic value can give strategies and decisions for investors in determining the time when to sell, buy, or hold the stock. One of the ways to see the intrinsic value of the stock price by using fundamental analysis with some a methods. This research to find value of stock multinational companies listed on Cement Sub Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial statement data and stock prices obtained by accessing the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling using purposive sampling resulted in three companies that meet the criteria of the five companies that became population. The first results of research by the method of the Dividend Discounted Model is SMGR, INTP and SMCB have undervalued so investment decisions for investors is to buy the stock. Second, with Price Earning Ratio method produces SMGR, INTP and SMCB have undervalued so the investment decision is to buy these stock. Keywords: Multinational Company, Valuation Stock, Sub Sector Semen ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mencari nilai intrinsik dari harga saham perusahaan multinasional. Mengetahui nilai intrinsik dapat memberikan strategi dan keputusan untuk investor ketika menentukan waktu yang tepat saat berbagai keputusan investasi saham. Salah satu cara untuk  menghitung nilai intrinsik harga saham dengan menggunakan analisis fundamental dengan metode Dividend Discounted Model dan Price Earning Ratio. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian saham perusahaan multinasional yang sudah go public dan listing pada Sub Sektor Semen.di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode tahun 2012-2016. Data laporan keuangan dan harga saham didapatkan dengan mengakses situs resmi Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling hasilnya hanya ada tiga perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian dari lima perusahaan yang menjadi populasi. Hasil pertama penelitian dengan metode Dividend Discounted Model maka saham SMGR, INTP dan SMCB mengalami undervalued sehingga keputusan investasi untuk calon investor adalah dengan membeli saham tersebut. Metode kedua Price Earning Ratio menghasilkan saham SMGR, INTP dan SMCB mengalami undervalued sehingga keputusan investasi adalah dengan membeli saham tersebut. Abstract

This research uses descriptive research type with qualitative approach. The research data is sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Interview respondents in this study consisted of four people who are the internal parties of Kampung Coklat tourism object. The data analysis used consists of four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. As checking the validity or triangulation used is using source triangulation.The results showed that: 1) the ability of employees at the Kampung Coklat tourism object at the beginning of recruitment is not supported by the competence skills needed to experience improvement and improvement after receiving training and guidance in Kampung Coklat. So that the overall ability of employees in Kampung Coklat mostly according to Indonesian national working competence standards (SKKNI) in the field of tourism. 2) improvement of human resource capacity on educational tourism object of Kampung coklat internally that is in cooperation with Arta Raya as company consultant, performance evaluation through joint discussion, and character education through routine recitation in saturday morning. While the development of external human resources through certification and workshop guiding. Keywords: Kampung Coklat, Human Resources (HR), and Development TourismObject АBSTRАK Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Responden wawancara dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdiri dari empat orang yang merupakan pihak internal objek wisata Kampung Coklat. Analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari empat tahap, berupa: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sebagai pengecekan keabsahan atau triangulasi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan triangulasi sumber.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemampuan karyawan pada objek wisata Kampung Coklat yang pada awal perekrutan tidak didukung oleh kemampuan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan  mengalami peningkatan dan perbaikan setelah mendapat pelatihan dan bimbingan di Kampung Coklat. Sehingga secara keseluruhan kemampuan karyawan di Kampung Coklat sebagian besar sesuai standar kompetensi kerja nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) di bidang pariwisata. 2) peningkatan kemampuan SDM pada objek wisata edukasi Kampung coklat secara internal yaitu bekerjasama dengan Arta Raya sebagai konsultan perusahaan, evaluasi kinerja melalui diskusi bersama, dan pendidikan karakter melalui pengajian rutin sabtu pagi. Abstract

In addition to increasing intangible assets, the company will also see the future by implementing policies regarding investment decisions to increase company performance and company value. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital, investment opportunity sets on company performance and firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2012-2106. The study population numbered 14 companies, while the sample used in this study was taken using purposive sampling, the number of samples taken in this research proposal is 11 samples that meet the criteria used. This study uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has no significant effect on financial performance, negative intellectual capital is not significant towards firm value, the investment opportunity set has a negative effect on financial performance. The investment opportunity set has a positive and significant effect on firm value, financial performance has a significant positive effect on firm value. ___________________________________________________________________ Perusahaan selain meingkatkan intangible asset, disisi lain perusahaan juga akan melihat masa depan dengan melakukan kebijakan mengenai keputusan investasi untuk menigkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan nilai perusahaan. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh modal intelektual, set kesempatan investasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada BEI periode 2012-2106. Populasi penelitian berjumlah dengan jumlah 14 perusahaan, sedangkan Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, banyaknya sampel yang diambil dalam usulan penelitian ini adalah 11 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria yang digunakan. penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis), Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, modal intelektual negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, set kesempatan investasi berpengaruh negative pada kinerja keuangan. Set kesempatan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study uses signalling theory and purchasing power parity theory to determine the effect of world oil prices, interest rates, and exchange rates on company stock prices, with inflation as a moderating variable. As explanatory research with a quantitative approach, this study selects a sample of 29 Indonesian mining companies through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used E-Views 12 software, which included descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, panel data regression test, moderation regression test, hypothesis test (t-test), and determination test. The results of this study show that the variables of World Oil Prices and Interest Rates partially have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices. Exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on stock prices, and inflation has no moderating effect on the world oil price, interest rate, and exchange rate on stock prices.
